자격증이 갖는 중요한 의미는 자격증 소지자가 특정 기술을 익히기 위해 충분한 시간과 노력, 그리고 돈을 투자했는지를 확인해 볼 수 있다는 것이다. 즉, 자격증은 단순히 지원자의 기술 수준을 확인할 뿐 아니라 그 사람이 그 기술을 위한 실력을 갈고 닦으려는 의지를 갖고 있는지도 확인해 준다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 하지만 자격증을 임금 상승을 위한 수단으로 여기는 것을 결코 바람직하지 못하다는 경고에 귀를 기울일 필요가 있다. 많은 전문가들은 다음과 같이 조언하고 있다. "그 어떤 자격증도 실전 경험 없이는 거의 쓸모가 없다는 점을 기억해야 한다"고 말이다.

신종플루가 대유행 단계에 진입하면서 각계의 대응도 빨라지고 있다. 군 당국은 장병들의 휴가와 외박을 금지하고 많은 학교가 휴교에 들어갔다. 개인별 모임이나 단체활동도 자제하는 분위기다. 전문가들은 기온이 떨어지면서 신종플루 발생환자가 크게 늘 것이라고 경고한다. 지난 10월 마지막 주에는 갑자기 찾아온 추위로 하루 평균 발생환자가 8,857명으로 10월초에 비해 10배 가까이 늘었다. 정부는 전염병 위기단계를 '심각'으로 격상하고 예방에 적극 나서고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 신종플루 관련 제품을 생산하는 벤처들은 쉴 틈이 없다. 예방이 우선이라는 전문가의 조언에 따라 손세정제나 소독제 등 관련 제품 매출이 급격히 늘었기 때문이다.

적응적 웹기반 기법에서 학습자의 반응이나, 탐색 행동의 근본적인 원인이 되는 학습 동기, 지각 등에 대한 판단을 정확히 할 수 없기 때문에, 학습자에게 완전히 적응적인 수업 환경을 조성해 주는 데는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 학습자간 상호작용이나 협동 학습을 지원하는 웹기반 교수 시스템이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 환경에서 학습자들간의 협동학습을 효과적으로 지원하는 적응형 교수 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 협동학습 공간에서 주어진 과제를 수행하기 위해 발생되는 학습자들의 대화와 서로간의 상호작용을 분석하여 적절한 조언을 제공함으로서 협동학습이 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있도록 지원한다.

현대 사회에 1인 가구 수가 증가함에 따라 소비 패턴에도 변화가 생기고 있다. 1인 가구의 빈곤율은 2인 이상 가구에 비해 상대적으로 높아 자산관리 서비스의 필요성이 높아지는데 좀 더 접근성이 좋고 편리하게 소비 습관에 대한 조언을 해 줄 수 있는 서비스가 도움이 될 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 최근 금융 회사들의 챗봇 도입률이 증가하는 중인 것을 참고 해 본 논문에서는 챗봇을 활용한 소비 패턴 분석을 위한 클라우드 기반의 챗봇 가계부 시스템을 제안한다.

양계업의 환경이 변하고 있다. 친환경과 안전성을 소홀히 하면 경쟁에서 살아남을 수 없고 정부 정책도 농가 보호가 아닌 농가 규제로 흘러가다 보니 농가들의 고충은 이만저만이 아니다. 35년간 양계업과 인연을 맺고 있는 정기훈 대표(정훈농장)는 '소비자를 외면하면 살 수 없다'. '농가들이 협회를 중심으로 뭉쳐야 한다.'라며 농장 관리뿐 아니라 대내외적인 활동을 통해 농가들의 권익 보호를 위해 앞장서고 있다. 본고는 농장에서는 철저한 사양관리를 실천하며 농부로서의 일에 심취하고 대외적 활동을 할 때는 정책 문제나 협회 운영에 대해 날카롭게 문제점을 지적, 방향을 제시해 주는 조언자로 활동하고 있는 정기훈 대표를 만나 농장 현황 및 양계산업 발전 방안을 들어보았다.

This study attempted to examine the structural characteristics of the social network of nursing units by dividing them into a job-related advice network and a friendship network, and to analyze the relationship between nurse organizational commitment and intent to leave. The subjects were 420 nurses working in 4 hospitals and 30 nursing units. Data were analyzed using UCINET 6.0, SPSS 20.0 and HLM 7.0. In job-related advice networks, degree centrality of head nurse contributed to organizational commitment. Network density contributed to intent to leave. In friendship networks, closeness centrality of head nurses and betweenness centrality of charge nurse contributed to organizational commitment. Density and betweenness centrality of charge nurses contributed to intent to leave. Accordingly, it is necessary to foster good relationships between nurses and to develop various types of strategies for building effective networks.

In recent years, there have been increasing interests in the mobile crowdsourcing that exploits multiple sensors, communication and user interfaces, and the computation power of widespread smartphones. In this paper, we present a novel mobile crowdsourcing-based driver assistance systems (MC-DAS) that crowdsource the sensor data of smartphone app having already passed a road segment, generate its profile information through a massive data processing, and forward this profile to the smartphone app of vehicle entering the road segment. Based on the MC-DAS platform, we also design and implement a new navigation system that advices the vehicle speed depending on the speedbump and on the road curvature profile. We expect that the proposed MC-DAS platform will be used as a platform for emerging new mobile crowdsourcing applications.

Because telemedicine is also the medical care, it is limited by law to allow medical personnel only physician because there would cause a risk to health and hygiene. Since the work dealing with the life and honor the human body involving a small mistake, it may be difficult to recover the damages can be recovered even if the telemedicine. Therefore, systematically it is to allow remote medical care only proven national healthcare only clinical practice starting with basic medical medicine, and received training as a systematic study of the body and life of humans. The patient information could get far away in the distance to provide medical information and professional advice to the remote system, even if you can not be reached due to several issues such as the number of differences that occur in time. We Mentioned various opinions on regulatory issues and information gathered for the development of the medical industry in this respect.

This study explored faculty professional learning community in A university. Employing a case study method, the present research conducted a survey and semi-structured interview on FLC. The FLC were designed to enhance the teaching ability by reciprocal peer coaching and developing Teaching Tips, during the semester with 5~6 faculty members of each FLC. They reported personal CQI and community paper and presented their learning process and outcomes. The present study shows that observation of their own and peer's lecture was meaningful experience led to reflective practice. Morever, peer coaches provided useful advice and good insight of education based on their practice, though the service was not professional enough. Based on the results, how to effectively foster peer coaching in FLC was discussed.
