A Study on the criteria map building method for MCDA based on GIS - using daysimetric mapping technique - (GIS 기반의 다기준 의사결정분석을 위한 평가기준도 구축 방안에 관한 연구 - dasymetric mapping 방법을 이용하여 -)

  • In MCDA (Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis) based on GIS, building the CM(Criteria Map) which represents the space phenomenon properly is important process to deduce precise and efficient site analysis result. The CM using administrative district data is widely used for site analysis process. But, there are not enough studies on site analysis using dasymetric mapping technique. For MCDA, this study suggests building the CM by using dasymetric mapping technique, which re-assigns the social-economic attribute value to more detail space unit. The suggested method is used for industrial site analysis. The criteria map for workforce and criteria map for the distance to the city were built and criteria map which represents attribute's space distribution pattern is documented. The criteria map is successfully applied to multi-criteria decision making process and eventually the analysis result of proposed suitable industrial site is derived.

  • 본 연구는 2016년부터 2017년까지 한국 정부가 선정한 다수의 도시재생사업 중 수변공간 관련 사업을 선별하여 세부내용을 살펴보고 수변공간 도시재생사업의 거버넌스 특성을 분석한다. 도시재생사업에서 거버넌스는 사업의 성패를 가르는 핵심 요소로 대두되고 있다. 특히, 협업을 통한 민간 커뮤니티의 역할과 주민참여는 더욱 중요한 비중을 갖게 되었다. 본 연구는 Tallon(2013)의 도시재생 거버넌스 네 가지 형태-관주도(top-down), 주민주도(bottom-up), 시장주도(market-led), 지주주도(property-led) 재생을 기준으로 도시재생사업 활성화계획의 세부내용을 분석한다. 향후 도시재생사업의 추진 및 시행단계에서 거버넌스의 역할이 제대로 작동할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 공간적 범위를 수변공간을 한정하여 분석한 결과 총 20개의 도시재생사업이 도심 내 하천변과 해안가를 활용하여 추진되고 있었다. 구체적인 사업의 형태로는 (1) 생태하천복원, (2) 역사문화자원을 연계한 수변관광지 개발, (3) 수변네트워크 녹지 산책로 조성 (4) 항구 기반 수변도시개발 및 도심재생, (5) 섬의 이점을 활용한 수변경관사업, (6) 조선업 침체지역재생 등이 있었다. 한국의 수변공간 도시재생사업은 가장 일반적인 도시재생방식인 '관주도'로 진행되고 있었다. 그러나 지역의 권한과 역할을 강화하고자 하는 노력은 우선시되고 있었다. 또한, 관계부처 및 공공기관과의 파트너십 구축을 통한 도시재생사업의 효과성 향상을 도모하고 있었다. 특히, 부산시 영도구와 경상남도 통영시의 도시재생사업에서 협업의 노력이 두드러지게 나타났다. '마을만들기'와 같은 주민주도의 도시재생방식은 '주민참여협의체'를 통하여 일부 반영되고 있었다. 예를 들어, 서울시 도봉 노원구, 인천시 부평구, 경상남도 김해시, 부산시 영도구 등이 해당한다. 그러나 구체적인 실천 방안을 통한 주민주도 도시재생 거버넌스를 구축하는데는 부족함을 보였다. 더불어 민간투자를 유치하는 시장주도의 도시재생 접근은 찾아볼 수 없었다. 도시재생사업의 장기적이고 통합적인 특성을 고려했을 때, 안정적인 도시재생사업 추진을 위한 재원 마련에 대한 지속적인 노력이 요구된다.

Estimation of Forest Volumes in the Ecosystem Region Using Spatial Statistical Techniques (공간통계기법을 이용한 생태계 관리지역의 산림축적 추정)

  • This study aims to estimate the forest volumes of the upper region of Nam-Han River in ecosystem zoning by forest types and age classes, and to suggest the optimal estimation method through the comparison of the standard errors according to the spatial unit. In the estimation of forest volumes, we used both of direct estimation, which uses sample plots of the target area only, and synthetic estimation, which includes sample plots of the expanded areas as well as those of the target area. As for the spatial expansion, we applied four standards for synthetic estimator: Mountainous zone, Neighbor ecosystem region, Gangwon province, and Buffer zone. The results show that average forest volume per ha, calculated by direct estimation, was $143.5m^3/ha$, while that by synthetic estimation with each standard, was estimated at $146.9m^3/ha$ by Gangwon province, $144.8m^3/ha$ by Buffer zone, $139.8m^3/ha$ by Neighbor ecosystem region, and $138.6m^3/ha$ by Mountainous zone, respectively. The standard errors of direct estimation was $1.79m^3/ha$, while those of synthetic estimation showed not a great difference among the errors. Meanwhile, considering the standard errors by forest type, the lowest was ${\pm}2.3m^3/ha$ of broad-leaved forest, followed by ${\pm}3.3m^3/ha$ of mixed forest, and ${\pm}4.8m^3/ha$ of coniferous forest.

  • The year 2003 is the centennial of the birth of the modem lighthouse in Korea the lighthouse was originally surrounded by a beautiful nature and it contains the romantic sensitivity which relates with the ocean. And in some case it is a environment-friendly architectural facility which uses a alternative energy like a solar cell. Now the properly developed manned lighthouse is not only functioning as a traditional aids to navigation for the vessel, but also it becomes the new facility and space for all civilians who might visit and experience. If we want to vitalize the traditional lighthouse into water-familiar space, we must reconsider the facilities, various operational programs and the institutions for future-oriented development. For this situation we intended to reveal in this study that all the issues which relate to the proper use of the manned lighthouses in the whole country, since the project of water-familiar space started by MOMAF.

  • It has the imfortant significance to study of 3 dimensional precision surveying and analysis system for conservation of culutral properties. This study is about to efficient precision surveying methods and analysis of digital information data for conservation of cultral properties. We acquire the photos and construct the 3 dimensional digital information in 1 n accuracy, and carry the spatial analysis to five story pagoda at Chongrimsa temple site of National Treasure No. 9 of Korea. In result, we carry the 3 dimensional modelling accurately and the efficient geometrical analysis of sections, calculation of the aera, volumn, and position and slope of con-trial axis. So, we expect efficient use of as well study of art history as safety diagonise for the preservation of cultural properties.

  • In order to guarantee the stability of a tunnel and its optimum design, it is very important to obtain enough ground investigation data. In realty, however, it is not the case due to the limitation of measuring spatially distributed data and economical reasons. Especially, there are regions where drilling is impossible due to civil appeal and mountainous topology, and it is also difficult to estimate rock mass classes quantitatively with only geophysical exploration data. In this study, therefore, 3 dimensional multiple indicator kriging (3D-MI kriging), which can incorporate geophysical exploration data and drill core data off a tunnel center line, is proposed to cope with such problems. To this end, two dimensional mutiple indicator kriging, which is one of the geostatistical techniques, is extended for three dimensional analysis. Also, the proposed 3D-MI kriging was applied to determine the rock mass classes by RMR system for the design of a Kyungbu express rail way tunnel.

  • In this study, in order to practice the social inclusion of libraries, the related policies currently announced in the 3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan were examined, and the current status of tasks promoted by central administrative agencies and metropolitan and provincial libraries was examined based on these policies. As a result, first, in terms of active information welfare realization, various programs and services are being implemented to bridge the knowledge and information gap, but it seems that the scope of the target should be expanded in the future, cooperation with related organizations, and infrastructure improvement. Second, in terms of expanding the openness of the space, the expansion of the open space as an open space and the application of universal design are being performed. In the future, it seems that the scope of universal design application should be expanded in consideration of budget investment for continuous space reconstruction and diversity of users. Third, in terms of linking services across boundaries, services and programs are provided to infants and toddlers, children, women, the elderly, the underprivileged, job seekers, and multicultural families. In the future, it seems that the improvement of the service system for the expansion of inclusive services in libraries should precede, and cooperation between related ministries should be made to provide differentiated services. Finally, it is expected that future policy-making tasks for social inclusion should be considered not only for books, programs, and spaces, but also for librarians' education, establishment of cooperative networks with related organizations, and marketing for services and programs.

A Case Study to Estimate the Unit Standard Infrastructure Cost in Levying the Korean Development Impact Fees (기반시설부담구역제에서의 표준단위설치비용 산정 사례연구)

  • The typical unit infrastructure cost estimation techniques adopted so far in implementing the Korean Impact Fee Zoning have rather been centered around the unilateral simple cost models. The techniques, as such, have frequently been criticized for their lack of flexibility in properly reflecting the regional differences as well as the peculiarities of individual development projects. The Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs (MLTM), in this regard, has recently introduced an enhanced alternative technique. Using the NGIS data, the study probes the viability of the MLTM's new technique by testing the entire estimation process based on the case area in Ansung City. Reflecting the City's characteristics, the study assumes a composite land use plan that accommodates the industrial area in addition to typical residential areas. As an extensive empirical case study, the research has found from the new technique considerable technical merits to overcome the existing shortcomings and summarized its significant policy implications.

Study on the Propellant Position for the Decrease of the Differential Pressure in the Interior Ballistics of a Gun Propulsion System (강내탄도 내 차압 감소를 위한 추진제 위치 연구)

  • The position effect of the solid propellant in the combustion chamber on the decrease of the differential pressure has been investigated using the IBcode. Generally the metallic cartridge or CCC (combustible cartridge case) are used to load the propellant of the gun propulsion system. The position of the cartridge(propellant) is, therefore, a major factor for the interior ballistics in case the combustion chamber is larger than the cartridge. In this study, three different positions in the empty space of the chamber have been considered. As results, the case of the propellant located in the region near the base and breech has shown that the negative differential pressure and the difference between the breech pressure and the base pressure are much higher than those of the case of the propellant located in the center of the chamber. The case of the propellant in the center of the chamber is, therefore, more profitable to improve the performance of the interior ballistics.

Synthesis of Polymerized Vesicles for Cholesterol Extraction (콜레스테롤의 추출을 위한 고분자화된 Vesicles의 합성)

  • Polymerized vesicles were prepared from monomeric cholesterol-containing surfactant. These vesicles were used to extract the free cholesterol. A polymerized vesicle was formed both monomeric cholesterol-containing surfactant and monomeric surfactant containing two alkyl chain(50 : 50 weight ratio). This vesicle got the better extracting capacity compared with the vesicle which got the other weight ratio of the surfactants. This vesicle also exhibited the fastest substrate permeability. These all results showed that considerable vacant room is necessary in polymerized vesicles in order to extract more cholesterols.
