  • 태양광 발전 시스템 분야는 유가 폭등과 신재생에너지에대한 인식변화, 발전차액 지원제도와 함께 국내 시장에 급속도로 보급이 이뤄지고 있으며 그 활용분야 또한 기존의 주택 시장을 넘어 발전사업, 타 분야와의 연계성을 가지며 활발한 연구 및 시장 확대가 이뤄지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 태양광 발전 시스템과 기존 조명 시스템을 대체해 나가며 기하급수적인 보급을 보이고 있는 LED를 접목한 승강장 개발에 관한 논문이다. 태양광/LED 시스템을 적용한 승강장은 독자적인 운영이 가능하고 기존 승강장이 갖지 못했던 조명 및 광고 기능을 제공함으로써 태양광 발전과 LED 조명에 대한 저변 확대와 관련 기술 응용에 큰 기여를 할 것이라 사료된다.

  • Technical improvement and the growth of the Internet environment make the market segmental of the manufacturing industry. These social trends have had an effect on the housing market, and the housing market changed from the supplier-oriented to the consumer-oriented. In recent years the occupants' needs for the apartment is diversified and complicated. But the existing mass housing supply method has many problems. It couldn't satisfy the dwellers' various needs and couldn't reflect overall expected life span either. In order to realize the sustainable building & environment, the research for the open housing system is actively performed. Finally the custom-built apartment which imported the concept of the open housing is constructed. But after running the custom-built apartment, several problems are revealed. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the problems and then suggest the improving methods for a custom-built apartment.

Saw with like this reason from, analyzes the concept and a market trend of the video phone, grasps distribution channel forms and A/S handling systems and there is the goal finds the video phone sale revitalization plan which is suitable in all market.

  • The government has made a lot of efforts to realize 'low-carbon green growth', one of the national policy agendas, throughout the whole industries. The construction sector is not an exception, and technological developments are active to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission. In particular, buildings occupy more than 20% of the total national energy consumptions. Thus, it can be said that increasing energy efficiency of the residential buildings and reducing CO2 emission are the urgent national agenda. Moreover, as ordinary people find it more and more difficult to get a lease on housing, which has become an important social issue recently, a housing production system that can actively respond to market demands is in urgent need. To build an eco-friendly system that can maximize efficiency in construction, this study attempts to examine and analyze the modular housing production system in the county and to find its problems. By suggesting the ways to improve the system, it aims to prepare for the base to revitalize the unit modular housing production system.

Evaluating the Performance of a Polygon based Approach to Represent Apartment Complexes in a GIS based Hedonic Housing Price Analysis

  • Currently, GIS has been widely used in the hedonic analyses of urban apartment housing markets in Korea. In those analyses, the apartment complexes are typically represented as the points or the polygons on the GIS maps and the location variables of the analyses are measured based on the points or the polygons. In this study, the relative performance of the point based approach and the polygon based approach in a GIS based hedonic analysis was compared using the apartment housing market data from the north eastern part of the city of Seoul and Davidson and MacKinnon Test. The results from this study indicate two things. First, two approaches can produce substantially different results in a hedonic price model estimation. Second, the polygon based approach produces a hedonic price model which explains the price variations better than the point based approach. These findings suggest that Korean researchers who are interested in improving quality of hedonic price model estimations and use GIS to measure the location variables for hedonic price models should consider using the polygon based approach with the point based approach. This is because the polygon based approach can produce the location variables with the shortest straight line distances and can explain the housing price variations well.

  • Actual construction data of completed projects can be utilized for the economic, time benefit of improving the efficiency on planning, designing, estimating and managing tasks in succeeding projects. But the lack of the system which accumulates and manages the actual data with standardized type, it has not performed well and stayed on early stage. It is required not only specific plan for the utilization of actual data but a construction information management system which collects and processes far-reaching data with standardized from based on facility. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a construction information management system for Apartment housing ,which stored data along project feature database, actual cost database and actual database based on the Web. This effort can make an offer the clearness of dull construction market and the base of construction intelligence

  • The boom of housing market lead to build a lot of apartment houses concentrated on the metropolitan area and developing new city in 1980's made 2,000,000 houses. In this time, quality standards could not be satisfied with consumers' desire due to the policy about excessive supply and come from unexpected defects in the complected buildings. In $1980's\~1990's$, It would be performed on the study for defect prevention in apartment houses. It has contributed in no way to the reduction at the rate of the defect outbreak and the solution of consumers' dissatisfaction by flaws. The reason is that the study related defects is not linked and applied by the managing and controlling system, Therefore, the study will be analyzed out defect information occurred on apartment houses of domestic construction and classified by type features. As a result, it will suggest web-based feed-back system for getting systematic information and the practical use.

  • This paper aims at analyzing the current status, characteristics and problems of housing development project finance firstly, and secondly, examining the policy measures in order to enhancing the housing development project finance systems. The main results of this paper are as follows. Project finances are very activated in the housing development projects, especially, apartment development, since 2001. But most of housing development project finance are not virtual project finance, but conditional corporate finance, because most of project finance didn't uses bankruptcy remote. Therefore, the main policy measures in order to activate effective growth of project finance are, first, institutionalizing of project finance, second, enhancing the feasibility study capabilities of finance companies, third, using the real estate funds effectively, and forth, networking housing development project finances with long-term mortgage finances.

  • 제3차 신재생에너지 기본 계획에서는 기존의 태양광10만호 보급사업을 확대하여 모든 가능한 신재생에너지 부존자원을 최대한 활용하는 통합형 보급 사업으로서의 "2020 그린홈(Green Home) 100만호 사업"이 새로이 추진 중에 있다. 이 사업의 핵심 내용으로는 수요자중심의 맞춤형 주택공급과 이로 인한 민간시장의 활성화, 그리고 하이브리드형 신재생 에너지 시스템 개발 등을 꼽을 수 있다. 본 연구는 지난 "1-2차 신재생 에너지 기술개발 및 이용 보급 기본 계획"에서 추진된 주택용 신 재생에너지 보급 정책 결과와 일본, 독일 등의 해외사례 연구를 바탕으로 현재 시행중인 제 3차 기본계획 추진 과정을 검토하여 다음과 같은 제언을 하고 있다. 즉, 향후 신재생에너지 주택보급 사업의 원활한 수행을 위해서는 치밀한 준비를 통해 사업을 내실있게 추진해야 하고, 계획된 예산을 안정적으로 확보하고 효율적으로 배분하여 사업에 대한 신뢰성을 확보해야 한다. 또한 합리적인 목표 설정을 통해 체계적인 보급 정책을 추진해야 하고, 기술개발과 보급 양 부문에 대한 적절한 균형을 도모해야 한다.
