Autonomous ship is expeected to improve the safety, reliability, efficiency and environment significantly. For the realization of the autonomous ship, the remote control of the ship is one of the core functionality in addition to the autonomous ship control functionality in a ship. In this paper, we address a autonomous ship control system based on remote control. This paper proposes a remote control autonomous system and standardized ship-to-shore remote control protocol with for open platform. Finally, we implemented the system and tested with a real experiments with the test ship in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed remote control autonomous system.
Recently, Crypto currency has evolved along with Blockchain technology and the voice of concern and concern of many people. Global nations that consider the use of Crypto currency are prudent in their protection of their economies due to legal regulations and institutional arrangements, and are watching the trends of various Crypto currency. Among them, Crypto currency is very popular because it can acquire money through cryptographic computation. However, there is a need to consider the impact of high-quality computing resources and the consumption of many electrical energy on global warming. Therefore, this study investigated the calculation of electric energy consumption and Carbon Dioxide Emissions, data and cases related to the mining of Crypto currency, examined variable factors. This will be used as research data that will respond to the 4th industrial revolution, such as the presentation of a more positive development direction of Crypto currency, and the development of various related technologies.
The main tasks of commander and staffs in ground operations are a continuation performing the process of making decisions in various situations. Since the current decision-making process is largely dependent on qualitative methods, it is difficult to integrate with the decision-making tools associated with the 4th Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to suggest the process of deriving the relative importance of the evaluation factors using the AHP with focusing on assessing the avenues of approach in IPB related to the ground operation plan. The most important aspect of IPB is the evaluation of the avenues of approach. Evaluation factors include target accessibility, observation and seasons, concealment and cover-up, ease of maneuverability, and ease of transition to adjacent access roads. The existing methods are the comparison method with evaluation factors and the analysis with the advantages and disadvantages. However, it has been criticized that they regard evaluation factors as equal importance. The results show that target accessibility has the highest score related with priority when considering the criteria.

The system proposed in this paper was suggested as a big data system that works in the age of artificial intelligence of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The proposed system can be a good example in terms of government 's development of new intelligent big data information system. For example, the proposed system may be introduced into the system of a department as a function of the integration of existing cinema ticket integration network or its networking. For this purpose, the proposed system transmits the user's profile to the film producer or other company, where it is provided as comparison data. Soon, the information is sent to the user-specific characteristic data and then the film-maker will be able to gauge the success of the three elements of the movie's performance, cinematic quality, and break-even point in real time, which are revealed through the movie review that the actual user feels, including the so-called 'new reinterpretation.
It has been determined the 6 core competencies of our university students. Among them, it was judged that the student's convergence thinking ability and self-development ability were insufficient. To enforce the two insufficient abilities, an engineering-related major collage course was newly established in the form of an intensive coursework. The course was conducted as a shared curriculum between division/departments. For each of the first and second semesters in the 2020, 54 students from two completion groups (Department of Electrical and Electronic Control Engineering; 26, Optical Engineering; 28) were the subjects of the survey, the survey results of 20 common questions were comprehensively analyzed. As the result, more than 75% of the respondents were positive about free online learning at any time and place. And if additional interactive activities and team teaching method are reinforced during recorded audio and video contents learning material, It is confirmed that the attempted intensive course can maximize the learning effect.
In the 4th industrial revolution, the blockchain that distributes and manages data through a P2P network is used as a new decentralized networking paradigm in various fields such as manufacturing, culture, and public service. However, with the advent of quantum computers, quantum algorithms that are able to break existing cryptosystems such as hash function, symmetric key, and public key cryptography have been introduced. Currently, because most major blockchain systems use an elliptic curve cryptography to generate signatures for transactions, they are insecure against the quantum adversary. For this reason, the research on the quantum-resistant blockchain that utilizes lattice-based cryptography for transaction signatures is needed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a blind signature scheme for the blockchain in which the contents of the signature can be verified later, as well as signing by hiding the contents to be signed using lattice-based cryptography with the property of quantum resistance. In addition, we prove the security of the proposed scheme using a random oracle model.

As the development of the 4th industrial revolution in the maritime industry has accelerated, the technical development and progress of maritime autonomous surface ship(MASS), and the development of international regulations have been accelerated. In particular, the IMO Maritime Safety Committee(MSC) has established a road-map for the development of the non-mandatory goal-based MASS instrument(MASS Code) and started developing a non-mandatory MASS Code at MSC 105th meeting. Many countries are actively participating in the Correspondence Group on the development of MASS Code, and the development of detailed requirements for MASS functions in the MASS Code is underway. Especially, the concept of "Mode of Operation" for MASS functions was mentioned in the Correspondence Group for the first time, and it is expected that discussions on these modes will be conducted from the IMO MASS JWG meeting to held in April 2023. The concept of "Mode of Operation" will be useful in explaining MASS and MASS functions and will be discussed continually for the development of MASS Code. This paper reviews the contents of the IMCA M 220 document, which provides guidelines on operating modes, to conduct research on the benchmark for setting the operating modes of MASS.
The ROK military faces a significant challenge in its vigilance mission due to demographic problems, particularly the current aging population and population cliff. This study demonstrates the crucial role of the 4th industrial revolution and its core artificial intelligence algorithm in maximizing work efficiency within the Command&Control room by mechanizing simple tasks. To achieve a fully developed military surveillance system, we have chosen multi-object tracking (MOT) technology as an essential artificial intelligence component, aligning with our goal of an intelligent and automated surveillance system. Additionally, we have prioritized data visualization and user interface to ensure system accessibility and efficiency. These complementary elements come together to form a cohesive software application. The CCTV video data for this study was collected from the CCTV cameras installed at the 1st and 2nd main gates of the 00 unit, with the cooperation by Command&Control room. Experimental results indicate that an intelligent and automated surveillance system enables the delivery of more information to the operators in the room. However, it is important to acknowledge the limitations of the developed software system in this study. By highlighting these limitations, we can present the future direction for the development of military surveillance systems.
India has recently experienced an acute crisis confronting the COVID-19 pandemic as confirmed cases exceeded 11.73 million in March 2021, which was the second worst scale only after the United States. The strict lockdown measures as well as the pandemic itself posed a serious threat of survival, in particular, to immigrant workers engaged in informal sectors, which triggered their reverse immigration. In case the COVID-19 pandemic continues in 2021, it is estimated that in the sector of tourism and service alone, more than 20 million jobs will disappear. The damage on industry is already being realized with the significant decrease of workforce. It is important to note, however, that jobless growth and labor polarization were observed even before the outbreak of COVID-19, and that the pandemic only served as one of the trigger catalysts that made those submerged problems burst out. In this study, we examine the structural problems in industry and labor market in India and consider the social context and efficacy of the "Make in India" or "Atmanirbhar Bhrat" policy. The latter initiative was presented in the trenches of the pandemic in 2020. While considering the complexity of problems, we would like to pursue a future-oriented approach and propose a direction in restructuring the labor market, attempted at reversing the critical conditions following the fourth industrial revolution and digitization into the shortcut to labor market restructuring.

Ground Operations Command (GOC) has studied various methods using artificial intelligence (AI) in order to accomplish ground missions more effectively and to strongly respond to variable strategic situations with advancements in fourth industrial revolution technology. As the result of various literature reviews, PEST-7S-SWOT is considered the most appropriate methodology for promoting strategies and for task development. These procedures consist of three stages. Phase 1 is analysis of external environmental factors from applying PEST procedures. We analyzed external environmental factors to determine opportunities and risk factors. Phase 2 is the analysis of internal environmental factors from applying 7S strategies. We analyzed the current state of an organization to find strengths and weaknesses. Phase 3 is SWOT analysis. It is based on the opportunities and risk factors from Phase 1 and the strength and weakness factors from Phase 2. We derive promotional strategies and tasks through SWOT analysis. In this study, four strategies and 11 tasks were derived for GOC AI systems. Those are promotion of policies and systems, reinforcing organizations, building an AI base, increasing expertise and capabilities, and validating PEST-7S-SWOT methodologies.
