Optimum Design of a linear Induction Motor using Genetic Algorithm and Neural Network (유전알고리즘과 신경회로망을 이용한 선형유도전동기의 최적설계)

  • In this paper, a new optimum design method is proposed for the linear induction motor(LIM). The Genetic Neural Network(GNN) is introduced in the optimum design of LIM and the simulation result is compared with the Genetic Algorithm(GA) and Neural Network(NN). The maximum thrust and trust/weight are selected as the object functions. The comparison showed that the proposed method is better than GA and NN.

  • This paper presents a controller design method of bilinear systems via iterative method. The iterative procedure with auxiliary sequences is defined in the process of constructing coupled linear time varying systems from bilinear systems. To design the feedback controller for bilinear systems with quadratic cost function, an optimization procedure is given by the representation closely related to the Riccati approach. In the simulation results, it is shown that the suggested method accomplishes the improved performance and good convergence.

  • This paper deals with the design and evaluation of the evaluation of the robust controller for a synchronous generator excitation system to improve the steady state and transient stability. The nonlinear characteristics of the system is treated as model uncertainties, and then the robust control techniques are introduced into the power system stability design to take into account these uncertainties at the controller design stage. The performance of the designed controller is examined by extensive non-linear time domain simulation. It is shown that the performance of the robust controller is superior to that of the conventional PI controller.

  • No matter how the equally spaced grounding grid is designed there are many problem. The best-fitted design for unequally spaced grounding grid is a part that must be considered. This paper Suggest a new way of calculation for grounding grid space of ground conductor by an algebraic function control(The first-order function, Root function, Polynomial function etc.) and on the optimal spaced grounding conductor that make the under 2[%] between maximum potential and minimum potential.

  • 본 연구에서는 백색광원용 조명램프에 필요한 고밀도로 집적된 LED 어레이를 제작하기 위하여 반도체제조 공정에 필요한 포토마스크를 AutoCAD 상에서 설계하였으며 레이저 리소그래피 장비를 이용하여 포토마스크를 제작하였다. 웨이퍼상에 LED칩을 개별적으로 제작한 후 이들을 직렬 및 병렬로 금속배선하여 연결하였다. 특히 AutoCAD로 각 공정의 포토마스크 패턴을 설계 작업한 후 DWG 파일을 DXF 파일로 변환하여 레이저빔으로 스캔닝하였다. 이를 소다라임 유리판 위에 크롬을 증착한 후 각 패턴에 맞추어 식각 함으로써 포토마스크를 제작하였다. 또한 2인치 InGaN/GaN 다중 양자우물구조의 광소자용 에피박막이 증착된 사파이어 웨이퍼에 포토마스크를 활용하여 반도체 제조공정을 수행하였으며, 금속배선된 백색LED램프를 제작하였다.

  • The magnetization direction of bond magnet is decided by the flux distribution of injection mold during the manufacturing process. The injection mold for the magnetic roller of the laser printer is designed and analysed to fit the design specification. The experiment showed that the flux distribution of a magnet roller agreed with the analysis and the given specifications.

  • In this paper, the external-exciting electronic ballast for an 100[W] high pressure sodium lamp using full-bridge inviter is designed. The L-C parallel full-bridge invert circuit for P-SPICE simulation is designed. The values of inductor and capacitor in the proposed equivalent L-C parallel resonant tank circuit are calculated theoretically. Then the ballast for high pressure sodium lamp is implemented using the simulated results. In the experimental results, that is confirmed which the results of implemented ballast are really same with the of simulated one.

  • This paper presents a sliding mode observer and Controller far the state estimation and the dynamic stabilization of the magnetic levitation systems. The proposed striding mode observer is constructed by means of Lyapunov stability theorem to decrease the observer error, and the sliding rode controller is designed by a linear combination of the equivalent and nonlinear control input for the estimated states. The feasibilities of the suggested design method are illustrated with the simulation results.

  • In this paper, an optimum design method is presented for BLDC moor magnet using genetic algorithm(GA) and response surface method(RSM). The cogging torque is calculated by finite element method for the designs obtained by GA and RSM. The results are compared and discussed for the simulation time and the cogging torque.

  • In this paper, we propose the low sldelobe digital doppler filter bank design algorithm which is practically applicable to coherent radar equipment in complex air-defense system. Using the proposed algorithm, we can obtain a digital doppler filter bank of lower peak sidelobe level and higher clutter suppression capability. In this method, it is possible to achieve higher target-detectability without loss of Target SNR. The proposed algorithms are verified by simulations and experiments.
