Adoption of Contingency Variables to the Library System

도서관 조직설계의 상황변수에 관한 연구

A contingency theory is employed to design off ectively a library system. We examine the influence of the contingency variables ill the library system. It is shown that the adoption of the contingency variables nay improve the efficiency of the library system.

본 연구는 특정상황에 가장 적합한 조직형태를 모색하는 상황이론에 입각하여 도서관조직에 영향을 미치는 상황변수를 밝히고, 밝혀진 변수로 상황모델을 설정하여 도서관조직의 유효성을 증가시킬 수 있는 방향을 제시하고 있다.
