A Study on the Influence of Apartment Brand Image on Occupancy Satisfaction (아파트 브랜드 이미지가 입주만족도에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the residential satisfaction and the residential satisfaction in the residential environment. For this study, we analyzed the main factors of occupancy satisfaction by integrating previous studies on brand and housing and purchase intention, developing a research model based on the theoretical study on occupancy satisfaction, and establishing a research hypothesis. The results of this study are as follows: First, the relationship between first brand image and occupancy satisfaction is statistically significant. Second, the relationship between residential satisfaction and residential satisfaction is significant. In addition, the relationship with prices acting as parameters is analyzed to be somewhat significant. Therefore, this study is expected to provide not only useful information in the relationship between apartment supplier and consumer, but also provide basic information on similar research. However, due to limitations such as selection of control variables and analytical errors, future research should be conducted through development of more comprehensive and valid indicators.

  • 살내 유적지의 발굴조사에서 지질물리학에 기초한 연구방법과 적용성을 검토하고자 발굴과 아울러 지구물리탐사를 실시하였다. 심도에 따라 구분한 전기비저항에서 토양 구성물질의 차이에 의한 전기비저항의 변화와 퇴적물의 공급방향을 유추할 수 있다. 지하레이더탐사의 반사단면에서 퇴적층의 분급과 입도에 따라 구분되는 층리의 경계를 규명할 수 있는데, 실트의 구성비가 높은 지층들의 반사면은 측방 연장성이 좋은 반면 자갈의 구성비가 높은 지층의 반사면들은 불규칙한 기복을 보여준다. 지층 반사면의 형태로부터 고환경의 정보를 획득할 수 있는데, 살래유적지의 경우 문화층은 세립의 실트와 모래와 우세한 지층에 해당하며 층서에서 자갈층의 반복과 지층 경사는 퇴적물의 공급에 관련되는 고수계의 위치와 하천의 지속적으로 범람하는 환경을 지시한다. 주거 유적지의 대자율탐사에서 유적지 경계부의 토양은 주변에 비해 낮은 대자율을 가진다. 대자율 이상대를 형성하는 토양은 주거지 내부에 한정되며 이들은 황색계열의 토색으로 소성에 의한 것으로 추정된다.

The Effect of Young People's Housing and Employment Characteristics on Willingness for Marriage (청년층의 주거와 취업특성이 결혼의향에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the housing-related characteristics of unmarried youth using occupational history data from the 10th-14th (2016-2020) youth panel (YP2007) of the Korea Employment Information Service, and the characteristics of housing and employment. Their effect on marriage intention was empirically analyzed. The results of the analysis show that highly educated people, high-wage workers, household heads or economically independent young people, and young people in good financial conditions have a high willingness to marry. Their economic conditions are very important factors. Among the young employed who have become economically independent from their parents, full-time permanent workers, workers at large corporations, and highly waged youth showed a strong desire to get married. On the contrary, young people who are insecure temporary/daily workers, workers at small firms, and low-wage workers show a low willingness to marry. In conclusion, the results imply that young people who are in a vulnerable state in the labor market are giving up or delaying their marriage. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance policies to provide better employment opportunities for youth and, simultaneously, revamp the policy measures to enhance housing conditions.

  • 최근에 제4차 산업혁명을 거론하면서 사물인터넷(IoT)을 하나의 중요한 요소로 보고 있으며, 사물인터넷의 한 방향으로 홈네트워크인 홈IoT가 주목을 받고 있다. 최근의 경제적, 사회적인 변화로 1인 가구, 독거노인, 맞벌이 가구의 증가로 인한 주거환경 변화가 사물인터넷 디바이스의 새로운 수요 증가를 시키고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 홈IoT와 관련하여 다양한 이슈화가 있지만 크게 두 부분으로 제언을 하고자 한다. 하나는 사물인터넷(IoT)가 가지고 있는 근본적인 문제인 전원으로 에너지 자립형 IoT와 관련하여 에너지 하베스팅을 기반으로 연구되고 있으나, 홈IoT 설비의 관점에서 단순하게 접근하고자 한다. 두번째로 정보보안 관련으로 최근에 랜섬웨어와 같은 네트워크 침입을 통한 해킹 및 접근이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있음으로 네트워크 보안관점을 보고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 홈IoT는 무선전력방식이나 전원접근방식을 저전력 방식으로 새롭게 표준화나 전원 서비스를 함으로서 좀 더 용이하게 IoT를 설치할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 네트워크 보안은 개인의 경각심과 더불어서 IoT 장비 개발사의 지속적인 보안 업데이트가 가능하도록 인증절차가 필요할 것으로 판단이 된다.

Application and Development of Teaching-Learning Plan for 'Sustainable Residence Created with Neighbor' ('이웃과 더불어 만드는 지속가능한 주거생활' 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 적용)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching-learning process plan for sustainable residing creating with neighbors and to apply it to the housing section of Technology-Home Economics according to the 2007 Revised Curriculum. Teachinglearning method solving practical problems was used for the teaching-learning process plans of 6-session lessons according to the ADDIE model. In the development stage, 17 activity materials and 15 teaching learning materials (6 reading texts, 6 moving pictures, 2 internet and 1 image materials) were developed. for the 6-session lessons, based on the stages of solving practical problems. The plans applied to the 3 classes of 8, 9, and 10th grade of the H. junior and senior high school in Myun district in Kyungbook during Sept. 1st to 14th, 2009. The results showed that students actively participated when the contents and materials were related to their own experience. The 6-session lessons about sustainable residing creating with neighbors was significantly increased the sense of community between before and after. Each of the 4 stages of the teachinglearning method solving practical problems were highly participated by the students. The satisfaction with the contents and methods of the 6-session lessons were evaluated over medium to somewhat higher levels. The practical activities to solve the community space and programs were got positive comments. Problem solving process and presentation and discussion were needed to learn more. Those results might support that the teachinglearning process plan this research developed. would be appropriate to the lessons for sustainable residing creating with neighbors.

A Study on the Mutual Influence of Indicators of the Real Estate Auction Market (부동산 경매시장 지표간의 상호 영향에 관한 연구)

  • If the real estate auction market indicators are relevant and meaningful, they can be meaningful information to the real estate market in connection with general real estate. The purpose of this study is to examine whether time-supply logic is applied in auction market by identifying time series correlations for the number of auctions, the auction rate, and the auction price rate, which are major indicators of real estate auction market. The real estate types were classified into three categories: residential real estate, land, and commercial real estate. The monthly time series of auctions in the metropolitan real estate were compiled for 96 months. Based on this data, the auction market model for each type was established and the mutual influences between the indicators were analyzed. As a result, the supply and demand indicators, the number of auctions and the auction rate, showed the nature of supply and demand according to the supply and demand logic of the market. However, the correlation was high for residential real estate and relatively low for commercial real estate. the auction rate has a long-term impact on price indicators, especially residential real estate, which is quantitatively explanatory and significant. The three auction-related indicators differ in degree, but there is a correlation, especially for residential real estate, which can be useful information for policy making.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 오늘날 인간생활 행태의 변화뿐만 아니라 미래건축 공간에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 그 중에서도 인간의 가장 기본적인 생활환경인 주거 공간의 변화는 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 지능형 홈, 사이버 아파트 등의 새로운 미래주거 공간이 나타나고 홈네트워크 시스템을 이용한 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 적용되고 있다. 그러나 거주자를 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 공간에 적절히 적용되지 않는 사례가 발생하고 있고 수요자 요구와 관련 없이 서비스가 설계되어 있어 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 이는 현재의 홈네트워크가 IT 업계가 제공한 솔루션과 기기 중심으로 서비스가 개발되고, 공급자 위주의 기능의 편리성을 위주로 제공되고 있기 때문이며, 주택을 잘 알고 있는 건설인과의 협업이나 최종 사용자의 기호가 고려되고 있지 않기 때문이다. 더욱 중요한 것은 초기 디자인 단계에서 이러한 문제점들이 수용되고 있지 못하고 공간 디자인과 서비스 개발이 유리화되어 선 시공 후, 서비스를 끼워 맞추기식으로 계획하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 서비스 개발의 관점에서 접근하여 공동 주택의 초기 디자인 단계에서 수요자가 원하는 서비스를 공간에 적용하여 부합되는지를 살펴보고, 이에 따라 적절한 미래공간을 디자인 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 공간정보 데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 공동주택 유비쿼터스 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 연구에 그 목적을 둔다.

  • 본 연구에서는 화학사고와 관련하여 위험확산 예측기술개발을 위해 필요한 기상관측장비의 설치위치를 공간분석기법을 활용하여 우선순위로 설치되어야 하는 지역 20개소를 선정하였다. 울산전지역을 1km, 5km, 10km 격자망을 생성하여 기존 기상청에서 제공하고 있는 기상정보를 제외하고 울산전역의 상세한 기상관측정보 제공을 위해 필요한 관측개소 개수를 1차적으로 파악하였다. 위험확산 모니터링에 필요한 기상관측장비 설치간격을 결정하고 경제성을 고려하여 통신사 기지국 활용가능성을 검토하였다. 20개의 최종 설치위치를 결정하기 위해 울산지역에서 발생한 화학사고정보를 기반으로 밀도분석을 수행하여 위험지역을 분석하고, 유해화학물질을 취급하는 업소 정보를 수집하여 군집분포를 수행하였으며, 누출사고 발생 시 가장 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 주거지역 분포를 파악하기 위해 밀도분석을 수행하였다.

  • The study consisted of a survey of the residential satisfaction level of the 3rd grade students and a survey of accessibility from farms for practical field training to public facilities. According to the geographical location of the farms on the map, the average distance to facilities related to convenience or safety and health that students complained was about 12km. And that to social and public facilities was about 4.4km. Students pointed out the convenience of using transportation, commercial and convenient facilities, and the safety of anti-crime security facilities as complaints during the practice session. Residential satisfaction levels in five realms, such as facility and structure, convenience, safety, comfort and sociality, were not all reached at the satisfaction level. In particular, the satisfaction level of female students was sub-normal in the safety and convenience realms. The average satisfaction levels reviewed by department were sub-normal for horse industry and floriculture departments. By residential patterns, satisfaction with sharing with the farmers was higher than with other patterns. And satisfaction level by housing structure was much lower in the assembly and container structures Since residential satisfaction level is determined by the inside and outside environment of the dwelling, college should provide students with accurate and vivid data using information communication technologies.
