Identification of unfavorable clause and directionality through the analysis of legal system of autonomous driving vehiecle in Korea (국내 자율주행자동차 관련 법률 및 제도 분석과 한계점 도출 및 방향성 제안)

  • As 4th industrial revolution era has come, autonomous driving vehiecle gets its attention for commercialization and development and thus its impact on society. To this end, several countries such as US, England and Germany are preparing their own legal systems to come up with commercialization of autonomous driving vehiecle. In this country, Korea is also developing autonomous driving vehiecle and looking forward its commercialization yet the legal system of Korea lacks of laws, regulations, rules, guidelines and so on. Hence, it is our intention to look into Korean legal system providing the analysis of current Korean legal system in detail. This paper also provides further directions to have balance between commercialization success and risk management in this country and, as a result creates a small step toward 4th industrial revolution society.

  • As the 4th Industrial Revolution unfolds rapidly, it is important to re-light the intrinsic mission given to universities from a system theory perspective as a condition for the university to survive. In this study, the university was prescribed as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, and attempted to provide a new and novel perspective to various university officials for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-describing it based on the Multidisciplinary perspective based on business administration, but in particular on the theory of service operation management. To this end, the primary purpose of this study is to classify the nature of educational organizations, research organizations, service organizations, and support organizations to properly perform the university's essential mission of education, research, and service, and to explore concepts and techniques for performing management activities that are appropriate to them. In addition, after identifying the university from an academic and practical point of view as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, but more specifically, to provide a new perspective and means for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-identifying university administration based on the business administration theory, in particular the theory of service operation management, and further reflecting a recent trend to view the university president from the CEO's point of view, the specific purpose of this study is to look at this academic system. Through this, we sought the ideal form of a systematic and scientific university management organization that can respond to new environmental changes.

  • 제 4차 산업혁명이 시작되고 있는 지금 소프트웨어 개발자의 수요가 늘어나고 이들의 교육이 중요해 지면서, 초, 중 고등학교 컴퓨터 코딩 교육이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 컴퓨터 과학 분야의 코딩 교육과 관련된 정부 및 비영리 교육기관들의 동향을 살펴보고, 정보올림피아드 경시 및 공모부분 대회, 해커톤을 통해 컴퓨터 과학 코딩 교육의 향후 방향성을 제시하였다. 이후, 코딩 교육을 통해 응용가능 한 학문분야에 대해서 다루었으며, IT 생태계의 활력을 불어넣은 스타트업 창업 사례를 제시함으로서 이후 코딩 교육을 받았을 때 향후 진로에 대해서 알아보았다.

  • TTA는 국제표준화 환경변화에 적극 대응하고 국내기술의 국제표준 반영을 통한 글로벌 표준화 경쟁력을 제고를 위해 매년 중점기술을 선정하여 국내외 표준화 추진전략을 제시하는 K-ICT 표준화 전략맵을 개발하였으며, 이를 토대로 전문가 설문과 인터뷰를 진행하여 '2017년 ICT 표준화 10대 이슈'를 선정하였다. 본 고에서는 제4차 산업혁명을 이끌 초연결사회 플랫폼과 지능형 융합서비스 분야에서 선제적 표준화가 필요한 전략분야의 국내외 표준화 전망에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

  • The world's major countries carry forward strategies for enhancing industrial competitiveness, resulting in the fourth industrial revolution while a new growth engine is required to deal with the slow growth of global economy and declining productivity. Artificial intelligence (AI) is regarded as a core technology of the fourth industrial revolution. AI is expected to be implemented rapidly in advertising and media industries. However, it is hard to find an effective way to implement AI in these industries, especially because of how quickly the AI market changes and develops. Therefore, this study seeks the possible industrial influence of AI in advertising and media industries and invigoration plan for AI, by an in-depth interview with 10 professionals who lead the AI market. First, it was analyzed to explore the macroscopic side of the AI market through P (Politics), E (Economy), S (Society), and T (Technology). Also, the applicability of AI in advertising and media industries was explored by analyzing its S (Strength), W (Weakness), O (Opportunity), and T (Threat).The result indicates that it is necessary to build up a nation-wide construction of infrastructure for the fourth industrial revolution to invigorate AI in advertising and media industries. Moreover, a social environment capable of overcoming a hyper-connected society and social risks should be fostered. Lastly, it is urgent for both the industrial and academic world to diagnose the influence of AI in advertising and media industries, to anticipate the future in accordance with technological advance, set a proper direction, to invest actively for technical development of AI, and to formulate innovative policies.

  • The military is facing an era in which it must take advantage of technologies related with the 4th Industrial Revolution. The representative of the final application of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology is the unmanned system. Many unmanned systems have not yet been harnessed to the army, and it is assumed based on literature studies that improving familiarity with unmanned systems will have a positive effect on force strength in the future. To verify these assumptions, the structural equation model(SEM) was used for quantitative analysis. The results suggest that the increase in familiarity with unmanned systems induces the increase in availability of unmanned systems in each field, which eventually raises the expectation that overall ground force strength will increase. These results imply that the military should reinforce the curriculum that enhances the familiarity of the unmanned system in military education system.

  • 초연결사회(Hyper-connected society)인 제4차 산업혁명시대는 사람과 과학기술의 융합이 필수적인 상황이다. 이러한 변화에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해서는 산업기술보호의 패러다임의 변화가 필요한 시점이다. 이는 국가 사회가 융 복합적으로 적정한 비용을 투자하여 총체적 위험관리를 수행하여야 하며 그 핵심은 산업기술보호 전문인력 양성과 관리를 강화하는 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 산업기술보호 전문인력 양성관련 현황을 진단하고 앞으로 개선해야할 점에 대해 각 분야 전문가들의 심층 토론을 통해서 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

  • Automated driving car is drawing attention as a seminal service representing 4th industrial revolution era based on 5G network, AI, IOT and sensor technology. automated driving car is expected to evolve into the final level which does not require driver's input. Drivers are able to consume new additional time in private space. Many industries started to compete to control these time and space. Media industry is expecting quite big change due to the introduction of automated driving cars. This research examines the impact of the media industry and social & institutional issues of automated driving cars based on depth interviews of experts. The introduction of automated driving cars is giving new opportunity for media industry as contents provider. Telcos and IT corporations are expected to compete each other to get the control of infotainment systems of automated driving cars. The reform of current regulations regarding car driving is pointed as important task to protect private information and the introduction of automated driving cars.

An Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Satisfaction and Intention of Job Information Websites (취업정보 웹사이트의 만족도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향요인 분석)

  • This study defined the influence of the quality of job information websites and of user characteristic factors on the user satisfaction and on the intention of the use thereof based on the technical acceptance model to activate research on job information or job information websites in the category of Library and Information Science, amid studies on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in various disciplines emerging. 230 users experienced in job information websites were surveyed. The surveyed data were analyzed by applying the structural equation model. The results are as follows. Accuracy, security, self-efficacy, the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Up-to-dateness, self-efficacy, individual innovation had a significant effect on the perceived easiness of use. The perceived usefulness and the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and the user satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention of use.
