'일과 삶 균형' 정책과 정책 부합성이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 공공조직과 민간조직 비교를 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 효율적 인적자원관리의 실행과 유지에 있어서 '일과 삶 균형(WLB: Work-Life Balance)' 정책의 중요성을 이론적·실증적 접근방식으로 규명하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 WLB 정책을 유연근무제, 친가족정책, 개인신상지원 프로그램 등 3가지 차원으로 구분하여 제시하였으며, 분석대상을 공공조직과 민간조직으로 구분하여 기존 연구와의 차별화를 도모하였다. 연구모형 개발과 가설검증을 위해 제3차 여성가족패널(KLoWF) 자료를 바탕으로 WLB 정책과 정책 부합성, 직무만족도, 이직의도 간의 관계를 분석하였으며, 설문조사를 통한 양적 분석의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 공공조직 및 민간조직 여성 근로자와의 심층 인터뷰를 통한 질적 분석을 병행하였다. 분석결과, WLB 정책과 조직 효과성 간의 관계에 있어 공공조직과 민간조직 간의 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며 심층 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 결과가 공공조직과 민간조직의 상호 이질적인 조직 문화, 제도, 구조적 특성에 기인하고 각 영역 구성원들의 서로 다른 욕구 및 동기 유발 체계에 의한 것임을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 각각의 조직 특성에 맞는 수요자 친화형 WLB 정책 구축의 필요성을 제안하고, WLB 정책 시행 측면의 문제점 및 개선방안 등을 제시하였다.

An Empirical Study on Developing IS Evaluation Indices: In Case of Public Sector (정보시스템 평가지표 개발에 관한 실증적 연구 - 공공부문을 중심으로 -)

  • 본 연구는 정보시스템의 평가영역 및 평가지표를 개발하기 위한 것으로 선행연구에 대한 검토를 통하여 정보시스템의 주요 평가영역을 시스템영역, 사용자영역, 조직 및 경영영역, IS의 전략적 기여도 및 IS의 자원관리 적정도의 총 5개 영역으로 범주화하고 각 평가영역별 세부 평가지표를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 평가영역 및 세부 평가지표의 타당성을 검증하기 위한 실증분석 자료는 25개 정부기관에서 현재 운영중인 65개 정보시스템들을 대상으로 수집하였다. 분석결과 공공부문 정보시스템의 평가영역은 시스템영역, 사용자영역, 조직 및 경영영역, IS의 전략적 기여도, IS의 자원관리 적정도의 5개의 영역으로 이론적으로 도출된 가설적 모형과 동일한 것으로 확인되었으며, 세부 평가항목에 있어서도 시스템영역의 경우에는 시스템의 질, 정보의 질, 서비스의 질로 구성되는 것으로 나타나 가설적 모형과 일치하였다. 그러나 사용자영역은 원래 2개의 평가항목으로 즉, 인식된 유용성과 사용자 만족도로 구성되는 것으로 당초 추론하였으나 1개의 평가항목(사용자 만족도)으로 통합되는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 조직 및 경영영역은 내부업무효율성, 고객만족도, 조직혁신, 정보화역량 향상도의 4개 평가항목을 포함하는 것으로 확인되었다. 각 평가영역 및 평가항목을 구성하는 평가지표는 요인분석과 더불어 기준 타당도 분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 총 57개의 평가지표가 유의적으로 도출되었다.

A study on women's welfare organization's network -Focusing on network centrality and organizational effectiveness- (여성복지조직의 네트워크에 관한 연구 -네트워크 중심성(centrality)과 조직효과성을 중심으로-)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing network centrality on women's welfare organizations, and to investigate how the level of network centrality influence the effectiveness of the organization. To achieve this goal, this study conducted a survey on women's welfare organizations in Seoul from March to June, 2009. Network analysis method was used to get each organization's network centrality value. Also, through the Structural Equation Modelling, organizational characteristics predicting network centrality and effect of network centrality on organizational effectiveness. The main results are as follows. First, the significant affecting factors were different between three types of centralities with regards to the type of organization, recognition of resource dependency, attitude of top manager, and established year. Second, the common factors affecting three network centralities were the number of informal ties, accepting feminism as the main organizational philosophy, and the number of qualified staffs. Third, only closeness centrality positively predicted the level of organizational effectiveness among three types of centralities. The faster the organization reaches to other organizations in a network, the organizational effectiveness becomes higher, which means high closeness centrality is more important factor than high degree centrality or high betweenness centrality to increase organizational effectiveness. This result shows social welfare organization should consider changing inter-organizational network strategy from quantity-focused to quality-focused.

  • This Study Examines the Relationships Among Participation Motivation for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Using Social Media, Organization-public Relationship between Companies Conducting CSR and Participants, and Companies' Brand Loyalty. Using Questionnaire Data, Confirmatory Factor Analyses were used to Figure out Participation Motivation Factors Including Empathy and Interest. The Confirmatory Factor Analyses Also Derived Organization-public Relationship Factors Including Trust, Commitment, Control Mutuality, and Intimacy Created between Companies Conducting CSR and Participants. The Proposed Research Model was Tested through Structural Equation Modeling. The Results Showed that the Empathy Factor Positively Affects all the Organization-public Relationship Factors, and the Interest Factor Positively Affects trust and Commitment Factors. The Trust Factor Positively Influences other Organization-public Relationship Factors Including Commitment, Control Mutuality, and Intimacy. The results also Showed that each one of the Organization-public Relationship Factors Improves the Companies' Brand Loyalty.

Factors Influencing the Performance of Knowledge Management Systems: Focused on Individual Characteristics and Task-Technology Fit (지식경영시스템 성과 영향요인 -개인적 특성과 과업·기술적합을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study are as follows : First, This study conceptually and artificially defines concepts of OCB, absorptive capacity, IT group-efficacy, and TTF. Second, this study confirms the relationship among the KMS performance, the result of using KMS, and the result drawn from OCB, absorptive capacity, group-efficacy, and TTF by the preceding researches, suggesting the research model and verifying through empirical study. Lastly, this study suggests the practical and strategic advices to the groups wanting to get on the edge through KMS. The results of data analysis showed that TTF was found to have a positive influence on KMS performance. IT group-efficacy and absorptive capacity were also found to have a positive effect on TTF. And IT group-efficacy was found to have a positive influence on OCB. The findings are discussed and further research topics are suggested as well.

The Effects of Positivity and Family Communication on Organizational Commitment and the Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy between Them among Long-Term Professional Soldiers (장기복무 직업군인의 긍정성과 가족의사소통이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • The purposes of this study were to check the effects of positivity and family communication on organizational commitment among long-term professional soldiers and examine the mediating effects of self-efficacy between them. For those purposes, the study conducted a survey with 241 long-term professional soldiers after getting an approval for cooperation from army, navy, air force, and marine units for research on professional soldiers from Ministry of National Defense in 2015. Collected data were treated with the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs to analyze the relations. The findings were as follows: first, the organizational commitment of long-term professional soldiers had positive correlations with their positivity, family communication, and self-efficacy. Secondly, the study conducted analysis by taking into consideration all the variables affecting their organizational commitment and found that the fitness of measuring and structural models was good, that their positivity and family communication had positive impacts on their organizational commitment, and that their self-efficacy had partial mediating effects between them. Based on those findings, the study proposed effective implications for the organizational commitment of professional soldiers.

The effect of resource, differentiation advantage and the moderated role of organicity of organization on performance of export firm in Korea (한국 수출중소기업에서 성과, 자원, 차별화 우위의 관계 및 조직 유기성의 조절 효과 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to empirically examine the influence of resource, differentiation advantage, organicity of organization on export performance. Beside this study examines the moderated effect of organicity of organization. To achieve the aim, the research framework has been developed with resources factors divided into two categories as financial and human resource factors, differentiation advantage, organicity of organization and export performance. Eight hypotheses have been tested on 377 export firm using PLS(Partial Least Square). Research findings suggest that both of resource factors influence positively on differentiation advantage. Also, differentiation advantage and organicity of organization have positive effects on export performance. About the moderated effect, the organicity of organization has a moderated effect to financial resource on the differentiation advantage and the differentiation advantage on export performance. But organicity of oaganization do not has a moderated impact to differentiation advantage on export performance.

  • This study examines the effect that the prepaid trust has in saving the troubled business through the development of a formal system dynamics model. Building on existing case studies of corporate turnaround. we develop a mathematical model on the relationship between the prepaid trust and turnaround. With it. we build a system dynamics model in order to show how the prepaid trust can shift an organizational system from fragile condition of a firm to resilient condition of a firm. The model, which is oriented by attribution theory and problem-sharing by crisis communication. is developed in the aspect of the process from 'clouds' to 'evaporating clouds' This study offers a new characterization of the conditions under which organizations may be recovered the performance by prepaid trust through simulations of the model, and provides both theoretical insights into the corporate turnaround and practical suggestions for those charged with corporate turnaround.

  • Diagnosis and treatment planning is initial step to fabricate removable partial denture, and one of most important factor influencing the prognosis. Partial edentulous patients have various condition of remaining teeth and oral mucosa. Therefore, for the proper diagnosis and treatment planning for each patient, getting many informations from patients during initial examination and fabricating accurate diagnostic cast are required. Especially, because the use of various diagnostic tools and surveying of diagnostic cast will be a guide for the abutment teeth selection, oral preparation and design of partial denture, dentist should understand and be able to apply this procedure during diagnosis.

  • In real life, the problems that organizations face are often not well packaged: they are frequently complex and complicated, especially when it is concerned about computer network services. The principal aim of the study is to investigate what sort of network sytem will enable uni ersities to utilize the information resources they have and need in an effective and efficient way. Therfore seven stages of the Soft systems methodology were applied to get the optimal model, then networking, maintaining, monitoring and training sytems were developed as the result.
