This study aims to identify the factors that contribute to the regional innovative capacity and to analyze the effects on the regional economic development including newly-established corporation and job creation. The results are as follows. First, as a result of factor analysis, the 14 variables were grouped into 3 factors, i.e. innovative input, infrastructure, and linkage. Second, the panel models were developed using the above factor scores and economic performance variables such as the number of newly-established corporation and employees. As a result, innovative capacity factors positively contributed to the newlyestablished corporation and job creation. The innovative input was the most influential factor determining the regional economic performance, followed by linkage and infrastructure. This study suggests several policy implications for the reinforcement of innovative capacity and regional competitiveness.

This study aimed to identify the effect of resilience and positive psychological capital on hospital nurses' professional quality of life. A cross-sectional survey design was utilized to investigate 221 general hospital nurses from June 1 to 30, 2021. Professional quality of life (ProQOL), which is conceptualized with three sub-dimensions (compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress), resilience, and positive psychological capital variables were measured. There was a positive relationship between compassion satisfaction and resilience, positive psychological capital, and a negative relationship among burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and the other variables in this study. The main factors influencing compassion satisfaction were resilience, and positive psychological capital, which explained about 47% of compassion satisfaction. Burnout was influenced by resilience, positive psychological capital, and work pattern, and these variables explained about 37% of burnout. Notably, it was found that resilience was the most crucial factor in nurses' compassion satisfaction, and positive psychological capital was the most crucial factor in nurses' burnout. Thus, it is suggested to develop and verify the effectiveness of a resilience improvement program and positive psychological intervention program to strengthen the internal resources of hospital nurses.

Daegu Metropolitan City has been continuously carrying out core functions of Yeongnam region, and especially plays a role as export base of textile and chemical products in Korea. Also Daegu Metropolitan City has contributed greatly to the expansion of Korea's import and export trade and the growth of the national economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of major factors affecting GRDP in Daegu Metropolitan City through regression analysis. For this purpose, this study uses the Vector Error Correction Model(VECM) to estimate the long-run equilibrium function that affects the GRDP in Daegu Metropolitan City. This study is meaningful in that it uses the statistics related to Daegu provided by Province of Gyeongsangbuk-do and explains the dynamic characteristics of major factors affecting the GRDP in Daegu.

Special banks primarily using Internet have different properties in transactions with customers, risk management, capital strength, and branch networks with general banks. The success and failure factors of Internet banks have been explained only by the economies of scale, and learning and experience effects of Internet banks based on the perspective of organizational ecologies. In this study, the success factors of Internet banks are investigated based on strategic choice by organizations and resource-based view of the firms instead of organizational ecology perspective. To this end, 31 major Internet banks operating in overseas market have been classified by the size and profitability of banks, and three strategic groups have been derived. three representative company cases were analyzed. critical success factors of Internet banks were derived, and considerable points when operating Internet banks were discussed.

Due to the economic development and the social structure and holiday structure change, we have more time for leisure and entertainment activities. For coping with this trend the waterpark has already become the one of major entertainment facilities for many countries. The purpose of this study is to construct Waterpark service quality evaluation factors and find out the importance and satisfaction degree of these factors. The result of this study are as follows; First, the safety field had considered as most important. Second, the importance of service quality evaluation fields and factors are different according to social characteristics. Third, the safety field is evaluated as the first satisfactory field and the cost/price field is evaluated as the lowest.

선박의 대형화 추세와 더불어 세계 항만들이 급성장하고 있는 실정에서 각 항만들은 경쟁력 우위를 확보하기 위해 많은 전략을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 국제환경으로 인해 기항지 축소가 이루어지며 세계 주요 항만들은 증가하는 물동량을 처리하기 위하여 지역간 Hub항만을 추구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 항만선택결정요인의 연구를 살펴보고 재정립함으로써 국내에 있는 중소형항만들이 향후 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식은 매우 높아졌으나 정보보호에 대한 투자는 인식수준만큼 확대되지 않고 있다. 이는 정보보호 투자는 기업의 정보이용환경에 많은 변화를 가져오지만 투자효과에 대한 세부적 분석과 투자대상이 명확하지 않고, 그 효과를 측정하기 어려운 것이 주요원인이다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 조직에 적합한 정보보호 투자를 위한 선행 과제로 비용 및 효과요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 기업에 적합한 정보보호 투자 대안을 선정하기 위한 연구모형을 제시한다. 기업의 정보보호 투자 의사결정시 계량화하기 어려운 기준들을 이용해서 합리적인 투자 대안을 선정하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

철근콘크리트부재의 강도는 여러 가지 요인으로 인하여 변이를 보이고 있다. 주요 요인들은 콘크리트나 철근의 강도 및 역학적 특성의 변이, 시공오차등이다. 이들중 콘크리트의 강도는 상대적으로 높은 불확실성을 가지며, 다양한 요인(배합, 운반, 타설, 양생등)에 의해 변화정도가 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 국내 철근콘크리트 구조물이 가지는 신뢰도의 수준을 분석하기 위한 기초자료 조사로서, 현장에서 타설되는 콘크리트를 설계강도별로 직접채취하여 습윤양생과 현장조건양생을 통하여 콘크리트의 28일 압축강도의 확률적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 이용하여 현장타설 부재내에서의 콘크리트의 압축강도를 추정하였다.

본 연구는 사례고찰을 통하여 기업의 전반적인 특색을 이해하고 기업 SCM의 도입을 위한 개념정립과 성공요인을 도출하였다. 이론 연구에 기초하여 사례분석 틀을 먼저 제시한 다음, 분석틀에 맞추어 실제 구축 사례를 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 통하여 기업의 SCM 구축 과정의 주요 성공 요인의 확인과 구축과정에서 애로 요인을 발견할 수 있었다.
