Using PHB biopolymer as polymer matrix, the release mechanism of a model drug, silver sulfadiazine was studied. The release behavior actually conformed to the Higuchi's diffusion controlled model. The release rate was delayed with an increasing proportion of PHB, whereas decreased as glycerine concentration incresed. The release rate was increased as the polymer matrix thickness increased.

웹기술에 기반한 전자상거래 시스템은 시간과 공간을 초월한 상품판매를 가능하게 함으로써 새로운 전략적 도구로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 상품 매매 에이젼트 시스템은 주어진 가격에 의해 단지 상품을 팔고 사는 단순 검색시스템이 아니라 판매자와 구매자가 서로 대화하듯이 절충함으로써 양측의 흥정을 최대한 반영할 수 있게 하고, 또한 신선도에 민감한 농축수산물과 같은 매매물품을 시간의 흐름에 따라 가격을 재조절할 수 있는 물품가격조절 모듈을 제시하여 공산품에 한정된 각종 에이젼트 시스템의 단점을 극복하고자 한다.

Figure '8' type, passively-mode-locked erbium-doped-fiber ring laser was developed, incorporating a nonlinear loop mirror. Transmittance of the loop mirror was found to be dependent on the incident light intensity due to the non-reciprocal nonlinear phase shift, which enables the passive mode locking of the laser. Self-starting of stable mode locking was possible with only controlling the polarization controllers inside the cavity without any help of external perturbation or modulation. The mode-locked output pulse shape was discussed in relation with the transmission characteristics of nonlinear loop mirror.

가상교육이 활성화됨에 따라 많은 가상대학이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 가상대학운영에서 몇몇의 문제점이 제기되고 있는 것 중에서 학습자의 학습도를 평가하는 평가방법이 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이런 문제를 보완하고자 본 논문에서는 평가에서 나타날 수 있는 문제를 분석하고 오답 일치율, 신상정보 유사도, IP주소 유사도, 시험시간 유사도 등을 이용하여 담합 여부를 파악하고, 담합 행위를 방지하기 위하여 무작위 문항 제시에 의한 온라인 시험 방법으로 이를 개선하려는 시스템을 구현하였다. 그 결과 Threshold 간을 조절함으로 학습자의 담합 행위를 검출할 수 있었으며 무작위 문항 제시 방법에 적절한 시간 설정값을 조절함으로 기존 평가에서의 담합 행위를 80%정도 방지할 수 있었다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a customized birth control program and identify its effects on attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control, intention, and behavior of contraception among immigrant postpartum mothers. Methods: In this experimental study, Vietnamese, Filipino or Cambodian married immigrant postpartum mothers were recruited. They were assigned to the experiment group (n=21) or control group (n=21). The customized birth control program was provided to the experimental group for 4 weeks. Results: The experimental group showed a significant increase in the score of attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control, intention, and behavior of contraception. Conclusion: Findings in this study indicate that the customized postpartum birth control program, a systematic and integrative intervention program composed of customized health education, counseling and telephone monitoring, is able to provide effective planning for postpartum health promotion and birth control behavior practice in married immigrant women.

정부는 고용 없는 성장이 이어지는 현재의 경제구조에서 국가 경제의 활력을 위한 실마리를 찾고자 한다. 새로운 일자리를 창출하고 기업 활동에 새로운 혁신을 도입하여 국가 경제의 성장과 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방안으로 창업을 활성화하는 정책개발과 지원에 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 많은 국가들이 창업을 촉진하여 일자리를 제공하고 있으며 우리나라 역시 창업을 활성화하기 위하여 정부 차원에서 창업 지원정책을 확대해 나가고 있다. 창업 활성화를 위해서는 창업을 기회로 인식하거나 지지하는 문화가 성숙하는 개인의 창업에 대한 인식 개선과 더불어 창업의지 함양 등이 필요하다. 이들 요인에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 특성, 심리적 특성, 기업가정신, 창업 교육, 멘토링, 창업지원 프로그램 등의 요인에 대하여 개별적으로 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이들 개별적인 요인들과 창업 의지와의 관계를 잘 확인하기 위해서 자기효능감, 위험감수성, 실패부담감, 환경적 요인 등을 확인하는 연구가 다수 시도되었다. 본 연구에서는 예비창업자의 창업의지에 미치는 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량을 중심으로 실증연구를 진행하고자 한다. 또한 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량과 창업의지의 관계에서 멘토링의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다.

본 연구는 다양한 통제메커니즘이 관계의 질에 미치는 영향과 환경불확실성의 조절효과를 분석하고 있다. 국내 모 백화점의 202개 공급업체를 대상으로 한 서베이 분석결과, 위 연구문제들에 대한 해답은 명쾌하게 제시되고 있지 않다. 첫째, 관계의 질에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 조직간 통합인 것으로 나타났다. 조직간 통합은 신뢰, 만족, 장기거래의지를 모두 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인센티브로서 공급자의 거래특유투자가 많을수록 만족과 장기거래의지는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자격제한과 감시의 주효과와 환경불확실성의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 확인되고 있다. 결론부분에서는 이상의 연구결과가 구매자-공급자간 거래에서의 통제메커니즘의 활용과 관련하여 가지는 이론 및 실제적 의의와 시사점을 기술하고 있다.

최근 중대재해처벌법의 목적은 건설업 주체 구성원들의 안전불감증을 방지하기 위해 CEO의 안전참여 문화를 강조하고 있다. 선행연구에서는 리더의 감성 수준이 높을수록 업무 능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 감성능력을 요구하는 추세라고 주장하였다4). 본 연구에서 경영자 (CEO) 리더십 및 안전관리 연구에 사용할 수 있는 감성안전 측정으로 건전하고 간단한 EI 측정개발도구에 대해 신뢰도를 검증한다. Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT)의 감정 조절 모델을 적용하면 리더와 안전관리자의 EI가 안전업무 수행과 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐야 한다. 또한 건설 안전관리 직업의 재해피해가능성스트레스 감정 노동이 EI-활용훈련 결과 감정조절이 가능하다는 것을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect which may operate within peer attachment as well as any links which may exist ego-resilience and life satisfaction and self-regulation learning ability in adolescence. The participants in this research consisted of 2,351 middle school students. the main result were as follows: first, each of three ego-resilience and peer attachment had an influence upon life satisfaction and self-regulation learning ability albeit in different ways. second, life satisfaction had a direct influence on self-regulation learning ability. third, the mediating effect of life satisfaction between ego-resilience and peer attachment upon and self-regulation learning ability were significant. finally, the limitation of this study were discussed along with suggestion for further research.

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of adaptive/maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the relation between perceived spouse's covert narcissism and marital satisfaction. For this purpose, 300 adults who were married in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were subjected to covert narcissism, marital satisfaction, and cognitive emotion regulation strategy scale and analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results of the study was followed. First, perceived spouse's covert narcissism showed a significant negative correlation with marital satisfaction and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy, whereas it showed a significant positive correlation with maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy. The marital satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation with adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy, but a significant negative correlation with maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy. Second, adaptive/maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies partially mediated the effects of perceived spouse's covert narcissism of on marital satisfaction. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
