The purpose of this study was to retire attitude of journalists verify the mediating effect of impact and satisfaction of life in old age, and prepare, perform and enhance the retirement attitudes of journalists to suggest journalists welfare policies and practices preparing for retirement. Surveyed a total of 233 additional analysis was used to journalists working in Gwangju, Jeonnam media. We used the SPSS 18.0 and 20.0 AMOS program to derive a result, a factor analysis was performed with reliability test for the variables, the model was subjected to structure analysis for the hypothesis testing. The results were the retirement attitudes of journalists had a significant impact on satisfaction with life in retirement preparation, retirement preparation had significant influence on life satisfaction. In addition, the journalists were retired through the mediating effect of attitudes that are ready to maximize retirement life satisfaction. Based on such findings, we propose a practical. Policy implications that can enhance the retirement attitudes and preparation for retirement journalists.

This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy in the relation between participation behavior and career preparation behavior in adolescents. Using the data of 1,077 adolescents residing in J region, this study used the path analysis to see the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy. According to the results, participation behavior and career decision-making self-efficacy had direct effects on career preparation behavior. And mediated by career decision-making self-efficacy, participation behavior had indirect effect on career preparation behavior. This study examined the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy of adolescents, which can be the significance of this study in terms of overcoming the limit of presenting direct effects of factors on career preparation behavior. On the basis of the results, convergency suggestions to increase the participation behavior, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of adolescents were discussed.

This study was motivated from the proposition that readiness for self-sufficiency is important for future independent life of poor adolescents. This study focused on analyzing the effect of empowerment as a mediator as well as analyzing the effects of predictive factors of readiness for their self-sufficiency. For conducting this study, a survey method was used on 240 poor adolescents residing in Seoul. This study used path analysis method for analyzing mediator effect of empowerment. In the results, Statistically significant variables that had effect on readiness for self sufficiency through empowerment(intrapersonal, interpersonal, sociopolitical) were family relations and peer relations. Participation in social organization variable had a positive influence on readiness for self-sufficiency through interpersonal empowerment and sociopolitacal empowerment. Problematic variable had a negative influence on readiness for self-sufficiency through interpersonal empowerment. Such results provided knowledge foundations for diverse social work approaches related to promoting empowerment. Specifically, this study shows that diverse social services are necessary for promoting poor adolescents readiness and social work interventions are necessary for strengthening adolescents empowerment.

In order to study the relation between self-directed learning readiness and mathematical inclination, we survey the adjusted SDLRS(self-directed learning readiness scale) of Guglielmino's model and the mathematical inclination, the recognition of mathematics for 2011 year engineering freshmen in D university. Research results are as follows: First of all, middle level engineering freshmen showed average level of self-directed learning readiness, and they had lower level of motivation, passion and time management skill. The relation of SDLR and the mathematical inclination was strong. Furthermore, SDLR and the recognition of mathematics in engineering freshmen was found to be the most closely related. Based on the results of the study, we suggest to study of strategies to elevate SDLR of engineering students and improve their achievement in college mathematics. Especially, we suggest that college mathematics for engineering freshmen must be focused on the improvement of SDLR.

This study suggests the level of guaranteed reserves that should be accumulated in order to provide guaranteed interest contracts to pension members. To calculate the guaranteed reserve, this study employs the method using variable insurance contracts with guaranteed interest options. The average return of three major pensions (national pension, private teacher's pension, civil servants pension) funds, from 2010 to 2018, is set as the target rate of return and then we establish 0%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% each as our minimum guaranteed returns for their respective guaranteed reserves. Our results firstly show that gaps between each guaranteed reserves are increasing as times goes on. Second, the probability of shortfall reserve is on the decrease as the pension fund is mature. Conclusively, a long-term conservative balance between risk and return is one of the best investing strategies in pension funds providing the guaranteed interest.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' learning agility on career preparation behavior, academic challenge, and the mediating effect of academic challenge. The questionnaire was distributed to 420 university students and well responded 398 were used for data analysis using SPSS 22.O and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, learning agility has a positive effect on academic challenge. Second, academic challenge has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, academic challenge has a mediating effect between learning agility and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their learning agility and academic challenge, the more students develop their career preparation behavior.

This thesis is a study to verify whether the attitude toward retirement perceived by middle-aged workers has a significant effect on retirement preparation and job satisfaction for middle-aged workers in their 40s to 50s working in Seoul and the metropolitan area. As a result, it was found that the forced frustration during the retirement attitude of middle-aged workers had a significant negative (-) effect only on the finances and family of retirement preparation. A new start was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on all sub-variables of retirement preparation. In the second hypothesis, the influence of job satisfaction, it was found that old-age breaks and new start of retirement attitude had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. As a result, it can be seen that the attitude toward retirement of middle-aged workers who are about to retire has a significant influence on retirement preparation and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' major satisfaction on career preparation behavior and the mediating effect of openness to diversity. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 182 university students and SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, major satisfaction has a positive effect on openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. Second, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, openness to diversity has a partiall mediating effect between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their major satisfaction and openness to diversity, the more students enhance their career preparation behavior.

The purpose of this paper is to pay attention to the problems of the elderly in our society, which is facing an aged society, to understand the lives of the elderly and to recognize the need for retirement and death preparation. It reviews and analyzes the story of So-young, the main character of the movie "Killing Woman," according to the context of the work. The narrative of the film illustrates the problems of suffering for the elderly, such as poverty, disease, dementia, loneliness, and fear of death. In the face of the ultra-aged era, institutional supplementation measures for underprivileged senior citizens at the national level should be established, and social interest and safety nets should be secured, and specific retirement preparations are needed personally. Furthermore, support for research and education of old age preparation education programs and death education programs to prepare for retirement and death should be continuously provided.

This study is a descriptive research study that attempted to investigate the effects of growth mindset and self-leadership on career preparation behavior of senior nursing students. The data collection period is from November 1 to 30, 2021, and the subject of the study is 173 nursing students from three universities located in G city and J province. For data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, and controlled regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of the study, self-leadership(𝛽=.435, p<.001) and growth mindset(𝛽=.193, p=.005) had a positive effect on career preparation behavior and explained career preparation behavior by 32.0%. Therefore, it suggests that a practical strategy for cultivating self-leadership and growth mindset is necessary to promote career preparation behavior of senior nursing students.
