서식환경에 따른 모기 분포조사(2016-2018) (Seasonal Distribution of Mosquitoes According to Habitat Environment (2016-2018))

  • 3년간(2016-2018년) 청주지역에서 채집된 모기의 발생분포를 채집지 3곳(주거지와 철새도래지, 축사)에서 2종의 트랩(BL트랩과 BG트랩)을 이용하여 비교 조사하였다. 주거지에서 가장 많이 채집된 모기 종은 빨간집모기였으며, 철새도래지와 축사에서는 금빛숲모기가 가장 많이 채집되었다. 철새도래지와 주거지에서는 BG트랩이 BL트랩보다 모기가 더 많이 채집되었으나 축사에서는 BL트랩에서 더 많은 모기가 채집되었다. 빨간집모기와 흰줄숲모기, 큰검정들모기는 BG트랩에서 많이 채집되었고 금빛숲모기, 얼룩날개모기류, 동양집모기는 비교적 BL트랩을 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 채집된 모기를 분류 동정한 결과 2016년에는 10종 22,679개체가 채집되었고, 2017년에는 8종 6,502개체가 채집되어 2016년보다 3.49배 감소하였다. 2018년에는 6,803개체가 채집되어 2016년보다 3.33배 감소하였다. 이러한 결과가 강수량과 관련이 있을 것으로 보이며 기상조건과 여러 변인들(채집지역과 모기종류, 트랩종류)에 의한 모기밀도와의 관련성을 비교한 결과 특정 관련성을 확인할 수는 없었다. 채집된 모기의 병원체 감염을 확인한 결과, 2016년도 축사에서 채집한 금빛숲모기 2개 pool, 2018년에 축사에서 채집한 빨간집모기 1개의 pool에서 차오양바이러스(chaoyang virus)가 검출되어 각각 0.088와 0.147의 최소감염율(MIR)을 보였다. 2017년에는 바이러스가 검출되지 않았다.

고등학생의 '가정과학' 주생활 단원 내용 요구도 (The Needs of Housing Contents in Highschool Home Economics among Students)

  • 이 연구는 가정과학 선택 여부를 결정하게 될 고등학교 1학년들이 현행 가정과학 교과서의 주생활 영역 내용과 거기에 첨가할 수 있는 내용을 얼마나 배우고 싶어하는 지를 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구결과는 개정 교육과정에 따른 교과서 개발시 수요자의 요구를 반영하는데 활용될 것으로 기대한다. 요구도를 조사한 주생활 단원 내용은 현행 가정과학 교과서의 주생활 내용을 분석하여 총 56개 내용 항목(중단원별 19, 14, 23개)을 추출하였고, 교과서 이외의 추가 내용은 교과서 참고자료, 선행 연구, 미래 사회에 요구되는 영역, 교육과정의 개정 방향, 일본의 교육과정 등을 참고하여 총 49개 항목(중단원별 22, 10, 17개)을 선정하였다. 질문지는 전국 8개 시?도 소재 고등학교에서 1학년 600명을 대상으로, 2006년 12월 18일부터 28일까지 조사하였다. 회수된 질문지 중 516부가 SPSS/WIN10.0 프로그램을 이용한 빈도, 평균, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA(Scheffe 사후 검증), 상관분석에 활용되었다. 연구 결과, 학생들은 가정 과목을 대체로 흥미 있어 하였근 절반 이상이 가정과학 선택하기를 보통 이상으로 희망하였으나 교과 선택 희망도는 흥미도보다 낮았다. 주생활 교육 내용 전반적인 요구도는 보통 이상으로 약간 배우고 싶은 정도였고, 그 중에서도 주거의 디자인 관련 내용을 가장 배우고 싶어 하였으며, 소단원 중에서는 기능적인 주거 공간 만들기, 주거 디자인의 요소와 원리를 가장 배우고 싶어 하였다. 현행 교과서 내용에 대한 요구가 추가 내용보다 더 높았으나 추가 내용에 대한 요구도 상당히 높았다. 주생활과 거주 환경 중단원은 오히려 현행 내용보다 더 배우고 싶어 하였다. 세부 항목 중에서는 디자인, 미래의 주거, 건강, 안전, 쾌적한 삶 등과 관련된 내용을 더욱 배우고 싶어 하였다. 이론적이고 직접 적용이 어려운 내용은 요구도가 낮았으며, 일상생활에 적용하기 쉬운 내용을 더 배우고 싶어 하였다. 일반적 특성과 요구도와의 관계에서는 개인 특성 중 성별, 선택계열, 가정 과목 성적에 따라서는 모든 단원의 요구도에 거의 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 가정과목을 선호할수록, 가정과학 과목 선택을 희망할수록, 주거 생활 영역에 관심이 많을수록 대부분의 내용을 더 배우고 싶어 하였다. 가족 특성에서는 아버지 직업, 어머니 직업 유무, 가족 수, 방 사용 유형에 따라서는 요구도 차이가 거의 없는 반면, 주택 형태나 이웃과의 친밀도에 따라서는 차이가 있었다. 주거 환경 특성에서는 주거 지역에 따른 내용 요구도 차이가 뚜렷하였다 더불어 주변 시설이나 환경도 내용에 따라 다소 유의한 상관이 있어 주생활 내용 구성은 지역 간 또는 주변 주거 시설 환경을 고려하고 교수학습시에도 반영되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

공동체의식에 따른 코하우징 선호도 (Preference of Cohousing according to sense of Community)

  • "Purpose of this study was to investigate influence on preference of cohousing (eg. intention to spread and intention to move in cohousing) according to sense of community by married people residing in Seoul and its outskirts. Research method used for this study was a social survey. Respondents were 214 people by accidential sampling. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program using frequency, mean, average, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range test and Multiple Regression. Findings of this study were as follows. 1) Though respondents took part in interaction meetings rarely, they took part more often in meetings for health issue, leisure and hobby. Members of meetings were mostly job colleagues. 2) The respondents were interested in meetings for exchange of used stuffs, and children and the youth program most. It was revealed that the group taking part in meetings more often have higher sense of community than others. 3) Respondents who were older, who have been living longer in the same town had higher sense of community as well as closer interaction with neighbors than others. 4) As respondents showed positive response about preference of cohousing, there was a difference between intention to spread and intention to move in cohousing. While women, more educated, less income, and higher sense of community groups showed higher intention to spread cohousing, home owner and higher sense of community groups showed higher intention to move in cohousing.

베이비부머의 라이프스타일에 따른 실버타운에 대한 인식과 선호 결정요인 (Determinant Factors and Recognition about Silver Town according to Baby Boomer's Life Style)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the lifestyle of babyboomer, the difference of recognition about silver town and preferable determinants according to lifestyle. By the Social Survey Research with questionnaire, data from 108 people of 46 years old ~ 65 years old who inhabited in Seoul City area were collected during October, 2010. Data were analyzed by the SPSS program Win 18.0, and frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, regression were employed. The major findings were as follows. First, by the factors analysis on lifestyle, factors were named "interest about external", "inner-oriented", "pursuit of health", "prepare for later life", "social aspects". Second, by the frequency analysis on recognition about silver town, 97.2% of total respondents replied "at least heard about silver town", and 64.8% of total respondents recognized the necessity of silver town. While, intention to live in silver town was low (by 38.0% of total respondents). Third, by the regression analysis on preference tendency about silver town according to life style, factor of 'inner-oriented' in the decision about residential area and total household number, factor of 'pursuit of health' in the decision about monthly rent, factor of 'social aspects' in the decision about cost solution method were influential factors. In conclusion, to supply the house which had the diversity of baby bommer's life style, government and corporation's efforts to increase intention to live in silver town and to change the recognition about silver town are needed.

노인공동생활주택의 선호개발유형에 따른 주거사용 특성 (Residential Use according to the Preferred Developer Type for Senior Congregate Housing)

  • The purpose of this study was to gain understanding about residential satisfaction and preference of the members of the future elderly generation who have an intention to develop senior congregate housing. The data for this study were collected from 600 participants who were in their 40s to 60s, residing in Seoul, and who have an intention to develop senior congregate housing. The data collection spanned from December 1st to 20th, 2004. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, the respondents who had a higher level of education, higher income, and a high-ranking job showed relatively higher residential satisfaction with their present house. Similar satisfaction level came between their present house and expecting ones in their later life. Financial responsibility was the most serious expected problem when they continue living in the present house in the later life. It means that the economic ability is the primary factor that determines whether they will have a stable life later. Secondly, as for the preference for the senior housing developer type, the group who preferred collectively developed senior congregate housing far outnumbered the other who preferred independent developer type. Also, the group who preferred collective developer type had higher economic ability than that of the other. These results indicate that above all, economic competence is the must significant variable, which should be considered in the future life and residential planning for the elderly. Korean senior congregate housing models should be developed based upon elaborate research. It is also necessary to develop different types of housing, such as a more practical type and a high quality type, as well as to respond to different kinds of developmental objectives, such as marketability and public benefit.

지방대학교의 학생주거에 관한 연구 -충남 홍성군 소재 대학교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Student Housing in the Regional University -Focused on the University at Hongsung Kun, Chungnam-)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a practical guide for the actual conditions and the preference of student housing in a regional university. The data are collected through questionnaire surveys from the students of a regional university. 265 samples are collected, and are analyzed by using SPSS-PC. The results are as follows: 1) The actual conditions of student housing Most residents of student housing(76.3%) come from the Capital region. Most of student housing are located at 30 minute distance from the school. Most of house style are Offistel as one room style. Most of housing size are within 10 minute distance from the school. Most of house style are Offistel as one room style. Most of housing size are within 10py, and two people reside in one unit. The average hours of staying at the student housing are over 10 hours. The most inconvenient factor is the lack of soundproofing in the current student housing. 2) The preference of student housing The most preferred location is in the walking distance from the school, and the apartment is the most preferred housing style. The most preferred installation of inside is internet connection. When choosing student housing, students prefer the distance from the school as the most important factor. Most female students reside with a roommate within 10 py of housing size, cook for themselves, and consider rent and maintenance fee as the decision factors in choosing housing. The most preferred style of house is apartment, and they prefer to install basic furniture and kitchen system inside of housing. As students go up to higher grade, they prefer the apartment, and prefer to cook for themselves. More fresh men reside with a roommate compared to other grades. They prefer Offistel with meals service at a walking distance from the school.

거주자우선주차제의 시행전략 (Determining the Components of Residential Parking Permint Program)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 설문조사를 통해 주민들이 실정에 맞는 거주자우선주차제의 실행 요건을 결정하는데 있다. 연구의 구성은 제2장에서 거주자우선주차제의 이론적 배경을 검토 하고, 제3장에서는 실행요건의 결정을 위한 연구분석의 틀을 제시하며, 제4장에서는 설문조 사의 방법과 조사내용에 대한 분석결과를 제시한다. 마지막으로 제5장에서는 결론과 정책건 의로 맺음한다. 이론적으로 분석결과 거주자우선주차제는 주차수요관리와 주차장공급촉진이 라는 2원적인 목표를 내재하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그결과 허가요금, 시행시간대 등의 실 행요건을 결정하는데 있어서 다양한 외부요인들을 고려하여야 할 필요가 있으며, 외부요인 들은 거주자들의 사회경제적 특성, 주거환경적특성, 주차행태적 특성, 기타특성 들로 구성된 다. 실행요건을 결정하기 위해 주민들에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고 그 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 요금수준 결정시 차고지 공급 목적일 경우 높은 수준의 요금을 부과하되 지역적 소득수준을 감안 하여야 하며, 목적이 수요관리에 있을 때는 외부인에 대한 규제만 하면 되 기 때문에 주민들에게는 무료이거나 가능한 낮은 요금을 징수하는 것이 바람직하다. 2) 공 간적 범위는 주민들의 근거리주차 선호 때문에 블록단위 또는 세가로를 중심으로 시행하되, 집앞돌폭이 4m 미만이거나 8m 이상일 경우에는 공간적 범위를 넓게 잡는 것이 바람직 할 것이다. 3) 주차면 배정은 독점적 사용권을 부여하는 방식이 공공재의 사유화라는 부작용 및 주차면의 비효율적 사용이라는 측면이 있기 때문에 가능한 공동이용방식을 채용함이 바 람직 한 것으로 나타났다. 4) 외부인 주처허가는 전용주택가 지역에서는 허용하여도 그리 큰 문제는 없을 것이나, 외부인 주차수요가 많은 지역에서는 무조건적 허락보다는 요금지불, 주차확인증과 같은 제도적 보완을 통해 허용해야 한다. 5) 시행시간대 결정시 전용주거지역 에서는 야간만 실시하여도 문제가 없으나 그외 지역에서는 주차수요를 고려하여 주간 또는 전일로 시행할 필요가 있다. 특히 주차문제가 하루종일 발생하는 경우와 출퇴근시 주차문제 가 많은 곳에서는 하루종일 시행할 필요가 있다. 그러나 차고지 확보율이 지나치게 낮은 곳 에서는 야간시 주민반대에 부디칠 가능성이 크기 때문에 차고지 여건이 개선될 때 까지는 시행을 보류할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

집합주택의 실내환경속성에 대한 거주자 선호에 대한 연구 - 상대적 비교 접근법을 중심으로 - (A Study on Residents' Trade-Off Preference for Interior Environmental Attributes of Multi-Family Housing)

  • This study is a case study to grasp residents` trade-off preference and opinions for selected interior environmental attributes of muilti-family housing. Interiew with structured questionnaire was carried out through pilot and main survey. On the basis of the result of pilot survey, interior environmental attributes for the main survey were selected. Selected attributes were the size of each residential room, the degree of openness between two rooms and interior facilities. Among them, trade-off approach was applied to the size of each residential room and interior facilities. For the main survey. 45 housewives living in 31 pyung apartment of a selected construction company to grasp the residents` trade-off preference and opinions on the selected attributes. In terms of the size of each room, subjects wanted the room to be lager, whereas master bedroom smaller, and family bathroom larger, wheareas toilet near master bedroom smaller. In terms of the degree of openness between two rooms, the present degree of openness between private and service area such as living room and balcony, and second bedroom and adjacent balcony need to be more open, whereas the present degree of openness between living room and dining room and between living room and kitchen need to be more closed. The comparative orders of important intems were the ventilation facility in the bathroom, drying poles for clothes in the balcony, interior landscape, and workable for hand washing clothes. In conclusion, measurement of preference using trade-off approach about selected interior environmental attributes in post-occupancy evaluation was regarded as a promising evaluation method to grasp the practical and comparative preference under constraints comparing to the typical existing methods.

Aging in Place를 위한 노인주거시설 선호에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Senior Citizens' Preferences over housing for Aging in Place)

  • The study was initially designed to look into the soon-to-be senior citizens' preferences for the life after retirement in aging society. Its outcomes are to be contributed to grading up the quality of housing culture through examining the expected changes of housing types in the future. The increasing number of the soon-to-be senior citizens becomes leading subjects in information, culture and consumption areas. Therefore it is significant to present a model of housing types for those citizens by analyzing their preferred residence after retirement. To complete those objectives, a set of questionnaires concerning sex, age, district, education and income of those subjects in 40's-50's, who are expected to be more than 20 percent of national population by 2030, were collected and analyzed to find out their preferences over housing types, residential welfare facilities, and co-housing. The results show that the preferences over the residential welfare facilities and co-housing for those who are able to move for themselves are low, while the preferences over single-unit houses in the suburbs within 2 hours from a city are very high. Preferences for apartments in the urban areas are high for those with high income and education. In contrast preferences for life in their hometowns are high for those whose income and education are relatively low. Most of those with some difficulties in moving for themselves want to get help with welfare facilities for the elderly people. And the preferences of those who want to receive help from assistants are different from those preferring to get help from their offsprings, which tells a need for further study of the convertible housing types according to their family members.

주거취약 청·장년 독신가구의 커뮤니티형 공동주택 구성요소 선호특성 연구 - 서울 쇠퇴지역 거주 독신가구를 중심으로 - (Preferred Features of Communal Shared Housing of the Urban Young Adults and Adults Housing Poor - Focused on Single Household Living in the Deprived Area of Seoul-)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to find out the characteristics of the communal shared housing preferred by the housing vulnerable single-person household young adults and adults. It also intended to identify overall characteristics of the young adults and adults and compare and analyze the differences. Method: The the questionnaire using face-to-face interview was conducted. The research subjects were 100 housing vulnerable single-person household young adults and adults, who were living in Gosiwon, Jjokbang, detached houses below the minimum housing standards, multiplex housing units and multi-household houses in Seoul. The research was conducted on the general characteristics, housing environmental characteristics, preferred characteristics of space planning and non-physical elements on the communal shared housing, and the collected data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. Result: Out of 15 categories on the communal shared housing, there were common preferences to 6 categories and differences in 7 categories between young adults and adults. At a time with the need for customized housing welfare by life cycle, these research findings are expected to provide basic data to realize customized housing welfare for the housing vulnerable and develop appropriate housing alternatives.
