조립식 건축물의 화재는 건축자재의 종류에 따라 다양한 화재 특징을 나타내게 되는데 금번 연구과제로 선정한 화재는 지난 2006년 12월에 발생한 조립식 샌드위치패널 숙소 화재사례로서 이번 연구를 통해 조립식 샌드위치패널 건축물의 화재원인분석과 감식방법을 고찰해 보고 아울러 발표된 연구논문자료와 실제 화재재현실험을 통한 감식능력 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nonlinear behavior of a cold-formed steel (CFS) shear panel, which was composed of built-up columns and tension-only diagonal straps for bracing, when excited by earthquake motions. For the purpose, shaketable tests of a full-scale two-story cold-formed steel (CFS) shear panel were conducted. in the shear panel, the diagonal strap is a major lateral force resisting system, which is a very ductile member, and the columns, which are gravity resisting members, are fabricated by wooing studs, which can't develop their full flexural strength because they may buckle locally. The test results showed that the straps dissipate most of energy of the shear panel in a tension-only and pinched way and the columns dissipate it relatively smaller than the straps but they still contribute to overall dissipation. As a result of this study, investigating real nonlinear behavior of a structure in earthquakes is a very important process by shaketable tests even though it is simple.

The object of this paper is to evaluate on constructability of modular steel frame with the hollow structural steel section to LEB C-shape. A modular building is built with factory-manufacture and site-construction. The advantage of a Modular building presents that enhanced building quality, shortened construction period and easy at an expansion and enlargement for buildings but also has demerits such as size restriction of the modular units according to the Road Traffic Law and Inflexibility of the unit composition. So in this study we use light-weighted structure members with bolted joint for easy Knock-down and traffic, also we evaluated the constructability of this bolted joints type modular buildings.

르네상스 시대의 필리포 브뤼넬레치, 19세기의 쟝 니꼴라 루이 뒤랑, 근대 건축의 꾸르뷔지에, 귀세프 테라니, 밀르벤 데르호흐, 그리고 현대건축의 장 누벨과 같은 5명의 건축가의 예를 통해, 건축에서 늘 되풀이되어 나타나는 기하학적 형체로서의 이 격자무늬는 자신의 다면성을 보여준다. 합리적인 면은 그대로 간직한 채, 격자무늬는 순서대로, 균형잡힌 비율의 선, 축에 관한 구성체계, 조립식 건축의 구조, 합리주의의 상징, 건물의 배치와 크기를 결정하는 반복적인 조직망, 삼차원 공간에서의 프랙탈한 이미지로서 나타난다.

The study consisted of a survey of the residential satisfaction level of the 3rd grade students and a survey of accessibility from farms for practical field training to public facilities. According to the geographical location of the farms on the map, the average distance to facilities related to convenience or safety and health that students complained was about 12km. And that to social and public facilities was about 4.4km. Students pointed out the convenience of using transportation, commercial and convenient facilities, and the safety of anti-crime security facilities as complaints during the practice session. Residential satisfaction levels in five realms, such as facility and structure, convenience, safety, comfort and sociality, were not all reached at the satisfaction level. In particular, the satisfaction level of female students was sub-normal in the safety and convenience realms. The average satisfaction levels reviewed by department were sub-normal for horse industry and floriculture departments. By residential patterns, satisfaction with sharing with the farmers was higher than with other patterns. And satisfaction level by housing structure was much lower in the assembly and container structures Since residential satisfaction level is determined by the inside and outside environment of the dwelling, college should provide students with accurate and vivid data using information communication technologies.
