When the record management faces to the information environment, the practices based on self-judgment needs more open and considerate policies. New viewpoint that treat records as information and treat information as records will produce new mutual-conscious behavior that create records based on the value of information usage and maintain information data based on the reliability as an record. As the internal aspect how to create records well, how to transfer them well, and how to archives them well used to be the focus of record management, existing legislation, guidelines, and training seem to be mainly related to this front steps. We should also address issues according to the succeeding information services, including opening to the relevant, sharing, duplicating, information security, privacy protection, and constructing collections with continual supplement. This paper observe the confusion of the viewpoints in the recent reports, explain the need of fusion viewpoint, and suggest interconnecting feedback cycle between record management system and general information system.

With about 600 officially licensed food additives now living in modern people's lives, consumers' interest in the additives, food safety and harmfulness in food products is also increasing, and mobile services for consumers who want to properly recognize and purchase the safety of food they want to consume are being implemented at home and abroad. In this study, six major applications that provide food safety information were analyzed for functions and designs, evaluated by design experts and evaluated for usability to actual users. Through the function and design analysis results, three similar domestic applications were selected, and the design experts were evaluated for UI and usability, and two of the most similar applications were selected for usability testing. The test results showed that the two applications were similar in usability, but considering the overall results, it was found that the strictest available food safety application. After this study, we propose improvements in the design of food safety applications and existing designs and functions to help improve the convenience of food application developers and users, and thus to ensure the safe and correct eating habits of the people.

The purpose of this study is to present a block type smart classroom model for comprehensive supply of educational contents, classroom environment and ICT technology in African countries where educational infrastructure is weak. It will provide a contextual solution that integrates learning management, power management, and classroom environment management systems, and will be a convergence model that can optimize economic and non-economic conditions for different African countries. It can be expected to enhance utilization as it is a differentiated model from existing classrooms with a single container, as well as independent research and development centered on services, content, and solutions. Through this integrated research process, we can overcome the spatial and functional limitations appearing in single container classrooms and build a flexible space for advanced e-learning technology. The depth and scope of the follow-up study can be carried by investigating the performance and models that are in line with the educational and infrastructure conditions of the various regions.

Objective: This research draws synthesized and objected results regarding the factors that influence burnout of child care teachers. The purpose for this is to understand in-depth of the burnout child care teachers experience at site through understanding their experience in depth. Methods: A mix research method including meta-analysis and in-depth interview was proceeded. Results: The main factor of burnout of the child care teacher is structural characteristics factor. Also through in-depth interview 13 main subjects and 28 detailed subject were found in the factors that affect burnout of child care teachers. Most factors which were meaningful results from the meta-analysis were re-confirmed through the in-depth interview. Out of those, the most effective sub-factor showed psychological factor of self-esteem. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these results, we have suggested child care environment unification, training education process for child care teachers, reinforcement of qualification standard, and accreditation system in order to enhance qualitative child care service and reduce exhaustion of child care teachers.

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the supervision process and functions in social welfare practice on the supervision satisfaction of social workers and their customer orientation. For this, 196 social workers were asked to answer to the questionnaire and their responses were analyzed. The courses between variables were analyzed using structural equation model. The findings from this study show that the supervision process impact on supervision satisfaction, but didn't influence customer orientation. The functions of supervision positively impacted on both supervision satisfaction and customer orientation. Furthermore, the supervision process and functions influence customer orientation with supervision satisfaction as a mediating factor. In addition. this study proposes a supervision practice system as a means to provide customer-oriented service to clients.

This study aims to explore the moderated moderation effect of learning flow and professor-student interaction in the relationship between learning agility and job preparation behavior among engineering college students. Based on the data collected from 206 second-year students at P-college, the conditional effects of the research model (direct effect and moderated moderation effect) was analyzed using Process v3.5.3 for SPSS. As a result, first, the learning agility of engineering college students had a statistically significant and positive effect on job preparation behavior. Second, learning flow had a significantly negative and moderating effect in the relationship between learning agility and job preparation behavior. Third, the moderating effect of learning flow was moderated by the frequency of interaction between professor-student in the relationship between learning agility and job preparation behavior. And its effects were statistically significant and positive. Based on these results, academic and practical discussions and implications were presented.

Prior research regarding the macro patterns of industry convergence has focused on the inter-industry patent network and cross-industry movements of products or services. This article provides a novel approach, according to which human resources embodying explicit and implicit knowledge and technologies are important media driving industry convergence. Drawing on GOMS data (2015-2019) and using information of university graduates' academic majors and their occupations, this article proposes an analytic strategy by which to understand the macro patterns and structural features of industry convergence. Specifically, we build unbalanced bipartite networks of major-industry (occupation) relations, and construct the measures of the industry's niche width and the measure of the average degree of convergence of majors that each industry is linked to. By crossing the two measures, we identify four groups of industries(occupations); specialist, generalist, partial convergence, and full convergence. The convergence group is composed of industries (occupations) that acquire human resources from a number of academic majors each of which plays a role of glue connecting several local industries.

There have been constant requests for urgently recruiting professionals in the archives to establish archival management systems by reflecting public institutional feature as well as reinforcing expertise and independence of them. However, it is true that some even adequate professional manpower haven't been secured at each level of public institutions due to ambiguous standards for the placement of professionals in the field of records management followed by the current [Public Records Management Act]. Thereupon, this study is to create records management task model for the archival management institutions with the workload of records management induced by the model, and to present reasonable scale of workforce to deal with the assignment. Moreover, here is shown which professional staff should be allocated for better efficiency and systems to carry out the task of records management in each relevant institution.

The objective of this study is to propose an operation management strategy for the connectivity which are the designated and managed in sector of the transportation and logistics on the national critical infrastructures. The industrial structure is becoming advanced. The national critical infrastructure managed by the shows forms of the cooperative connection and collaborative R&D. Also, in-depth and specific analysis for the disaster safety budget are implemented to consideration for the R&D life cycle. The government responsibility are expanded comprehensively. Needs are exchanging life styles by the economic and safety demands. At this trends, this study encourage facility maintenance and scientific management to the public service. Throughout the result of this study, national critical infrastructure are implementing for protection plan of the sustainable maintenance and management. And, we have to prepare and implement for the consideration of the characteristics through comprehensive guidelines. This study contributes to the disaster and safety management by proposed an operation strategy of the cooperative connection in the sector of transportation and logistic sector on the national critical infrastructure.

This report has continuously improved in Information Security Level of Information Communication Service Companies which are applicable to Information Security Safety Inspection System.
