  • Online collaborative teaming, which has emerged as a new type of education in knowledge-based society, is being discussed actively in the areas of action learning at companies and project-based learning and inquiry-based learning at schools. It regards as an effective method for improving learners practical and highly advanced problem solving abilities, and for stimulating their absorption into learning through pursuing common goals of learning together. Different from individual learning, however, collaborative learning involves complicated processes such as organizing teams, setting common goals, performing tasks and evaluating the outcome of team activities .Thus, it is difficult for a teacher to promote and evaluate the whole process of collaborative learning, and it is necessary to develop systems to support collaborative learning. Therefore, in order to monitor and promote interaction among learners in the process of collaborative learning, the present study developed an extensible collaborative teaming supporting agent (ECOLA) in online learning environments.

  • We have to carry out systematic, definite requirements analysis for the successful development of software. The UML gives the ways to grasp user or customer requirements and decide the boundary of business systems from the use case modeling. This paper presents how to extract use case diagram from the requirements specification systematically by applying the standardized rules as a part of the study for use case modeling. We modify requirements specification by applying $R_{RS}$ (Rules for Requirements Specification) and extract actor, use case, relationship by applying $R_{A}$(Rules for Actors), $R_{U}$(Rules for Use Cases) and $R_{R}$(Rules for Relationships) to the modified requirements specification separately and then become to make out use case diagram in the end. By applying the rules presented in this paper to the requirements specification for personnel management, we can reduce the existing difficulties of extracting use case diagram based on the narrative descriptions without any standardized rules.rules.

  • Existing as a reverse function in the information age, the security threats against the information system is increasing day by day and a systematic security management to this is being considered more and more important. The most important thing on security management is a risk analysis to understand the cause of the threat and to set up a countermeasure. Therefore, to increase security the proposed model will advise on the set up of the security policy and for a set up of an economic security countermeasure we have increased the reliability on the risk calculation stage. Especially, on the countermeasure stage we have requested a security level on the asset in order to examine the mutual reliance between assets, and differing from the standard model, we have improved the proposed model so that the materializing of the proposed countermeasure has been made to identify the restricted items for each asset and in order to not materialize superficial countermeasures and to make sure to materialize an economic countermeasure.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the lap time of K-1 sprint competition and compare the records of the best group and the other groups. Based on these data we are willing to provide them on pace control strategies for improving their performances. The analysis was conducted on 12 elite kayak players, measuring the lap time by every interval after dividing the entire 1,000-meter race into 10 sections of 100 meters. We divide the group A, B, C and D based on their final time records. Two-factor repeated measures ANOVA, One-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. There were no significant lap time differences in the section of first 200m and last 200m between A, B and C. But the C's lap time of 200m~600m were significantly later than group A and B. Non-superior athletes need to establish strategies to reduce lap time in the middle section.

Among many types of mobile games, Number of users of FPS games has increased rapidly in recent years. Based on the 《Emotional Design》 proposed by Donald Norman, this article compares the interaction design of China's most popular FPS game 《Game for peace》 and Korea's most popular FPS game 《PUBG》, and analyzes their similarities and differences, and then use that as a basis to summarize the three levels of emotional design-Visceral level, Behavior level, and Reflection level, which is the user interface, interaction mode, and interaction experience in interaction design Emotional expression on the two games. This theory provides suggestions for interactive design in the information industry such as mobile games.

  • When human rights disputes are related to the cross-border investments treaties, the investment arbitral tribunals are confronted with the question of how to adjudicate connected human rights violations. The traditional structure restricts arbitration proceedings to the parties named within an investment treaty, i.e., Investor-Claimant and State-Respondent. If human rights issues occur, States must act as proxies for citizens with human rights claims. This effectively excludes individuals or groups with human rights concerns and contradicts the premise of international human rights law that seeks to empower human rights-holders to pursue claims directly and on an international stage. The methods for intorducing human rights issues in the context of investment arbitration proceedings are suggested as follows: First, human rights arguments can be introduced into ISDS by the usual initiator of investment disputes: the investor as the complainant. Especially, if the jurisdictional and applicable law clauses of the respective international investment agreements are sufficiently broad to include human rights violations, adjudicating a pure human rights claim could be possible. Second, the host state may rely on human rights argumentation as a respondent of an investor claim. Human rights have played a role as a justification for state measures undertaken to comply with human rights laws. Third, third party interventions by NGOs and civil society groups as amici curiae may act as advocates for affected populations or communities in response to the reluctance of governments to introduce their own human rights duties into the investment dispute. Finally, arbitrators have also referred to human rights ex officio, i.e., without having a dispute party referring to the specific argument. This was mainly the case in the context of determining the scope of property rights and the existence of an expropriation. As all U.N. member states have human rights obligations, international investment laws must be presumed to be in conformity with the relevant human rights obligations.
