This study was conducted to examine mediative effects of two factors, emotion control and thinking control, in the relationship between avoid fusion and attention. Participants (308 high school students) were asked to complete a questionnaire which contains items to measure some psychological properties such as emotion control (EC), thinking control (TC), avoidance avoid fusion (CF), conceration(Co) and learning attitude(LA). Structural equation model analysis showed that 8 of modified 9 paths were statistically significant; CF to Co and TC, TC to EC, Co, and LA, EC to Co and LA, and Co to LA. Limitations and suggestions were mentioned in the discussion.

Long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs) are vital in cellular compartments, primarily regulating lipid metabolism. Fatty Acid-Binding Proteins (FABPs) facilitate LCFA transport, lipid synthesis, storage, and act as signaling molecules influencing various pathways, including inflammation. FABP4, in particular, is linked to vascular and cardio-related diseases, and it plays a role in macrophage-mediated inflammatory responses. Previous studies have identified FABP4 as not only a representative biomarker for lipogenesis but also as having correlations with immune responses. This study aims to investigate the regulation of the chicken FABP4 (chFABP4) gene by toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) activation and determine the signaling pathways that are involved in chFABP4 transcriptional regulation. We analyzed the transcriptional regulation of chFABP4 in TLR3-stimulated DF-1 cells. The results showed that chFABP4 was up-regulated upon stimulation with polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (PIC), a TLR3 ligand. Notably, chFABP4 transcription was independently regulated in the NF-κB signaling pathway. It was up-regulated in p38 inhibition, demonstrating that the p38 signaling pathway might suppress the transcription of chFABP4 within TLR3-activated DF-1 cells. In contrast, chFABP4 expression was down-regulated in JNK signaling pathway inhibition, suggesting the positive regulation of JNK signaling pathway for chFABP4 transcription in DF-1 cells in response to TLR3 activation, consistent with findings in macrophages. MEK pathway inhibition resulted in a similar regulation to NF-κB signaling. These results suggest that each MAPK contributes differentially to the transcriptional regulation of chFABP4 by in DF-1 cells in response to TLR3 activation.

To accomplish these purposes, First, this research divided hallmark of the environment friendly agricultural products into organic products and pesticide-free products and participants are classified as having promotion or prevention regulatory focus. In addition, consumer value type is categorized into value of social psychology and functional value. Second, construal level divided into high and low on the relationships between the consumer value and purchase intention. The main factors of the consumer value such as value of social psychology and functional value were found from the previous studies. This study is meaningful that the fit of regulatory focus between hallmark of organic products and pesticide-free products in environment friendly agricultural products. The regulatory relevance could moderate the level of persuasion knowledge activation. Also, This research is meaningful that the fit of construal level theory between Consumer value and purchase intention by person's psychological personality. The construal level relevance could moderate the level of marketing activation.

In this paepr, a routing algorithm is proposed in order to reduce average end-to-end delay and congesting in the high speed network. The algorithm proposed here uses the existing one which adaptively modifies routes and the amount of traffic allocated to each link as user traffic partterns flutuate. This algorithm is ELB(Equitable Load Balancing). Also, the new algorithm considers the proportional to the distance between source and destination. It reduces congestion from the ELB and average end-to-end delay from the propagation dealy concepts respectively. Through the simulation, it shows that the algorithm proposed here reduces average end-to-end delay over low load to high load, and it also guarantees the congestion control.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms and to explore the mediating effects of maladaptive self-focused and emotional dysregulation in college students. The SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were performed to analyze the path relationship between variables. First, maladaptive self-focused mediated the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms. Emotional dysregulation mediated the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms. Second, maladaptive self-focused and emotional dysregulation partial dual mediated the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms. It suggests that college students with job-seeking stress tend to be maladaptive self-focused, therefore they have difficulty in emotion regulation and eventually expose somatization symptoms.

This study was designed to construct and test a structural equation model for related factors that affect to self-regulated learning in nursing students. The nursing students was asked to complete a questionnaire, and 273 data units were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. The hypothetical model fit indices for the model revealed a fit at a recommended level, and 5 of the 6 paths were statistically significant explaining 68% of the variance. Therefore, education that improves self-determination, interpersonal competence and achievement goal orientation will promote self-regulated learning of nursing students. Competence programs to build the self-autonomy and relationships should be developed.
