레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성 재정의 및 영향요인 - T.G.I. Fridays를 중심으로 -

  • 본 연구는 Dienhart et al.(1993)이 제시한 조직지원, 고객초점, 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 구성된 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성을 고객초점과 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 재정의하고, 조직지원을 종업원의 서비스지향성을 촉진하는 요인으로 제시하였다. 그리고 조직지원과 직무만족, 직무안정성의 상호작용이 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성이 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 본 연구에서 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성 구성요소로 제시한 압박상황에서의 서비스는 변수의 내적 일관성이 매우 낮게 나타나 제외되고 고객초점만이 종업원의 서비스지향성을 구성하는 것으로 나타나 압박상황하에서의 서비스 항목에 대한 신뢰성 검토가 추후 연구에서 있어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직지원, 직무만족, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원은 정(+), 직무만족은 부(-)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 상호작용(OS ${\times}$JS)이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직지원, 직무안정성, 조직지원과 직무안정성의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원과 직무안정성은 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 두 변수 모두 영향을 주지 않았으며 상호작용 변수만 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 중소기업에 종사하는 구성원들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인의 직무적합성과 조직의 공정성 두 변수를 독립변수로 하여 분석하였다. 각각의 독립변수별로 하위에 세부변수를 도출하여 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 상관관계 정도를 분석하여 중소기업 인사 실무담당자들이 인력채용이나 직무관리 시에 종사원들의 직무역량 향상을 위해 필요한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 중소기업 종사자 323명을 대상으로 설문지를 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 분석을 실시하고, 회귀분석 등을 통해 독립변수와 종속변수간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 대부분의 선행연구가 직무역량이 직무만족이나 조직몰입 등에 미치는 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 직무역량 향상에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 영향 정도를 구분하여 제시하고자 한다.

Effects of Learning Organization Building Activities in Convergence Service Companies on Organization Citizenship Behavior - Considering the Moderating effect of Perceived Organization Support - (융복합사업서비스기업의 학습조직구축활동이 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원인식의 조절 효과를 고려하여 -)

  • The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of the learning organization building activities on organization citizenship behavior(OCB) in business service companies providing the convergence service for the manufacturers and the moderating role of perceived organization support(POS) between the learning organization building activities and organization citizenship behavior. The data were collected from 327 employees of 31 business Service companies in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Hierarchical regression technique was employed to analyze the collected data. The results showed that both of the seven learning organization building activities and POS had a positive effect on employees' OCB. Moreover, also found out the only one out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Strategic Learning Leadership' had the moderate roles between learning organization building activities and OCB. Then, The results and implications of the study were discussed and the directions for future study were presented.

  • Previous findings on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors is a useful index for effectiveness of the organization. Also, it is a factor that explains the relation between its member's attitude and behavior as organizational commitment had been stabilized. Since autonomy and rapidity has become more important in increasing the efficiency of the organization, this means Organizational Citizenship Behaviors has become important in it. Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of the members occurs only when discretion and autonomy are given to its members. Therefore, this study aimed at measuring the effects of police officer's personal dispositions on organizational citizenship behaviors, exploring the moderation effect of organization culture, and providing the basis with implications to promote the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the police Organization. By reviewing previous finding, Police Officer's Personal Dispositions were selected as independent variables, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors was selected as dependent variable. and Organizational Culture was selected as moderation variable. The result of analysis showed that The belief & The Norm influenced in Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(positive), and The Value in Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(negative). And The moderation effect was tested: The Value${\rightarrow}$Hierarchical Culture${\rightarrow}$Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(negative), The belief${\rightarrow}$Rational Culture${\rightarrow}$Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(negative)

  • Organizational effectiveness has long been the most central topic of organizational research, but the concept is not only capable of various operational definitions depending on the purpose of the study, but it is an uncertain concept composed of various measurement elements. In this review, we identified measurement variables by type of research subjects such as public organizations, private organizations, research organizations, and production organizations, and examined job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which were the most studied sub-variables.

  • Previous findings on Social Loafing indicated that Social Loafing explained the organizational commitment, that the lower level of Social Loafing they had, the higher performance they would have, and that it is a useful index for effectiveness of the organization. This study explored the Police Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment on Social Loafing. The Police officers' Police Officer's Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment and Social Loafing has been measured, and then how Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment affects Police Officer's Social Loafing has been examined. The study results may be used as a theoretical basis to assert the need of Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment to decrease the Police Officer's Social Loafing. Independent variable is Police Officer's Social Loafing and Dependent variable is comprises 2 categories; Police Organizational culture(The group culture, The hierarchical culture, The developmental culture, The rational culture), & the Organizational Commitment(Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment). The result of analysis showed that The group culture & Normative Commitment influenced in Social Loafing(positive), and The Rational culture, Affective Commitment, & Continuance Commitment in Social Loafing(negative).

A Study on the Influence of Servant Leadership and Trust in Leader on Organizational Performance (서번트 리더십이 상사신뢰와 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • In this study, an analysis has been conducted as to; (i) what factors affect organizational members trust in leader (ii) how does members trust in leader affect the variable of organizational performance in an organization. In order to attain the objective of this study, a model was established and also the hypothesis was verified on the basis of preceding studies. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows: 1. Servant leadership which is considered as preceding factors affecting trust in leader, were found to have a positive relation with trust in leader. 2. In connection with the role of trust, its mediator effect between its preceding factor and outcome variables was verified. As a result of the analysis, it was verified that servant leadership and trust in leader affected outcome variables not only directly but also indirectly through trust. 3. As a result of analyzing the effect that the trust in leader has on outcome variables, the trust in leader was found to have a positively significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

  • 이 연구에서는 경찰관의 탈진감과 조직 유효성의 관계에 대해서 살펴보았다. 독립변수인 탈진감은 이미 많은 선행연구 연구에서 높은 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)를 활용하였다. 종속변수는 많은 연구에서 조직 유효성의 지표로 활용하는 직무만족과 직무몰입으로 구성하였으며, 독립변수와 종속변수 간 상관관계 분석 및 회귀 분석을 실시하였다.

A Study on the Intention to Use Big Data Based on the Technology Organization Environment and Innovation Diffusion Theory in Shipping and Port Organization (TOE와 혁신확산이론에 따른 해운항만조직의 빅데이터 사용의도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the competitiveness of big data in the maritime port organization, by understanding the expected performance and the intention to accept and use big data. In the empirical analysis of factors affecting the intention to use the big data technology for maritime port organizations, the variables employed are based on the Technology Organization Environment(TOE) and Diffusion of Innovations(DOI) theories, which are related to the acceptance of information and communication technologies. To achieve the objective of this study, an empirical analysis was conducted; this analysis targeted the personnel involved in the department of strategic planning and information technology in the related field. We set up eight hypotheses to examine the relevance between variables having three characteristics-technology, organization, and environmental characteristics. The empirical results are summarized as follows. First, it was seen that the technology characteristic, including relative advantage, complexity, and compatibility, has a significant effect on the expected performance. Second, the top management support of the organization characteristic has a significant effect, but the firm size of this characteristic has no significant effect on the expected performance. Third, the competitive pressure of the environment characteristic has a positive effect on the expected performance, while the regulatory support has no significant effect. Finally, the expected performance has a significant effect on the intention to use big data.
