  • 영상 보안 시스템에 사용되는 일반적인 CCTV 로 획득한 영상에서의 움직이는 피사체의 화질은 좋지 않다. 본 논문에서는 주변광을 정의하고 이를 통해 외부조명 조건하에 획득한 영상의 모션 디블러링을 위한 PSF 패턴을 최적화하여 영상의 화질을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 외부조명 동작 패턴에 주변광을 분석한 패턴을 더하여 영상복원을 수행하기 위한 PSF 패턴을 생성한다. 제안한 방법으로 최적화된 PSF 패턴을 사용하여 영상을 복원한 결과 기존에 사용된 방법에 비해 주관적 화질이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있다.

  • 백열등의 POWER 평형 방정식을 통한 동작중의 필라멘트 온도와 광속 그리고 수명을 예측할 수 있는 이론이 제시되었다. POWER 평형 방정식을 설정함으로써 백열등 시스템을 모형화 하고, 방정식을 풀므로써 예측할 수 있는 형식으로 예측이론은 구성되었다. 가정용 110V전구에 대해 실측치와 비교해 본 결과, 충분한 타당성이 있음이 입증되었다. 본 이론의 정확한 예측성은 백열등을 해석, 이해하는 데 열쇠가 되는 제특성치를 제공할 수 있었는데 아직 생산단계에 있지 않은 크립톤가스등의 특성치도 추정할 수 있었다. 또 하나의 유용성은 백열등 설계를 위한 제 매개변수간의 관계식을 본 이론으로부터 도출하여 기존의 경험에만 의존하는 설계법을 보완하고 새로운 설계시 최적설계치를 선정할 수 있다는 점에 있다.

  • 조명용 전기 에너지의 효율적인 이용을 위해서는 사용 환경에 따라 조명 기구를 부분 조광(local dimming) 제어할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 LED 면광원의 부분 디지털조광 시스템을 개발하고 부분 조광된 면광원의 발광영역 및 밝기와 조명 대상물의 조도 분포와의 관계를 측정하고 평가하였다. LED 면광원을 16개의 구역으로 나누고 FPGA와 FET 스위치를 이용하여 각 구역의 점등 및 광량을 디지털 제어하였다. 또한 실험용 암실을 만들어 암실 바닥면을 91등분하고 각 지점의 조도를 측정하여 부분 조광제어에 따른 조도 분포를 평가하였다.

  • In this paper, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) terminal is proposed to be used for controlling and managing light facilities efficiently by connecting it to a web-based server system and adding additional functions. The control box of current light facilities may be implemented based on a simple On-Off function. The operational quality of the light facilities will be efficiently improved with some practical advantages such as reduction of required facility, manpower and time in managing the lights and control boxes tv using the popular PDA.

  • Daylight responsive dimming system, which is one of the method for utilizing available daylight. continuously adjusts lighting output with an algorithm of the correlation of photosensor signal and workplane illuminance levels. This system must be related with shading systems which are to control penetrating daylight. The purpose of this research is to analyze illuminance distributions by artificial lighting in different shading systems. Lighting power is changed by 5 levels in nighttime for comparing correlation between illuminance and lighting power in different shading systems.

  • With existing illumination rendering system being used in domestic, internationally developed common programs are taking over the market more than 90%. However, since the programs are established with DB designed to be most suitable for their own products, accuracy in analysis and visualized image are hardly reliable. This raises the necessities of establishing DB for domestic developed products. A method of establishing artificial luminair DB, which was studied on DB establishment in consideration of optical characteristics of domestic products with using RADIANCE program was presented in this study, and it is considered as the program of simulating light movement most accurately among all rendering programs developed so far.

  • This paper proposes the design of new digital controller to improve control performance of automation system. The proposed controller improves response time and steady state error in the driving a system to generate a output voltage proportional to the frequency difference of reference input signal and feedback signal, holds good stability and higher accuracy designing an adaptive line density selector and a quantized level controller of slope-varied type. A theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out. Th presented results how the improved performance in the position control of automation system.

  • This paper describes the detection of the ultrasonic signals reduced by materials of a transformer for diagnosis of the transformer using ultrasonic signal which is generated by partial discharge. When partial discharge is generated on the surface of the winding and between the winding and the core in the transformer, the ultrasonic signal can be measured as the proper selection of the ultrasonic detectors' location.

  • This paper deals with design method of learning fuzzy controller for control of an unknown nonlinear plant using the self-tuning algorithm of fuzzy inference rules. In this method the fuzzy identification model obtained that the joined identification model of nonlinear part and linear identification model of linear part by fuzzy inference systems. This fuzzy identification model ordered self-tuning by Decent method so as to be servile to nonlinear plant. A the end, designed learning fuzzy controller of fuzzy identification model have learning structure to model reference adaptive system. The simulation results show that th suggested identification and learning control schemes are practically feasible and effective.
