RConsumer Portal is defined as "a combination of hardware and software that enables two-way communication between energy service providers(ESP, like KEPCO) and equipment within the consumer's premises". The portal provides both a physical link(between wires, radio waves, and other media) and a logical link(translating among language-like codes and etiquette-like protocols) between in-building and wide-area access networks. Thus, the consumer portal is an important, open public shared infrastructure in the future vision of energy services. This paper presents an XML based standard specification of service-oriented, open protocol for consumer portal system architecture. In the framework level, the XML protocol provides a useful bridge between services and platforms. The proposed standard protocol has been implemented into our developing consumer portal pilot system. The results imply the potential of global standards for consumer portal system by its minimum overhead in network and processor. The reposed XML is designated psXML in this paper.

In this paper, the survey and the analysis of domestic and foreign for on-line monitoring system at low voltage facilities example for value added service about electrical safety were executed. According to survey, in Japan, they are executing the on-line electrical facilities monitoring in based on IT basic law for the information of society construction and not only electrical safety but also value added service such as alarm for earthquake, security are being done. In USA and Europe using power line communication(PLC), the on-line observation and building district management service were being realized. Observing the domestic case, electrical safety related with service such as distribution panel product incorporating load management and leakage current measurement was being executed in some companies. From the survey, it is necessary to improve on the law and the system for market activity in domestic.

사용자로 하여금 언제 어디서나 알맞은 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 하는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 환경에 대한 연구는 최근 가장 각광 받고 있는 분야 중 하나라 할 수 있다. 그 중에서도 사용자 개개인에 최적화된 가상의 공간을 통해 서비스를 제공함으로써, 사용자 특화된 서비스를 제공하려는 노력은 최근 들어 새로이 조명 받고 있는 상황이다. 그러나, 기존 연구들은 물리적 위치에 기반한 정해진 서비스들을 사용자가 활용할 수 있게 하는 것에 주 목적이 있어, 개인화된 서비스를 궁극적 목표로 하는 개인화공간 관련 연구와는 거리가 있다 할 수 있다. 이를 극복하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 가상개인공간 (Virtual Personal World) 이라는 이름을 통하여 개인화된 서비스 기반의 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다. 이 플랫폼을 통하여 사용자에게 물리적 공간의 제약을 벗어나, 다양한 형태의 자원 객체(Virtual Object)들을 이용한 정형화된 서비스는 물론, 사용자 개인에 최적화된 서비스 목록을 생성 및 유지 함으로써, 종래의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 약점이라 할 수 있는 물리적 공간 내에서의 일반적 서비스 제공의 틀을 벗어 나도록 하는 것에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 제안하는 VPW 플랫폼과 서비스의 개인화를 통해 서비스의 개인화에 있어 약 7 배 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었으며, 사용자에 알맞은 다양한 서비스 제공을 통해 사용자의 자동화된 서비스 제공 혜택을 입을 기회 또한 기존에 비해 29% 가량 향상됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 우선 각 정부부처의 서비스산업 선진화 동향 및 서비스관련 자격개발에 대한 동향조사 및 노력현황에 대해 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 미래 녹색성장 및 산업/직업수요 요구에 따른 서비스관련 산업 및 직업에 대해 조명하고, 관련 산업과 직업에 따른 국가기술자격의 미래수요예측은 물론 미래 글로벌 환경 및 FTA환경 하에서 국가기술 자격의 경쟁력에 대해 제고하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 일자리 창출 및 글로벌 환경 변화에 따른 국가적 차원의 서비스산업 육성발전 방향에 산업/직업변화에 대해 분석과 서비스 산업 관련 국가기술자격 종목의 선정 및 개발 타당성 검토를 통한 미래 노동수요에 대응이라는 두 가지 연구 방향을 설정하였다.

국민의 생활수준 향상에 따른 서비스산업의 발달로 화재위험 건물로 분류되는 나이트클럽과 같은 유흥장은 전국적으로 늘어나고 있는 추세이며, 규모가 대형화되고 화려해짐에 따라 전기설비도 복잡하고 다양해지고 있다. 특히 수많은 조명과 음향설비 등이 한정된 장소에 집중되어 시공되는 유흥장의 특성상 전원선이나 신호선의 배선이나 접속 방식에 있어서 많은 문제점이 상존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 유흥장 특성에 적합한 배선이나 접속에 관련된 국내 외 규정을 간략히 소개하고 유흥장의 현장실태조사를 통한 문제점을 파악하여 시공이나 유지 관리에 있어서의 착안점을 제공하고자 한다.

4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래에 따라 다양한 사물들과 연결되어 새로운 서비스를 제공하는 사물인터넷 기술이 각광받고 있으며, 실생활에 적용하기 위한 연구들이 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도서관의 좌석과 좌석에 설치된 조명을 자동으로 관리 및 제어하기 위한 사물인터넷 기술 기반의 스마트 도서관 자동화 모델을 제시한다. 제시된 모델은 좌석과 조명을 자동으로 관리하기 위한 아두이노 보드, 사용자 인터페이스 제공을 위한 모바일 웹 서버, 좌석 상태 관리를 위한 데이터베이스 서버, 그리고 구성요소 간 연동을 위한 게이트웨이로 구성된다. 좌석에 부착된 압력 센서로부터 압력을 감지하여 좌석의 점유 및 비점유 상태를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 조명을 제어하며 사용자에게 잔여 좌석 정보를 제공한다. 이를 통해 사용자에게는 편리함을 제공해주는 것과 동시에 에너지 효율을 극대화하고자 한다.

OSGi(Open Services Gateway Initiatives)는 개방형 서비스 게이트웨이의 표준을 지향하는 업계들이 모여 만든 사실상의 표준화 (De Facto Standard) 단체이다. 개방형 서비스 게이트웨이란 전 세계적으로 퍼져 있는 컴퓨터 위주의 인터넷을 가전제품, 조명기기, 계량기 등 집에서 사용하는 모든 가전제품과 설비에까지 연결시켜 일반 가정을 인터넷의 한 부분으로 편입시켜주는 일종의 관문 역할을 해주는 기기이다. 본 논문에선 OSGi에 대한 간략한 소개와 표준화 동향을 알아본다.
