Recently, aging population will be coming out of the first magnitude demanders in this age. The purpose of the study is to present the basic data useful to get the public attention concerning the development of the consumer market of the elderly people by looking into the various factors which may influence the consumer. The results of the study will be very useful in establishing the relevant marketing strategies and in. providing the business opportunities for the elderly consumers in Korea. A survey was performed on actual Korean consumers aged over 55 and the results was compared with data previously reported in Korea and U.S.A.

Purpose - This study aims to identify the priorities of medical service quality improvement by customer satisfaction characteristics and potential customer satisfaction improvement (PCSI) index based on the dualistic quality classification of Kano Model (1984) for Comprehensive Health Screeening Center in General Hospitals and Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening and suggest a direction for future improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - Through advanced research on health screening medical service quality, this study set four service quality factors, including tangible, human, process and supportive factors, and 39 measurement items. Based on these items, the study used 117 questions, which consist of dualistic quality factors, customer satisfaction coefficients, positive and negative questions for PCSI index and questions for current satisfaction. 300 effective samples were collected for adults in their 20s who experienced health screening service in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon within the past two years. Collected data were input in the quality evaluation duality table to categorize quality factors and calculate customer satisfaction coefficients by Timko(1993). The study also analyzed PCSI index in comparison with current satisfaction and identified priorities in quality improvement. Results - It was found that the most urgent factors to improve the quality in both groups were adequate waiting hours and emergency response for complications, which are process factors classified as unitary quality. It is urgently needed to improve the quality as the PCSI index was high in supportive factors (complaint response team) as attractive quality in Comprehensive Health Screening Center in General Hospitals and in process factors (prevention of infection) as unitary quality in Centers only for Comprehensive Health Screening. As the PCSI index was low in space use as a tangible factor, it was found that the current level can be maintained instead of improvement. Conclusions - To improve the health screening medical service quality, it is required to focus on process factors (adequate waiting hours, emergency response for complications, prevention of infection) and supportive factors (complaint response team) among service qualities perceived by users. It is proposed to ensure continuous efforts to manage and reinforce priorities as a direction for future improvement in health screening service.

In this paper, we tried to broaden a width of practical use field for applications through combining to existing contents after constructing various contents for companion animals. For this, we designed and developed our new companion animal management system(PET-IN) by adding various contents such as information management, schedule management, health management, QR code, SNS, shopping, map service for companion animals to smartphone applications. By PET-IN accessibility and satisfactory level tests, we found out that new synergy effect have appeared through combining each contents, and connectivity is increased. So, practical use field is broaden. These tests show us that comprehensive content composition is necessary for companion animal applications, and this study can be used as important data when new companion animal application contents are constructed in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the intent to revisit among health screening center customers. The subjects were 195 customers of a health screening center. The intent to revisit was positively correlated with customer satisfaction and word-mouth communication. Multiple regressions showed that customer satisfaction and perceived health status explained 29% of the variance of the intent to revisit. In order to increase the intent to revisit, hospital and nursing managers should strive to improve customer satisfaction. In particular, strategies to arrange explanation of the result consultations, individual health management tailored to customers' needs, and customers-relationship management for continuing relations with the customer should be needed. In addition, it will be needed to expand the roles of nurses who are working in the health screening center from simple heath check or customer reception to active health education and continuous health screening plan after initial one.

The purpose of this research is to suggest appropriate directions for the desirable ecotourist attraction management through the investigation of the tourist's satisfaction with ecotourism in case of Geumgang birdwatching destination. This research focus on the identification of the determinants of the ecotourist's satisfaction and the estimated regression model. The results of this study for the tourist's satisfaction with the ecotourism are summarized as follows. First, as a result of the factor analysis of the tourist's satisfaction variables, five factors like 'knowledge information', 'experience', 'ecological value', 'guide service', 'facilities environment' are deduced. Second, as a result of the test of significance, the difference of the satisfaction with ecotourism in aspect of the tourist's demographic characteristics like age and academic background is confirmed to be statistically significant except sex. Third, the tourist's satisfaction with ecotourism appears to be positively correlative with the tourist's overall satisfaction.

In order to provide appropriate Quality of Service(QoS) guarantee to each traffic flow in intergrated service networks, an efficient traffic scheduling algorithm as well as resource reservation must be adopted in host and transit routers. In this paper, a new efficient fair queueing algorithm which adopts a linearly increasing virtual time is presented. The proposed algorithm is fair and the maximum and mean delay guaranteed of each flow are less than those of the SCFQ(self clocked fair queueing) algorithm which is one of the most promising traffic scheduling algorithm, while providing low implementation complexity as the SCFQ scheme. And, it has the better isolation provided than SCFQ, which means that each flow is much less influenced by the violating traffic flows provided its allocated bandwidth gurantee. The fairness of the proposed algorithm is proved and simulation results of maximum and mean delay presented.

The importance of the security management system for the aviation infrastructure cannot be overemphasized. What is especially important on the security management system for it is the assessment that is detaild and systematic. This article presents a framework based on a Hanulcha-type security management system model for a Information security of the Aviation infrastructure. This system checks, estimates and analyzes the goal of security with effect, especially in case of the security-accident on the aviation infrastructure because this system model gives the integrated security assessment method.

This research tried to evaluate the competitiveness of a mobile game in the aspect of emotional value which was developed on the purpose of improving specific emotional features. An evaluation of emotional value of a game before its commercial service will provide an effective advice for its marketing and service. The target game to be evaluated on this research is a mobile puzzle game of match-3 genre. We compared the game with Candy crush saga and Poko pang, and the indicators used to evaluate emotional features were flow, challenge, and intention of use. The importance values of indicators were calculated using AHP. And the three games were evaluated by pair-wise comparison method. Finally, the importance values of each indicators were applied to the evaluated results to make overall game quality value.

Geographic Infprmation System(GIS)is being apply to extended from specified ppkication to general purpose deu to the omprovement of computing power.As one part of postal Integarated Information Servies, Postalroute Optimication system(PROS) is comprsed of the composed of the shortest pathe genrator for providing fast and shortest route of postal delivery, the ischronal area generator, the boudary relacation generator, GIS engine, road map, and rdelational database , etc.This paper is related to creation algorithm of the shortest path generation (SPAWD;Shortest Path Algorithm With Direction)from PEOS model.To differ from the exsting shortest path generating methods, this paper suggests SPAWD alforithm for searching destinations of fast time between start and destination points with dirdstion.It comapares and analyzes the new algorithm with existion algorithms, and suggests directions of future studies.
