국내 자동차산업의 대표기업은 현대자동차 그룹. 우리나라 수출산업의 효자인 자동차산업은 세계 메이저 자동차기업과 세계시장에서 치열한 판매전쟁을 펼치고 있다. 이전에는 저가전략으로 자동차를 판매하여 왔지만, 지금은 최고의 품질로 경쟁할 수 있는 위치까지 올라서면서, 세계 여러나라의 소비자에게 원하는 시간에 원하는 제품을 제공하고 있다. 국내의 자동차 산업이 최고의 물류품질로 경쟁할 수 있었던 계기는 지난 2001년 2월 22일, 글로비스 주식회사의 탄생에서 시작된다. 그 당시, 각 기업들은 글로벌 경영 전략에 적합한 글로벌 SCM 물류 대응 체제 구축이 필요한 상황이었지만, 국내 물류산업은 세계 수준과 격차가 있었다.우리나라의 수출효자산업인 자동차산업에서도 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 설립된 물류회사가 바로 글로비스 주식회사이다. 창립 역사는 짧지만, 매출액 1조 5천억원을 달성하면서 국내 물류산업을 이끌어갈 글로벌 종합물류기업으로 성장하고 있다. 지난해 12월 코스닥 증권시장에 상장되면서 물밑에서 조용히 승천을 준비하던 용이 세상 밖으로 나왔다. 2006년은 글로비스가 세계시장에서 글로벌종합물류기업들을 이끌어 가는 리더기업으로서 그 첫해가 될 것으로 기대한다.국내물류기업의 선두그룹이자 자동차 산업의 글로벌 SCM 물류서비스와 철강, 정유, 화학 등 다양한 분야에서 최적의 물류서비스를 제공하고 있는 글로비스의 이주은 대표이사를 만나본다.

웹 게시판 서비스에서의 비정상행위 탐지 및 블러킹 방안 제시는 서비스를 제공하는 주체에게는 대량의 광고성 게시글로부터 안정적 서비스 운영이 가능하게끔 하고, 서비스를 이용하는 사용자에게는 원하지 않는 게시글로부터 블러킹 방안을 제공 받아 깨끗한 웹 게시판 서비스를 가능한 방안으로 인터넷 환경이 제공되면서 필터링 기술 발전 수준이 가장 높은 스팸 메일 필터링 기술을 응용하여 웹 게시판 서비스에 적용하여 필터링 효과 수준을 측정하고 다른 웹 서비스 등에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

목적: 기존 안와 황색육아종이 진단되었던 환자에서 재발된 피부 황색육아종을 통하여 면역글로불린G4관련안질환이 동반 진단된 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 양안의 눈꺼풀 부종을 주소로 38세 남성이 내원하였다. 전안부 및 후극부에서 특이 소견이 관찰되지 않았다. 조직검사상 포말조직구 및 토우튼 거대세포가 관찰되며 S100 및 CD1 염색에 음성 소견을 보여 성인황색육아종 진단하 경구 아자씨오프린과 프레드리솔론 치료를 받았다. 4년 뒤 양안의 노란색 눈꺼풀 종괴를 주소로 재내원하였다. 자기공명영상에서 양안 안와 상외측의 대칭적인 연부조직 부종이 관찰되었고, 혈액검사상 immunoglobulin G (IgG) 및 IgG4 수치가 상승되었다. 조직검사 후 면역화학염색에서 IgG4+/IgG+ 10-20%, IgG4+ 22/고배율시야가 확인되었으며 과거 조직을 재염색하여 IgG4+/IgG+ 40-50%, IgG4+ 59/고배율시야를 확인하여 전형적인 면역글로불린G4관련안질환으로 새롭게 진단하였다. 결론: 비특이적인 눈꺼풀 부종환자에서 면역글로불린G4관련안질환을 고려해야 하며, 기존 황색육아종 환자에서도 면역글로불린G4관련안질환이 동반될 수 있다.

이 연구는 글로컬 시대에 요구되는 시민성을 찾고, 이것이 지리교육에 주는 함의를 도출한 것이다. 근대 이후 국민국가의 출현으로 시민성은 국가가 영역 내의 구성원에게 부여하는 권리와 의무로 정의되었다. 물론 현재도 국가가 법적인 시민성을 부여하지만, 점점 시민으로서의 정체성은 그 상하위 스케일인 글로벌과 로컬로부터 획득되는 것으로 인식된다. 그리하여, 시민성은 국가의 경계에 의해 규정되기 보다는 다른 사람 및 장소와의 연결 또는 네트워크에 의해 구성되는 것으로, 그리고 공간은 분절적 공간이 아니라 관계적 공간으로 인식된다. 따라서 시민성은 다차원적이고, 유동적이고, 초국적이며, 협상적인 경향을 띠면서, 다중스케일에 기반한 다중시민성으로 재개념화되고 있다. 이제 시민으로서의 개인은 다양한 스케일에서 정치적 공동체의 구성원인 동시에 비영역적인 사회집단의 구성원으로 간주된다. 따라서 지리를 통한 시민성교육은 국가 중심에서 그리고 분절된 공간적 스케일에서 벗어나, 로컬과 글로벌이 상호연결되고 중첩되면서 형성되는 다중시민성을 포섭하는데 더욱 초점을 맞출 필요가 있다.

Indonesia is archipelago country and plural society which consist of diverse ethnic groups. This study select Java island and Java houses as a representative housing of Indonesia. The aim of this study is to present a comprehensive overview of traditional houses of Java in Indonesia by examining pre-existing literature. First, the Java House as a microcosm of the universe that shows universal and religious aspects. Furthermore, each building contains spiritual symbolism. These ideological aspects select the location and layout of the towns, villages and buildings, which create an order to the interior space. The space structure of Java housing is characterized by strong juxtaposition between east/west, front/back, public/private, male/female, and open space/ closed space. There is also a hierarchy of space, which were applied in floor level, height of space and lightness. The structure of the roof shows the best formativeness. Depending on the shape of the roof, the function of the building is shown, and also it represents the social rank and religious respect. Joglo's unique formativeness is an icon of the Java architect.

The hydrophobic coating for multi-walled nanotubes was treated with toluene and trimethylchlorosilane glow discharge plasma under low pressure, and the hydrophobic surface of the treated MWCNT was investigates. In order to investigate the effects of -CH components from the toluene and TMCS glow plasma, we conducted on the total surface free energies of the MWCNT powder, which was calculated by measuring the contact angle between the cushion of MWCNT powder and the probe liquids. The total surface free energies were determined by Owens-Wendt equation and drastically decreased.

질편모충의 시스테인 단백분해효소가 숙주-기생충 관계에서 어떤 역할을 하는지 알아보기 위해 질편모충을 대량배양하여 초음파분쇄한 후 초원심분리하여 조추출물을 얻었고, activated Thiol-Sepharose 4B, Bacitracin Sepharose affinity chromatography, Sephacryl S-200 HR gel filtration 등을 이용하여 단백분해효소를 정제하였다. SDS-PAGE로 정제도를 확인하여 이들 효소의 생화학적 특성, 그리고 인체 면역글로불린 및 헤모글로빈 분해능을 관찰하였다. 정제된 단백분해효소는 0.1 M sodium phosphate (pH 6.0)에서 최적 활성을 나타내었으며, SDS-PAGE에서 분자량은 60 kDa이었고 gel filtration에서 native 분자량은 62 kDa이었다. 정제된 단백분해효소는 시스테인 계열 억제제인 E-64, IAA, NEM에 의해서 활성이 억제되었으며, 메탈로, 세린, 아스파틱 계열 억제제에 의해서는 활성이 억제되지 않았다. $Hg^{2+}$ 이온에 의해 활성이 억제되었고 시스테인 계열 활성제인 DTT에 의해서는 2배 이상의 활성을 보여 정제된 단백분해효소가 시스테인 계열임을 알 수 있었다. 정제된 단백분해효소와 serum IgG, serum IgA, secretory IgA를 반응시켰을 때 면역글로불린이 분해되었고 헤모글로빈과 반응시켰을 때도 헤모글로빈을 분해하였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 질편모충에서 정제한 60 kDa acidic 시스테인 단백분해효소는 인체의 IgG, IgA 및 헤모글로빈 등을 분해하여 숙주의 면역기작을 회피하며 영양대사에 이용할 것으로 생각된다.

목적: 본 연구에서는 서울대학교 어린이병원에서 범저감마글로불린혈증(X-linked agammaglobulinemia [XLA])로 진단된 환자들의 임상적 증상 및 치료에 대해서 보고하고자 하였다. 방법: 14명의 남자 환자가 XLA로 진단되었으며 CD19+ B 세포가 2% 미만이며 Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk) 유전자 돌연변이가 있는 경우를 기준으로 하였다. 결과: 모든 XLA 환자에서 반복적인 세균성 감염이 있었고 환자의 20%에서 호중구 감소증이 있었으며 환자 어머니의 75%가 보인자였다. Btk gene study에서는 돌연변이가 다양한 부위에서 나타났으며 특정부위에서 집중적으로 발생하지는 않았다. 면역글로불린 정맥주사 후 반복적인 세균성 감염은 줄어들었으나 합병증으로 기관지 확장증이 14명 중 3명, 지속적인 부비동염은 4명에서 발생하였다. 결론: 4세 이전 세균 감염이 반복되는 경우 XLA와 같은 체액성 면역결핍을 의심하여 글로불린 검사를 하는 것이 조기 진단에 중요하며 Btk 유전자변이 검사를 시행하여 확진한 후 면역글로불린 정맥주사 및 예방적 항생제 등 적절한 치료를 통해 합병증을 줄이고 무 질병 상태를 유지할 수 있다.

Biclonal gammopathy is characterized by the presence of two different monoclonal immunoglobulins, and the clinical findings of biclonal gammopathy are similar to those of monoclonal gammopathy. An association between biclonal gammopathy and tsutsugamushi meningitis has not been reported previously. Here, we report a case of a 55-year-old man presented with fever and decreased mentality. A cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) test and an indirect immunofluorescent antibody test for Orientia tsutsugamushi revealed tsutsugamushi meningitis. CSF and serum immunofixation electrophoresis revealed biclonal gammopathy (IgG-${\kappa}$, IgG-${\lambda}$). His symptoms improved after antibiotics treatment, and serum biclonal gammopathy completely disappeared.

The purpose of the study is to understand the unique characteristics of decoration style in traditional Javanese houses. Reviewing literature and visiting site were applied as the research method. Javanese House can be divided into three parts; roof, wall and floor. First, the roof of the traditional Javanese House is the most unique and important decorative element. The roofs are covered with roof-tiles and have clay carving ornaments on top. Usually there are no ceilings, just exposed to the oblique shape roof, which are made of wood to enable air ventilation. Joglo roof is the outstanding and representative roof type of Javanese houses. There is artistic and constructive roof structure named as tumpang sari in Joglo roof. The decoration on tumpang sari is the most colorful and symbolic ornaments. Secondly, the most unique element in the wall is the gebyok. Gebyok is made of wood and full of carved ornament, which has an artistic appearance, and also important function. The top part of doors are designed as perforated woodcarving, which give both aesthetic and ventilation purposes. Last, the stratified floor is begin with ground yard, then veranda that made from hardened clay, and main room constituted with a wood scaffold to provide air circulation and remove the humidity of the ground. The decorations of the column stand (umpak) are unique, where usually lotus flower is carved into black stone or lime stone. The outside of the buildings in Java Houses is not decorated by colors or symbols, whereas colors are only used in temples, pavilion or in royal housings. Instead they have carvings and decorations on important structural elements such as columns and beams inside. The ornaments and colors of decorations symbolize their god, ancestors and piece.
