Effects of Learning Organization Building Activities in Convergence Service Companies on Organization Citizenship Behavior - Considering the Moderating effect of Perceived Organization Support - (융복합사업서비스기업의 학습조직구축활동이 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원인식의 조절 효과를 고려하여 -)

  • The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of the learning organization building activities on organization citizenship behavior(OCB) in business service companies providing the convergence service for the manufacturers and the moderating role of perceived organization support(POS) between the learning organization building activities and organization citizenship behavior. The data were collected from 327 employees of 31 business Service companies in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Hierarchical regression technique was employed to analyze the collected data. The results showed that both of the seven learning organization building activities and POS had a positive effect on employees' OCB. Moreover, also found out the only one out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Strategic Learning Leadership' had the moderate roles between learning organization building activities and OCB. Then, The results and implications of the study were discussed and the directions for future study were presented.

  • 본 논문에서는 블록 프로그래밍 언어를 선행조직자로 하여 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어를 학습하는 도구 활용 전략을 연구하였다. 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어는 파이썬이며, 블록 프로그래밍 언어는 엔트리, 활용하는 도구는 주피터 노트북으로 선정하였다. 주피터 노트북을 활용한 블록 프로그래밍 언어 선행조직자 학습 전략은 code cell에 IPython.display.IFrame 클래스를 활용하여 결과 창에 엔트리 작업환경을 불러와 선행조직자로 제시하여 엔트리를 학습 후 code cell에서 파이썬으로 학습한다. 주피터 노트북을 통해 블록 프로그래밍 언어를 선행조직자로 제시 후 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어를 제시함으로써 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어를 학습할 때 인지적 부담을 줄어들고 긍정적 전이가 일어나 효과적인 학습이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구는 신제품 개발 과정을 시장지식과 기술지식을 흡수, 활용하는 일종의 학습(learning)과정으로 인식하고 신제품 개발 팀을 하나의 학습 조직(learning organization)으로 파악하여 개발 팀의 학습 능력과 학습 능력을 지원할 수 있는 팀의 구조/분위기적인 특성이 신제품 경쟁우위의 달성에 중요한 요인임을 제시하고자 하였다. 신제품의 시장 성과는 신제품 경쟁우위(품질 우수성, 시간 효율성)의 확보에서 비롯되며 이러한 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 조직 학습의 요인은 마케팅 부서와 R&D부서의 정보 공유 행동과 조직기억의 활용도에 영향을 받는다. 또한 신제품 개발팀의 자율적인 분위기 및 신뢰의 분위기는 조직학습을 원할하게 수행할 수 있는 요인이 될 뿐만 아니라 신제품 개발과정의 시간 효율성을 달성함에 있어 중요한 요인이 된다.

  • Market orientation emphasizes the capability of a firm to learn customers, competitors, and inter-functional coordination and to use this market intelligence of creating superior value in the marketplace. In recent years, academic and practitioner interest has focused on market orientation and factors that engender this orientation in organizations. Although the merits of maintaining organizational learning have been extensively discussed in the literature, little studies examine the empirical link between market orientation and organizational learning which has a strong relation with it. The objective of this study is to assess the relationship between organizational commitment, market orientation, and organizational learning and presents more close a relational structure. The relationships between organizational commitment(OC), market orientation (MO), and organizational learning(OL) were analysed by structural equation modelling. a structure of OC-MO-OL is supported by our research and past literatures.

  • Because of the need of actual performance of education, this study aims to understand how the factors of educational content and organizational characteristics affect organizational commitment and work performance, which are organizational effects, through learning transfer. As a result, task value, job relevance, and organizational compensation had a significant effect on learning transfer, learning transfer had a significant effect on organizational commitment and work performance, and organizational commitment had a significant effect on work performance. In order to increase the learning transfer of education, when specifying the connection with the actual job and strengthening the compensation system of the members, the learning transfer can be increased and eventually connected to performance. Since limited variables are considered, a more representative sample or professional group should be extracted through future research. In future studies, it will be possible to closely grasp the relationship between learning transfer and organizational effectiveness by setting representative samples and specifying variables.

  • This study analyze whether the organizational learning culture affects the firm's dynamic capacity and whether the dynamic capacity mediates the relationship between organizational learning culture and management performance. Respectively. First, "The more organizational structure is organic, the higher the integrated relocation capacity and learning capacity. Organizations with organic organizational structures were found to have the ability to successfully adapt to external changes because there is a practice that is not tied to formal processing or procedures. Second, it can be seen that there is a positive (+) influence on the relocation capacity among the dynamic competence of the learning culture of the corporate organization. Third, both sub-factors of dynamic competence have positive (+) influence on business performance. Also, there was no mediating effect of dynamic competence related to learning culture.

  • The main purpose of the study is the impacts of applying two dimensions of Learning Organization on Job Satisfaction and the mediating effect of the Self efficacy. As a result, Structural Factor had not positive effect and Human Factor had positive effect on the Job Satisfaction. The mediating effect of Self efficacy had significant effect between Learning Organization and Job Satisfaction. The result of this study is not presented at the existing research. Therefore, tthe supervisor should make efforts to develop skills for the management of learning organization in order to fit the nature of the group members.

  • This study deals with the relationship between entrepreneurship of corporate member and creativity at the organizational level by empirically analyzing the relationship between entrepreneurship, organizational learning orientation, individual creativity, and group creativity. In particular, the relationship between entrepreneurship and creativity focuses on analyzing the mediating effects of organizational learning orientation. Based on the literature research, the research model and hypothesis were established by explaining the relationship between entrepreneurship, individual and group creativity, and organizational learning orientation. 308 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and collected for manufacturing workers in Gyeongbuk, and empirical analysis was conducted through structural equations. As a result, it was confirmed that entrepreneurship has an influence on organizational learning orientation without directly affecting individual and group creativity. In addition, the effects of entrepreneurship on organizational learning orientation and organizational learning orientation on individual and group creativity were examined. These findings can provide Directions for organizational management from the cultural perspective by identifying the effects of entrepreneurship and organizational learning orientation at the organizational level.

  • The necessity for introducing artificial intelligence(AI) into the public sector to form an intelligent government has been emerging. This study set 'Organizational Agility', 'Exploitation & Exploration Learning', and 'E-government Capability' as independent variables for the introduction of AI in central government. Dependent variables were set on whether AI was adopted in the central government organization 'Bu(mainly conducts policy planning)', and 'Cheong(mainly performs policy execution)'. Logistic regression analysis was performed on each of the two models. As a result, it was derived that ministry Bu adopted AI as organizational agility increased, and ministry Chung adopted AI as e-government capability increased. Particularly, it was identified that the effect of exploitation learning for Cheong organizations offset the influence of AI introduction according to e-government capabilities, while exploratory organizational learning facilitated the AI introduction. This study is meaningful for suggesting a strategy for adopting AI in government.

  • This study aimed at examining the relationship among organizational learning competency, organizational commitment, protean career attitude, and organizational innovativeness as perceived by university faculties and staff as organizational innovation becomes a key challenge for universities to thrive for strengthening competitiveness. The analysis results are as follows. First, organizational learning capabilities showed a positive effect on organizational innovativeness. Second, organizational learning capabilities had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment had a positive effect on organizational innovativeness. Fourth, in the relationship between organizational learning competency and organizational innovativeness, organizational commitment showed a mediating effect and protean career attitude showed a moderating effect. Through this study, The results implies that universities should provide organizational environment to enhance organizational commitment of university faculties and develop protean career attitude thrive in changing environment.
