Comparative Analysis of Economic Life Satisfaction of Wife and Hosband -Concentrated on Subjective Evaluation of Economic Level and Household Managerial behaviors- (부부의 경제생활 만족도 비교분석 -주관적 경제수준 평가와 가계관리행동을 중심으 로-)

  • 본연구는 부부의 경제생활 만족도를 파악하기 위하여 가정의 사회인구학적 변인과 가정의 경제환경에 대한 지각정된 주관적 경제수준 평가 및 부부가 참여하는 가계관리 행동 변인들이 부부의 가정의 경제생활 만족도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하여 비교 분석 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상자는 서울시 거주의 1자녀 이상을 둔 부부로서 500쌍의 설문지 중 367쌍이 본 연구자료로 사용되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과같다. 남편의 경 제생활 만족도에 여향을 미치는 변인은 소득 적정감 자원 지각도, 상대적 비교감, 자원기여 평가도 경제소준 향상감, 가계관리 참여도, 월평균 가계속득이었으며 부인의 경우에는 소득 적정감 상대적 비교감 자원기여 평가도 자가주택 소유여부 남편의 직업으로 나타났다 남편 과 부인 모두의 경제생활 만족도에 대한 예측력이 가장 큰 변인은 소득 적정감으로 나타났 다 부부의 경제생활 만족도는 주관적 경제수준 평가의 영향력이 사회인구학적 변인의 영향 력보다 상대적으로 큰 것으로 나타났다.

  • 사회경제적 지위(혹은 위상) 개념이 심리학에서도 많이 사용되어 왔지만 많은 문제점들이 노정되어 본 연구에서는 이를 특정하고 이를 해결하는 방안을 모색하였다. 연구 결과, 이 지표로 사용되는 것으로는, 직업, 교육수준, 수입, 빈곤 수준, 부의 수준, 가족구조(가족 수), 사회적 통합 수준, 주택 소유 여부, 물질적 생활 조건, 가계소비단위당 수입, 경제적 어려움, 경제적 만족, 밀집도, 공적 지원수준 등이 있다. 이들 지표들 중 몇 개를 선택하여 측정한 후 지표들을 따로 따로 하나씩만 사용하는 경우도 있고, 이들 지표들을 통합적으로 사용하는 경우도 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이들 문제를 해결하기 위해 첫째, 이 개념을 적용하지 않고 단순히 이 지표 한 두 개를 사용하려면 SES라는 개념을 사용하지 말아야 한다. 둘째, 이 개념을 적용하려면 이들 개별 지표들을 사용하는 것은 부적절하고, 통합된 지수 형태로 사용해야 할 것, 마지막으로, 우리 문화에서 이들 지표들 중 중요한 것을 선정하여 통합적 지표로 사용해야 할 것을 제안하였다.

  • This Study intends to find out the subjective symptom of Construction Business Worker caused by chemical material exposure, also willing to research how much they are exposed to VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) and under how much harmful circumstance they are working. As the results, the job group among construction business workers which is most highly dangerous degree to be taken ill of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is Interior Worker, next following by order of Clerical Worker, Exterior Worker. According to this result, the continuous exposure in high density must be prevented by the measures for Interior Worker also to be bestowed a compulsory break during working hour for regular exposure to the open air,

A Study on the Debt Burden and its Determinants of Urban Households (가계의 부채부담과 관련요인에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 도시가계의 부채보유여부 및 부채부담의 관련요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 분석을 위하여 국민은행이 실시한 1990년도 가계금융이용실태조사 자료를 이용하였다. 부채보유여부의 관련요인분석을 위하여 로짓분석을 사용하였으며, 월평균가계소득에 대한 월평균부채상환액의 비율로 측정된 부채부담에 대한 관련요인의 분석을 위하여는 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 도시가계의 부채보유비율은 38.2%였고, 부채를 보유할 확률은 가계속득, 금융자산, 주택소유여부, 가구주 연령과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. (2) 부채보유가구의 평균부채부담율은 33.99%였고, 부채부담은 가계소득, 금융자산, 부채원 수, 가구주 직업 및 거주지역과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the evaluations and determinants on residential resettlements in accordance with urban regeneration by 7,396 samples from 19 housing redevelopment districts in Busan. The major finding on determinants on residential resettlements in accordance with urban regeneration are as follows; A binary logit model for determinants on residential resettlements in accordance with urban regeneration are composed of owner's characteristics, land and building characteristics, housing complex characteristics, and location characteristics. The significant variables in relation to owner's characteristics are owner's age, owner's place of residence, the possession period against property and investment intention. As a result of logit model for residential resettlements, it shows that the variables in relation to land and building characteristics are the land classification, the use of building, the size of land or building, the permission of building and the appraisal price on land and building. This result means that actual customer's investment connects to resettlement after redevelopment project. The other side, the housing complex variables consist of the brand of construction company, the ratio of large size housing and floor are ratio shows that improvable conditions for housing value are important factor to induce residence's resettlement. The location variables show that Dongbusan has higher probability, the reverse Jungbusan has lower probability in residential resettlement likewise residential preference.

An Analysis on Application Effect of LID Techniques based on SWMM Model for Oncheon Basin by Dong (SWMM 모형을 이용한 온천천 유역 동별 LID 기법 적용 효과 분석)

  • 최근 집중호우 및 돌발홍수로 인한 물관련 피해가 늘어감에 따라 도시화된 유역의 물관리 연구에 많은 초점이 모아지고 있다. 도시 유역의 물순환에 대한 하나의 해결방법으로 각광받고 있는 LID(Low Impact Development)에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 법정행정구역도를 따라 온천천 유역을 각 동별로 나누어 LID를 설치하였을 때 적용 효과가 가시적으로 나타나는 소유역을 확인하기 위하여 SWMM 모형을 통해 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. LID 요소기술로는 토지피복에 따라 주택지에는 옥상녹화, 도로에는 투수성포장을 설치하여 각 동별로 LID 적용 전 후에 대한 유출량, 침투량, 첨두유량, 유출계수 등을 비교 및 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 온천천 유역 14개 동에 대한 분석을 실시한 결과, 유출량 감소율의 경우 수민동(85.24%), 거제동(83.23%), 명장동(82.81%), 침투량 증가율은 수민동(162.8%), 안락동(105.1%), 복산동(71.03%) 순으로 하천 주변의 거주지가 밀집된 지역에 가시적인 효과가 나타났으며, 첨두유량 감소율은 청룡동(81.82%), 장전동(80.37%) 부곡동(79.39%) 순으로 소유역의 경사가 급한 지형에 효과가 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 유출계수 감소율은 유출량 감소율의 경우와 마찬가지로 나타났다. 도시 유역에 보다 나은 물순환을 위하여 LID 요소기술을 설치할 때 저감시키거나 증가시키려는 매개변수를 확실히 선정하는 것이 LID 효과를 극대화 할 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다.

The Associated Factors of Health Examinations Behaviors among Some Elderly Persons in Urban and Rural Areas (일부 도시·농촌지역 고령자의 건강검진 수진행동에 관련된 요인)

  • Objectives: We investigated the factors related to health examination behaviors, sociodemographic aspects and lifestyles of elderly persons with different social backgrounds, and compared sexual and regional differences in urban and rural elderlies. Methods: The total study subjects(464 individuals) from urban(236) and rural areas(228), recruited by a stratified cluster random sampling were interviewed and examined about their sociodemographic profiles, daily lifestyles, subjective health status, conditions concerning use of medical resources, hearing acuity, visual acuity and ADL(activity of daily living), and whether they receive health examination or not. For statistical analysis, Chi-square test was used for sexual and regional comparisons among the groups who have been given a health examination and the one who have not. Results: In urban areas, the rate of having underwent health examination was 54.5% in men and 46.9% in women, and in rural areas, it was 59.8% in men and 42.7% in women, showing its higher rate in men than in women in both areas. For regional differences between the group who have taken a health examination and the one who have not, there was a significant difference in terms of age, family pattern, current job, monthly household income, owning a house, drinking status, eating habit, subjective health status, whether they have taken outpatient medical service for the recent 3 months or not, anxiety for the health, and IADL conditions according to whether the community is rural or urban. In multiple regressions, the influential factors on the health examination behaviors were selected such as having their own house, their family doctor, amnesia, urinary incontinence and chronic disease in urban districts. But in rural districts, the variables were selected such as having or not of their family doctor, urinary incontinence, anxiety for the health, educational level, their own house and chronic disease. Conclusions: It is suggested that the approach to the health examination of an older patient requires substantial consideration of highly variable individual sociodemographic characteristics involving regional attributes as well as their daily life styles, subjective health status, status of performing health examination, physical health status and ADL conditions.

Effects of Retirement Planning on Quality of Life and Satisfaction -with Moderating Effects on the Social and Psychological Sense of Crisis- (은퇴예정자의 은퇴설계가 개인의 삶의 질과 만족도에 미치는 영향 -사회심리적 위기감의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of middle-aged retirement planning on individual's quality of life and overall satisfaction, and moderating effects of social and psychological sense of crisis, and the differences of measured variables in the demographic characteristics. Retirement planning that may be the most important factor in the country's social costs is aimed to provide a basis for fixing the interest in advance of retirement planning training and retirement. The subjects are workers who live in the Seoul metropolitan area and Gyonggi-do. Total sample size is 350, then 335 samples were collected on the data. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, house ownership and education level among demographic variables affects satisfaction of their life. People who do not own a house shows higher satisfaction, and higher education level affects satisfaction positively. Second, satisfaction is affected by transition to rest negatively, on the other hand, it is affected by expect of new beginning positively. Besides, No moderating effect of social and psychological crisis showed that negative life evaluation role to the independent variables. Third, cognitive information is affected by transition to rest and imposed disruption positively. Besides, job dissatisfaction adjusts between them. Fourth, improvement of life quality is not affected by expect of the retirement planning. On the other hand, there is not moderating effects of social and psychological sense of crisis.

Economic Preparations for Aging of the Middle and Old-Aged and Their Determinants (중.고령자의 경제적 노후준비와 결정요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse economic preparations for aging of the middle and old-aged and their determinants empirically, and then to discuss the findings and implications for the results of analysis. Data from The Social Statistics Survey conducted by Korea National Statistical Office are used in this study. From this dataset, 18,354 Middle and Old Citizens aged between 45 and 59 were selected for this study. The Conceptual framework for this study was based on Andersen's behavioral model and logistic model was used to investigate factors that affect economic preparation for aging. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, Proportion of middle and old citizen with no economic preparation for aging was high, and old-aged had lower level of economic preparation for aging than relative less aged. Second, male, education level, marital status, economic activities, recognition of present income, housing ownership, residental location, and total life condition improvement is positively and statistically significantly associated with economic preparations for aging. Third, while male, age, and economic activities is negatively and statistically significantly associated with private economic preparations for aging, education level, recognition of present income, and total life condition improvement is positively and statistically significantly associated with private economic preparations for aging. Fourth, while male, education level, marital status, economic activities, recognition of present income, housing ownership, residental location, and total life condition improvement, expectation of future income is positively and statistically significantly associated with secondary economic preparations for aging, age is negatively and statistically significantly associated with secondary economic preparations for aging.

  • In various urban renewal projects related to real estate, developer in order to conduct the business, must get real estate inside project section directly or receive the consent for project from the owners. It must be carried out by consultation. When it fails, developer, in order to get ownership, adopts 'the Right of Claim for the sale' which has forcibleness. However, because the procedure for implementation of the right of claim for the sale is not clear, conflict between stakeholders is caused and it causes extension of period. Therefore, after examining judgments and references of judicial power for administrative litigation of the Right of Claim for the sale, by researching stakeholders of the housing rebuilding project and based on the results, finding out differences of stakeholders' recognition according to their position and problems of exercising procedure of the Right of Claim for the sale, and by presenting improvement plans of the system of the Right of Claim for the sale, contributing the success of the housing rebuilding project is the purpose of it.
