The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of teacher relationship adaptation between adolescents' domestic abuse experience and depression. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 495 adolescents in high school in S city, Chungcheongnam-do, and the data collected were analyzed by using mean comparison analysis, correlation analysis, and moderating effect analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, depression of adolescents differed according to gender and academic achievement. Second, domestic abuse experience and depression showed significant positive correlation, but teacher relationship adaptation had a negative correlation with domestic abuse experience and depression. Third, the result of moderating effect analysis showed that the teacher relationship adaptation had a moderating effect on the relationship between domestic abuse experience and depression. Finally, based on this study, we discussed ways to reduce the depression of adolescents.

인천청라 경제자유구역내의 중앙호수공원을 대상으로 100년빈도 홍수시 Off-Line저류지로써 횡월류부에 가동보 설치에 따른 공촌천 홍수조절효과를 분석하였다. 서해조위 및 배수갑문 운영 등의 다양한 변수를 고려해야 하는 본 하천의 특성상 흐름상태의 시 공간적 변화를 고려하고 Off-Line 저류지 해석에 있어 실제 지형을 충분히 반영할수 있는 HEC-RAS 부정류 해석을 수행하였다. 부정류 모의 시 가동보의 도복을 합리적으로 검토 하기 위해 도복발생 시간을 기준으로 2단계에 걸쳐 부정류 모의를 수행하였다. 즉, 1단계에서 호수공원 횡월류 Weir높이를 가동보 높이로 고정하고 부정류 모의를 수행하여 공촌천의 호수공원 횡월류부 지점의 수위가 가동보 높이와 같아지는 시간을 찾고, 2단계에서 그 시간을 기준으로 호수공원 횡월류 Weir높이를 가동보가 없을 때의 높이로 부정류 모의를 수행하여 공촌천의 내수위를 검토하였으며, 가동보가 설치되지 않았을 때의 결과와 비교하여 가동보 설치에 따른 홍수조절효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구방법에서 검토된 공촌천 내수위의 적정성을 검토하기 위하여 배수갑문 운영에 따른 수위 변화를 모의 할 수 있는 Gate 모형으로 공촌천 하류의 배수갑문 지점에 대한 내수위를 산정하였으며, 하천 상류구간의 배수영향을 HEC-RAS를 이용한 부등류 모의를 추가적으로 수행하여 본 연구방법의 결과와 비교 검토하였다. 공촌천의 내수위 비교를 통한 홍수조절효과 분석결과 $2{\sim}3cm$ 정도의 홍수조절 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 본 연구에서 제안한 방법이 가동보 설치에 따른 홍수조절효과분석 시 적용이 가능하리라 판단된다.

Co-creation is an important approach to innovation that uses internal and external sources for value creation. This study identified the effects of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and the moderating effects of activation factors using multiple regression and moderated multiple regression. To this end, 181 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The result of analysis showed that intrinsic motivation had the significant meaning and the moderating effects of activation factors on the relationship between extrinsic motivation and co-creation participation exist. Companies may use this result to activate the co-creation participation of the customer. The future study analyzed by survey responses in multiple layers will improve the generalization of the study.

The studies on efficiency of flood control reservoir has been introduced into four categories including direct flood control contribution by reservoir, flow-duration change and environmental-ecological change in downstream of dam and flood damage estimation of flood plain. In spite of all the previous approaches, the quantification of the effect of reservoir on the flood control in planning stage is quite complex due to lack of a standard for quantifying feasibility of project. In this study, we develop a methodology that can clearly and accurately quantify the flood damage reduction together with the existing flood level reduction at downstream. The proposed approach uses three appraisal standards of flood control: 'potential safety', 'relative risk' and 'absolute risk' according to the risk by stage. The developed methodology was applied to the Namhan river basin with the storm event of July, 2006. The result shows the damage reduction of 4,189 billion won was estimated. The economic benefits for the flood control effect by dam will greatly contribute to the public understanding of the importance and the effect of the flood control by dam.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of entrepreneurship experience and education on entrepreneurship intention, and to test the moderating effect of gender on these relationships. To test the hypothesis, we used GETR(Global Entrepreneurship Trend Report) data that was collected by Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation and was consisted of 40,388 data collected from 2,000 people in 20 countries. First, entrepreneurship experience and entrepreneurship education have significant influence on entrepreneurship intention. Second, gender moderating effects on these relationships were found to have a significant effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. Specifically, the positive effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention was found to be stronger for women than for men. Finally, the analysis of the three-way interaction effect of the social protection confirmed that the positive relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial intention was stronger for women than for men, and this effect was found to be higher in the high social protection group. In other words, women with entrepreneurial experience are more likely to increase their entrepreneurial intentions when they are more aware of social protection than men.

강원도 평창군 송천 유역 상류에 위치한 도암댐 및 골지천 상류에 위치한 광동댐에 대한 홍수조절 능력 및 효과를 분석하였으며, 도암댐 및 광동댐 유역의 강우특성, 강우-유출해석, 저수지 추적 및 저수지 운영, 하도추적에 의한 홍수조절 효과, 홍수조절용 댐 전환에 따른 저수지운영계획을 수립하였다. 댐의 단독 및 연계 운영에 따른 홍수조절 가능성을 평가하여 홍수조정능력을 향상하기 위한 도암댐의 규모결정과 최적댐 운영방안을 결정하였으며, 그 결과 홍수조절용량댐으로의 전환에 따른 방류구조의 변경에 대한 분석이 필요하다고 사료된다.

This study aims at investigating the effects of Government R&D subsidies. We analyse the effects of inputs and behavioral additionality on the output additionality. We also measure the moderate effects of the experiences of benefiting from government R&D on the relationship between inputs and behavioral additionality and the output additionality. We conducted a structured questionnaire on the companies who have participated in promotion program of the Korea Innovation Cluster. 126 responses were collected and alnalysed using the OLS technique. Empirical results show that the relationship between input/behavioral additionality (management, follow-up, cognitive capacity) and output additionality had positive effect. The moderating effects of experiences of R&D subsidy on the relationship between input additionality and output additionality and the relationship between cognitive additionality and the output additionality appear to be statistically significant.

In recent, we have a growing interest in the washland construction as a measure of flood control and as a wetland with ecological function in the river. This study performed the flood control analysis and investigated the ecological effect for washland construction plan in Topyoung-cheon basin in Changyeong-gun, Gyeongnam. Several cases were considered for the washland construction on Topyoung-cheon basin, and we analyzed flood stage reduction and flood inundation for each case. From the result of flood control analysis, we found some significant results according to the combination of each washland case. We also found that the washland construction gave the positive results in biodiversity. Therefore, it will be desirable to consider various effects such as flood control, ecological aspects, and so on for the washland construction.

강변저류지는 제방의 일부분을 낮추어 홍수량을 저류하는 방식으로 홍수기에는 홍수조절효과를 얻을 수 있고, 비홍수기에는 습지, 농경지, 생태공원 및 스포츠 시설 등으로 활용할 수 있는 친환경적 치수 구조물이다. 강변저류지의 홍수조절효과는 강변저류지 설치 전 후의 첨두 홍수량 또는 첨두 홍수위 차이로 정의할 수 있고, 이것의 정확한 산정을 위해서는 횡월류부 흐름형태에 따른 횡월류량 계산이 필요하다. 횡월류부의 흐름은 하도와 저류지의 수위에 따라 완전 횡월류 흐름과 불완전 횡월류 흐름으로 분류할 수 있다. 완전 횡월류의 경우 위어의 형상과 하도의 흐름에 따라 하나의 유량계수가 결정되는 반면, 저류지의 수위가 월류턱 보다 높아 흐름에 저항을 주는 불완전 횡월류 흐름의 유량계수는 하도와 저류지의 수위변화에 따라 변화한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 1차원 부정류 수치모형인 HEC-RAS를 이용하여 완전 횡월류만 발생하는 경우와 불완전 횡월류도 발생하는 경우에 대한 강변저류지 홍수조절효과를 분석하고자 한다.

This study was conducted with the purpose of examining the moderating effect of hope between fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem of workers. For this purpose, a total of 34 workplaces located in Seoul, Daejeon, and Chungcheong were selected and surveyed, and a total of 301 copies of the collected questionnaires were analyzed excluding unfaithful responses. The collected data were subjected to correlation analysis, and regression analysis of moderating effect. The research results are as follows. First, fear of negative evaluation did not show a significant correlation with other variables. However, there was a significant positive correlation between the remaining variables. Second, as a result of regression analysis of moderating effect, the moderating effect of agency thinking of hope was identified between fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem. However, the moderating effect of the pathway thinking of hope has not been identified. Finally, based on this study, we discussed ways to increase the self-esteem that was lowered due to the fear of negative evaluation, and specifically suggested program development and policies using hope.
