  • 최근 네트워크 망이나 장비의 종류에 관계없이 다양한 망과 이기종간의 네트워크 장비를 통합하고 관리하기위한 시스템의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 SNMP만으로 다양하고 복잡해지는 네트워크를 관리하기에는 많은 한계점이 존재한다. XML[11]은 정보교환을 목적으로 고안되었으며 기업들은 앞 다투어 어플리케이션에 XML을 도입하여 정보교환의 새로운 모델로 사용하고 있다. 현재 XML은 분산환경이나 상호운용을 필요로 하는 어플리케이션 사이의 정보교환의 새로운 형식으로 자리잡고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 네트워크 망이나 장비의 종류에 상관없이 다양한 망과 이기종간의 네트워크 장비를 통합하고 관리하기위한 시스템의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 SNMP만으로 다양하고 복잡해지는 네트워크를 관리하기에는 많은 한계점이 존재한다. XML은 정보교환을 목적으로 고안되었으며 기업들은 앞 다투어 어플리케이션에 XML을 도입하여 정보교환의 새로운 모델로 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 망관리시스템의 기본 관리정책과 SNMP PDU 메시지를 XML로 정의하여, 다양한 장비와 망을 그 종과 수에 관계없이 통합관리할 수 있는 통합망관리시스템의 프로토타입을 제안한다.

Correlation and Sensitivity of Acute Toxicity of Pesticides on the Common Carp(C. carpio) and Killifish(O. latipes) (농약에 대한 잉어(C. carpio)와 송사리(O. latipes)의 급성독성 상관성 및 감수성)

  • The recommended species in fish acute toxicity test for pesticide registration in korea are common carp (Cyprinus carpio), killifish(Oryzias latipes) and loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus). But most of fish toxicity was evaluated using common carp. The common carp has several problems such as difficulty of room breeding, difference of sensitivity to breeding condition, limited experimental period, etc. For that reason, it is necessary to reexamine of test species. The present study investigated the sensitivity and correlation of $LC_{50}$ values that determined using the acute toxicity test with common carp and killifish. And this study is a realistic approach to evaluated appropriate species for fish acute toxicity test of pesticide. As a result, correlation coefficient(R) of the commom carp and killifish was high correlation of 0.8480 and the $LC_{50}$ values was not significant in the interspecies sensitivity. When the $LC_{50}$ values of common carp and killifish was compared with fish toxicity guideline in Korea, fish toxicity class has fluctuated in 18 pesticides with not very special tendency. Therefore, it is necessary to review of killifish has more advantage to standardization of fish culture and in the side of correlation and sensitivity of acute toxicity.

Variation of Peroxidase Isoenzymes in Rhododendron plants (Rhododendron에 있어서 Peroxidase 동위효소(同位酵素)의 변이성(變異性))

  • Peroxidase banding patterns were obtained by disc electrophoresis of leaf extractions from flowering plants, R. mucronulatum, R. yedoense var. poukhanese, and R. schlippenbachii. A total of 21 peroxidase isoenzymes were resolved from these species, R. mucronulatum, P. yedoense var. poukhanese, and R. schlippenbachii. Five identical peroxidase isoenzymes were resolved in R. yedoense var. poukhanese and R. schlippenbachii. It means that there is a close relationships between two species. The peroxidase banding patterns of all three Rhododendron species were not correlated with each other on percentage total density of each band. The correlation coefficients for peroxidase band densities compared with leaf areas and leaf width/length ratios of Rhododendron plants were not significant at the 5% level. Wide variation was observed in R. yedoense var. poukhanese and R. schlippenbachii compared with R. mucronulatum.

Effects of Incompatibility on Protoplast Fusion between intra-and inter Species in Basidiomycete, Pleurotus spp. (느타리버섯의 불화합성(不和合性)이 종내(種內) 및 종간(種間) 원형질체(原形質體) 융합(融合)에 미치는 영향(影響))

  • Effects of incompatibility existing between intra-and interspecies in Pleurotus spp. on protoplast fusion, clamp formation of their fusants and fruitbody production were investigated. Protoplast fusion between intra-and interspecies of the fungus was achieved by Poly ethylene glycol treatment. The fusion frequency between intraspecies was a little higher than that of interspecies. Fusion frequency between interspecies was not correlated with their similarities based on isozyme patterns. In case of protoplast fusion between intra-and interspecies, the fusants from the compatible isolates produced normal fruit bodies, while those from the incompatible isolates did not produce clamp connections and fruit bodies except those of a few isolates presumed mutants.

  • The study was initiated to investigate the nature of varietal resistance to the rice stem borer (Chilo suppressalis WALKER), specially the rotation of the resistance to the silica and nitrogen content of the host Plants. 1. The body freight of the larvae, reared on the stem of the various varieties of rice plants, when weighed at the age of 25 days old, showed great variation, and ranged from 21.24 mgrs. to 45.77 mgrs. depending on the used varieties of tile rice plants. And generally the varieties of Indica types were showed greater body weight than that of Japonica types in this experiments. 2. The positive correlation coefficients of percent survivals to body weight, developement, oviposition preference and rate of damage to host plants were significant, and consequently the percent survival could be used as a criteria of resistance. 3. The content of silica in the host plants was significantly correlated with both the degree of boring on the leaf and attractovemess of larvae, and the total nitrogen content of plants showed significant positive correlation coefficient with larval attractivenes, but not significant with the degree of boring on the leaf. 4. Since the attractiveness and boring manner were significantyly correlated to resistance criteria of rice plant to the pest, it could be considered that the resistance is the results of chain reaction of the factors mentioned above.

Studies on the Structure of Forest Community at Taech'ongbong-Hangyeryong Area in Soraksan National Park (설악산국립공원 대청봉-한계령 지역의 산림군집구조에 관한 연구)

  • To investigate the structure and the conservation strategy of natural forest at Taech'ongbong-Hangyeryong Area in Soraksan. 45 plots(20m*20m) set up with random sampling method were surveted. Four groups - Quercus mongolica - Acer pseudosieboldianum community, Avies nephrolepis - Tilia amurensis - Quercus mongolica community, Abies nephrolepis - Taxus cuspidata community, Abies nephrolepis - Qurecusmongolica community - were classified by cluster analysis. High positive correlations were proved between Abies nephrolepis and Betula ermanii; Abies nephrolepis and Pinus pumila; Aies nephrolepis and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum; Betula ermanii and Pinus pumila; Betula ermanii and Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum; Pinus pumila and Rhododendron mucronulatm var. ciliatum; Quercus mongolica and Rhododendron schlippenbachii; Quercus mongolica and Qeigela subsessilis; Euonymus macroptera and Syringa reticulata; Euonymus macroptera and Viburnum wrightii; Acer ukurunduense and Euonymus oxyphyllus, and high nagative correlations were proved between Betula ermanii and Acer pseudosieboldianum; Quercus mongolica and Tripterygium regelii; Rhododendron schlippenbachii and Tripterygium regelii; Carpinus cordata and Acer pseudosieboldianum. Species diversity(H') of investigated area was calculated 2.1352~2.8016.

A Study on Typology of Japanese Institutional Repositories and Features of Groups (일본 기관 레포지토리 유형화 및 군집의 특성 분석)

  • While dCollections of Korea have been initiated by a government for metadata harvesting, institutional repositories of Japan have been managed as instituion's independent tool for not only collectiong, archiving and distributing their intellecture assets, but also realizing open access. This study analyzes IRDB of Japanese statistically for understanding features of institutional repositories and by clustering the repository on the basis of types of contents, the differences have been brightened. According to analysis result, Japanese repository contains diverse types of contents, such as journal articles;scholarly papers, text books and technical reports. etc. and clustered by five distinguished group with different contents type.

Classification and Analysis of Characteristics of Changes in Apartment Landscape Work (아파트조경공사 설계변경의 유형분류와 특성분석)

  • In the wake of categorizing the design changes occurred during the period from 2004 till the first half of 2006 in Choongcheong province area, based on purpose and reason of design changes identified by the Korea National Housing Corp, it included 11 types such as the image of the apartment complex, scenic elements, consideration by the user, prevention of the defect, constructability, site conditions, incompatibility between the activities, superordinate standard, prevention of civic complaints, design details and others, along with 47 subordinate elements. And the evaluation intended to identify the corelation between the number and time of design change approval, frequency and scale of design change by type and the cost variations indicated that; firstly, enhancing the image of the apartment complex proved to be the main reason for design changes, accounting for 22% in terms of frequency and 54.9% in terms of cost variation. Secondly, the higher the increase in cost by design change aimed at improving the image of the complex, the lower the decrease in cost by design change for uncertain reasons, dubbed the inverse proportional relations, indicating that the design changes for uncertain reasons were mostly aimed at reducing the construction cost. Thirdly, with regard to the number of design change approval and the time of the initial approval, twice or less and 90 days or less before completion of the construction work, respectively, accounted for $52{\sim}53%$, indicating the design change deliberation and approval tended to have been carried out collectively in the form of ex post facto approval, which seemed to be attributable to the attempt of reducing the construction cost or budget problem, as a result of comparing with the cases in which the cost was reduced.

Estimate of pesticide residues in tomato varieties using ratio of surface area to weight (비표면적을 이용한 토마토의 과종별 농약 잔류량 예측)

  • This study estimated the correlation between surface area/weight ratios and pesticide residues in two varieties of tomato, mini tomato and tomato. The ratios of surface area/weight of mini tomato and tomato were $2.15cm^2g^{-1}$ and $1.00cm^2g^{-1}$ respectively. Pesticide residues were measured with four kinds of pesticide, chlorothalonil WP, chlorothalonil SC, oxadixyl WP, thiophanate-methyl WP. Ie residue amount of mini tomato was $1.4\sim2.4$ times higher than those in tomato regardless of the application date and frequency. The ratios of surface area/weight on tomato varieties played a key role for determining pesticide residue.

A Study of Visualization and Analysis Method about Plants Social Network Used for Planting Design - Focusing on Forest Vegetation Area in Busan Metropolitan City - (식재설계에 활용 가능한 식물사회네트워크 시각화 및 분석 방법에 관한 연구 - 부산광역시 산림식생지역을 중심으로 -)

  • Plants Social Network (PSN) was first used in recent studies to incorporate the plant sociology methods for the understanding of plant society with the social network analysis methods that have recently attracted attention in the social science and visualize and analyze a PSN. The process of construction and analysis on PSN proceeds in the order of setting up the survey area, investigating the appearance plants species on plots of 100㎡, analyzing the interspecific association, building the sociogram, and analyzing the network structure and centrality. This study established a PSN by investigating the appearance species after installing 708 plots to include various dominant vegetational physiognomies in Busan Metropolitan City, where coastal and inland vegetation could be observed simultaneously. The survey found a total of 195 species, including 42 species of evergreen, 151 species of deciduous trees, and 2 species of semi-evergreen trees. The interspecies binding analysis was performed with the focus on the total number of species. It showed the number of friendly species in the order of Eurya japonica (47 species), Trachelospermum asiaticum (46 species), Linder glauca (44 species), Sorbus alnifolia (44 species), and Ligustrum japonicum (41 species). Based on it, we generated a sociogram using Gephi 0.9.2 program. The sociogram was divided into groups that appeared mostly on the coast and those that did not, reflecting the geographical distribution characteristics of forest vegetation in Busan. The analysis of the network structured showed 1,709 links and an average of 17.5 species having interspecies binding with a species. The density was 0.09, the diameter was 5, and the average path distance was 2.268. We concluded that various PSNs should be established in the future for precise comparative analysis of network characteristics in the social science field. In the PSN of Busan Metropolitan City, Eurya japonica, Linder glauca, Ligustrum japonicum, and Trachelospermum asiaticum showed high centrality.
