노인은 대부분의 활동을 주거 공간 중심으로 보내게 되므로, 노화에 따른 만성적 지병과 신체활동의 기능저하로 말미암아 주거와 의료 서비스의 결합은 노인의 생활에 있어서 핵심적인 요소가 아닐 수 없다. 따라서 주거와 의료서비스를 결합한 노인의료주거단지에 있어 노인의 라이프스타일을 반영한 다양한 형태의 주거생활공간에 대한 연구와 대안모색이 필요하다. 참여와 공동창작으로 이루어지는 유니버설서비스디자인의 프로세스를 본 연구에 도입함으로써 주체적이고 활동적인 서비스의 소비자로서의 노인에 대한 적극적인 대안이 될 것이다.

Currently, the housing supply rate exceeds 100%, and the penetration rate continues to increase. This housing supply rate is changing from quantitative supply-oriented to improving the quality of the residential environment in housing service policies. Despite the increase in the housing supply rate, practical access to the vulnerable class is still difficult and there are many areas that are insufficient to use housing services when necessary. In addition, the demand for residential services is increasing due to the expansion of the scope of the vulnerable class. In order to compensate for these problems, facilities and joint occupancy that cannot guarantee independent living are mainly established, although a supply plan is established for the vulnerable by expanding policies and support projects. This paper proposes an IoT environment-based housing support system for vulnerable groups to support housing services for vulnerable groups. The proposal system improves the quality of the residential environment and provides service-oriented support services. Through the proposal system, appropriate social participation opportunities can be provided by improving the quality of life of the vulnerable and supporting a residential environment where independent living is possible.

The study looked into the effect of housing poverty on the depression level for the elderly in depth. In this study, we defined housing poverty as sub-minimum standard housing conditions, excess housing expenditure and housing instability. In order to verify the correlation of two variables, a mediating model structured by social welfare service was used which gave out the 4th Korea welfare panel data. When it came to our research methods, structured equation analysis was applied to verify the mediating effect and theoretical background. The results revealed that housing poverty of the elderly directly affected their depression level. Also the satisfaction of social service showed a partial mediating effect between housing poverty and depression level. But the mediating effect of social service experience between housing poverty and depression level was not statistically significant. The outcome of this study indicated the practical and social intervention to promote a mental health of the elderly by improving residential environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the needs and complaints of the victims through the service design methodology and provide customized living services in indoor temporary residential facilities that can improve them. Method: The paper proceeded on the double diamond process. In the discovery phase, prior research analysis and surveys identified the needs and complaints of the victims. In the definition phase, persona and scenario were used to further clarify the problems of living service for indoor temporary residential facilities. In the development phase, wrote a service blueprint and found a section where problems occur during the service delivery process. In the delivery phase, compared the improved service with the existing service and proposed improvement plan. Result: Proposed service solutions that can improve privacy guarantee service, senior care service, and meal and laundry service problems. Conclusion: The proposed improvements are considered to provide improved living services in indoor temporary residential facilities.

In South Korea, it has been increased the necessity of supplying housing services to meet the needs and desires of various residents by reflecting various demographic and social changes. In particular, various smart device has been widely utilized in South Korea and the smart technologies, such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things has been developed rapidly. These smart technologies could support smart housing that allows residents to easily and comfortably employ residential services. However, it is necessary to improve the awareness of users in order to spread the smart housing residential services connected to smart technologies. For this reason, this study observed changes in users' perceptions of smart housing residential service technology using Living Lab. As a result, after experiencing the Living Lab, users' awareness of smart housing housing service increased, and it was observed that the preferred housing service technology was more detailed than before the Living Lab experience. This study shows that it is important to raise users' awareness for the dissemination of smart housing residential service technology, and that Living Lab can be an effective means for this purpose.

주거환경의 변화는 주거공간을 구성하고 있는 제품을 더 이상 독립된 구조가 아닌 서로 네트워크로 연결된 하나의 제품 및 서비스로 인식될 필요성을 나타내고 있다. 따라서, 제품 및 서비스 컨셉 도출을 위한 사용자 조사 단계에서 사용자의 행위 관찰 시, 관찰의 범위가 기존의 개별 제품을 사용하는 환경 중심에서 전체 제품을 사용하는 환경으로 확장 될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 주거공간에서 제품 사용의 관찰범위를 개별제품사용환경과 전체제품사용환경으로 분류하여 각각의 관찰범위에서의 사용자 행위 분석 데이터가 어떠한 차이를 갖는지 관찰법(Ethnography)을 이용한 사례연구를 통해 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 추후 주거환경을 구성하는 제품 및 서비스 개발 시 목적에 적합한 관찰범위를 선택하는데 있어 도움이 될 것이며, 기반이 되는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

개방형 플랫폼기술과 클라우드 컴퓨팅기술을 통합하여 스마트주거단지를 위한 클라우드 기반의 개방형 체계에 대한 개념을 제시하고자 한다. 스마트 단지관리의 가장 핵심이 되는 모듈인 단지 관리 플랫폼은 통합정보 계층, 통합운영 계층, 공통기능 계층 및 외부연계 계층 등으로 구성되어 있다. 각 계층에서 수행되어지는 운영 특성을 기반으로 표준화된 플팻폼에서 서비스를 개발할 수 있도록 함은 물론 스마트주거단지 관련 서비스, 플랫폼, 인프라를 유틸리티처럼 제공하는 클라우드기반의 서비스제공자를 육성함과 아울러 스마트주거 서비스 시장 확대 및 산업활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

인구 및 가구구성원의 변화, 그에 따른 라이프 스타일의 변화로 국민의 주거환경이 다양한 형태로 변모하고 있어 기존과는 다른 형태의 새로운 정보제공 모델이 필요하게 되었다. 현대인의 바쁜 사회활동과 맞벌이 부부 및 노인인구의 증가는 우리의 가정에 점차 언제 어디서나 네트워크로 연결되어 누구나 안심하고 쉽게 주거공간 내에서 비즈니스, 건강, 교육, 오락 등의 활동을 제공할 수 있는 서비스에 대한 욕구를 확대시키고 있다. 또한 최근의 IT서비스 환경은 전화서비스, 인터넷접속서비스와 방송서비스가 융합되어 소위 "Triple Play" 서비스의 가치가 부상하면서 홈네트워크 서비스라는 새로운 패러다임으로의 전환을 예고하고 있다.(중략)

This study aims to explore the realities of life and the utilizing experience of housing improvement service among the vulnerable living in the indecent house. For this purpose of this study, we conducted in-depth interview with nine interviewees. As the result of this study, we figured out that the vulnerable living in the poor house had experienced psychological withdrawals, restricted of social activities, health problems, and feelings of insecurity. However, they could not afford to improve their houses because they were living below or near the poverty line. Local government provided the housing improvement service to cope with this problem. The people received this service gave positive reviews. Since their residential environment was improved, they felt easiness, strengthened social relationships, and expected a warm winter. Despite of 'thankful service', the housing improvement service had some limitations. Because of the limited budgets, full-scale construction services were unfeasible. Also we figured out it is necessary to make a change in housing policies for the people living in the poor houses. In the conclusion, we discussed and proposed the policies and practical suggestions.
