How perceived communication satisfaction can affect turnover intention through affective commitment (조직 내 커뮤니케이션의 효과성 -정서적 몰입 및 이직의도를 중심으로-)

  • Drawing on literatures from communication strategy and human resource management, this study examines how perceived communication satisfaction can affect turnover intention and also figure out mediating effect through affective commitment. We analyzed a data set from one of the largest government organizations in health and medical treatment including 267 employees's sample. Apart from previous studies, this study emphasizes perceived communication satisfaction is a critical factor rather than communication policies. Also, affective communication partially mediates the relationship between perceived communication satisfaction and turnover intention. Our theory and findings provide new insight into human resource management field in growing Korean organizations.

  • Purpose of this research is that examine closely relation about if communication between common people expense formation constituent affects some formation result, that understand common people guard's formation and raise efficiency of business through these is to supply the pabulum naturally in common people expense formation's development. Conclusion of construed data is as following in reply. First, communication by society statistics of demography special quality is difference. Second, formation result by society statistics of demography special quality is difference. Third, communication influences in job satisfaction. That is, communication is affecting more job satisfaction than formation outside communication in formation. Fourth, communication influences in formation immersion. That is, formation outside communication is affecting more sentimentalize immersion than communication in formation.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, education and training, human resource development, and communication in Korea's financial industry. In particular, the mediating relationships between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, education and training, human resource development, and communication were examined in order to provide a better understanding of organizational commitment. A structural equation model was used for the empirical analysis of this study. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that education and training, human resource development, communication, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction are correlated within the Korean financial industry. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to have mediating effects on education and training, human resource development, communication, and job satisfaction. Based on these results, this study emphasizes the importance of education and training for organizational commitment in the Korean financial industry. In particular, this study establishes the importance of a culture of trust within organizations through human resource development programs, communication for job satisfaction, and organizational performance to face changes in the post-COVID era. In the future, more in-depth qualitative studies are required to derive factors related to the employees of financial companies and to conduct comparison analyses with companies in other industries.

A Study on the Effect of Public Library Managers' Communication Styles on Employees' Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, and Life Satisfaction (공공도서관 관리자 커뮤니케이션 유형이 직원의 임파워먼트, 직무만족, 생활만족에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, a research model was designed and verified in order to determine whether the communication styles of public library managers affect employees' empowerment, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. A survey was conducted among employees of four public libraries in the Gyeonggi region and 24 libraries in Seoul, and 229 valid responses were analyzed. The analysis revealed that authoritative communication style influenced employees' job satisfaction, while social communication style influenced their empowerment. Additionally, employees' empowerment impacted their job satisfaction, which in turn affected their life satisfaction. This implies that job satisfaction and life satisfaction of the employees can be achieved after communication and empowerment were well established within the organization. This study is meaningful in suggesting an effective management direction for strengthening the essence and foundation of public libraries by examining the theoretical significance and implications of the research result. This study also suggested that in the future, another research should be conducted based on a variety of characteristics by integrating the different communication styles of researchers.

The Effect of Task-Conflict on Job Attitudes : The Mediating Effects of Communication (과업갈등이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 : 커뮤니케이션 만족의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of task conflict on job attitudes (organizational commitment & job satisfaction), focusing on the mediating effects of supervisory communication & co-worker communication. Recently, the importance of communication as a research topic has been increasing. According to prior research, communication satisfaction has a positive effect on job performance. However, studies which take into account the different types of communication are lacking. Therefore, this study considered two types of communication (supervisory communication and coworker communication). A research model and hypotheses were developed in order to examine the theoretical research issues and questions. The sample consisted of 280 survey data drawn from employees in firms located in Korea. The data was analyzed by the statistical packages, SPSS 21.0 & AMOS 21.0 for Windows. The findings of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, it was found that task conflict had a negative (-) effect on organizational commitment & job satisfaction. Therefore, H1a & H1b are supported. Secondly, it was found that task conflict had a negative (-) effect on supervisory communication. Therefore, H2a is supported. However, it did not have a significant effect on co-worker communication. Hence, H2b is not supported. Thirdly, as regards the mediating effect of supervisory communication, it was found that supervisory communication mediated the effect of task conflict on job attitudes (organizational commitment & job satisfaction). Therefore, H3a & H3b are supported. Finally, the mediating effect of co-worker communication was not significant. Therefore, none of the sub-hypotheses of H4 are supported. Based on these findings, this study suggested directions for future research.

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스를 생산 제공하는 병원조직의 계선조직 관리자의 리더십 스타일이 부하직원들의 직업존중감과 조직행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용할 관리자의 리더십 스타일은 헤이컨설팅 그룹에서 제시한 6가지 리더십 스타일인 지시명령형, 비전제시형, 관계중시형, 집단운영형, 규범형, 육성형 리더십스타일을 사용하고자 한다. 각 리더십 스타일이 직원들의 직업존중감, 즉 부서 내에서의 커뮤니케이션 수준, 직무몰입, 직무만족, 자기비전 자각 및 이직의사 등 조직행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 또한 관리자의 리더십 스타일과 직업존중감에 따른 조직행동, 즉 직무만족, 조직충성도, 자기계발의지, 이직의도 등에 대해서도 분석하고자 한다. 연구표본으로는 사립대학교병원 1개, 국립대학교병원 1개, 500병상 이상 규모의 종합병원 1개이며, 조사 및 분석에 활용할 개선조직은 진료행정부서인 원무과(부), 진료지원부서인 의무기록실(팀), 의료기사, 간호과(부)이다. 연구의 결과를 통해서 직원들이 가장 선호하는 관리자의 리더십 스타일을 도출함과 동시에 각 리더십스타일의 장단점을 통하여 직원들의 직업존중감 확대와 생산적인 조직행동이 조직성과로 이어질 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In addition, the duties of immersive interpersonal skills for the parameters of the effect the results of the analysis of communication and its impact on job satisfaction (duty of immersion) in interpersonal work parameters can verify that it exists. Communication on direct interpersonal relationships, keep in mind that the statistical effect also appeared. If you look at the overall results of this study, special communication organization of job satisfaction and security guard job influence on interpersonal skills immersed the parameters of the effect.

  • This study purports to measure the level of work friendship in dental clinic and examines the friendship's effect on the organizational effectiveness. Data were collected from workers who worked in dental clinic located in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas by self-administered questionnaires from early in October till lately in September, 2009 through direct interview and e-mail. Among 250 questionnaires, 240 responses were returned, and 17 copies with an inaccurate answer were excluded. Finally 223 responses were analyzed through SPSS program. The study revealed that the work friendship in dental clinic has enormous influence on job satisfaction, occupational commitment, intent to leave, stress etc. The results imply that the managers of the dental clinics need to create an organizational climate which emphasizes on a good relationship among members and have them take part in various committees or informal activities.

구전 커뮤니케이션 유형에 따른 의료서비스 만족도에 관한 연구

  • 오늘날 병원마케팅에서 간호서비스는 병원 내 어느 전문직보다도 가장 많은 시간을 고객인 환자와 합께 나누며 환자의 욕구 충족을 위하여 고도의 분업화된 제반 부서들간의 활동을 조정하고 융화시키는 역할올 통하여 환자들이 지각하는 병원서비스의 만족도에 종요 한 부분을 차지하고 있으므로 병원마케팅의 전략적 초점으로 전환될 필요가 있다. 의료 서비스는 특성상 전문성이 강해서 정보가 소비자에게 공유되지 못하고 있으며 비영리조직이라는 인식하에 의료 서비스에 대한 광고를 제한합으로써 실제적으로 소비자에게 필요한 의료 관련 정보들마저도 제한을 받는 경우가 많이 있다. 그리고 의료서비스의 무형성, 비분리성, 이질성, 소멸성의 특성으로 어떠한 의료 서비스를 이용할 것인지해 대한 결정을 고객이 하기 어렵기 때문에 오늘날 의료 소비자들이 의료제공 기관을 선택 할 때는 밑올만한 다른 사랑의 추천에 크게 의존하고 있는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 국내의 연구에서도 의료소비자들이 병원을 선택하는 주된 정보 획득 원천이 주변의 제 3자인 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 정보 전달에 구전 커뮤니케이션이 주요한 제3자적 억할을 한다. 이러 한 관접에서 불 때 의료 소비자둘 사이의 구전 커뮤니케이션은 마케 팅 전략상 매우 종요하 며 마케팅 관리측면에서 의료 소비자들의 구전 커뮤니케이션 형태톨 파악하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 구전 커뮤니케이션의 내용 및 경로 그리고 유형을 파악하고 이들 유형간 의료서비스의 만족도를 알아봄으로써 효파적인 병원 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 증합해 보면 의료소비자들이 연령 성별 학력, 소득, 직업, 주거지가 비슷한 사람과 구전이 활발하게 일어냐는 것을 파악 할 수 있어 특히 상업적 광고가 제한 된 병원의 마케팅 전략에 oH우 유용한 것이 훨 수 있다. 또한 불만족한 소비자일수록 발신 자적 입장에 서서 주위의 사람들에게 활발한 구전 활동을 수행하고 었음을 알 수 있다. 이 는 의료 소비자들이 만족한 경우보다는 불만족한 경우에 더욱 구전을 수행하려는 의지가 강해짐올 시사한다. 따라서 병원은 소비자들의 불만을 감소시키기 위해 노력해야 한다. 특히 의료인의 친절함이 가장 많이 구전이 되는 것을 알 수 있었는데 의사나 간호사는 치료 나 간호의 직접적인 제공자로서 의료 소비자들의 만족도에 중요한 영향을 미치므로 의료소 비자들의 요구에 부응하는 서비스를 충족시켜 줄 수 있도록 노력해야하며 이러한 바탕 위에 병원마케팅 전략이 수립되어야 할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out Acculturation Stress that impact on job satisfaction focus on foreign cabin crew working in korea airline. the analysis showed the statistically significant meaning nationality had influence on acculturation stress. while working years had not influence on acculturation stress. also nationality and working years had not influence on job satisfaction In addition, acculturation stress had a negative influence on job satisfaction. Based on this study results, it required alternatives for job stress reducing as well as job accomplishment. and it is highly considered nationality differences and we should concentrate on effective system.
