Online survey have been conducted of 573 people who had experience of online advertisements. The data collected from the surveys were analyzed by the factor analysis, the t-test and the multiple regression analysis. the results are as follows: Firstly, it has been identified that the concept of sustainability of online fashion advertisement consists of four sub-elements of the objectivity of advertisement expressions, the non-harmfulness of advertisement expressions, the protection of personal information, and the non-infringement of web use. Secondly, the group that has a higher consumer innovativeness shows a significantly higher experience of online advertisements as well as more many internet use hours than those who have a lower consumer innovativeness. In addition, comparing with the group that shows lower consumer innovativeness, the group who has higher consumer innovativeness shows a significantly higher recognition of the protection of personal information, the non-infringement of web use and the objectiveness of advertisement expressions among the sub-elements of online fashion advertisement. Lastly, the objectiveness of advertisement expressions and the non-infringement of web use significantly affect the intentions of the group that has high consumer innovativeness to purchase advertised products, and the purchase intentions of those who have low consumer innovativeness are significantly affected by the objectiveness of advertisement expressions and the protection of personal information.

  • Smart Factory is different from existing factory automation in that it aims to produce personalized products with minimum time and cost through ICT. However, previous researches, not from consumers but from product suppliers, have focused on technology trends and technology application methods. In order for Smart Factory to be successful, it must go beyond supplier-focus to meet the needs of consumers. In this study, we surveyed the purchase intention of the personalized product manufactured by smart factory. Influencing factors of purchase intention were drawn as consumers' need for uniqueness, innovativeness, need for touch, and privacy concern, based on previous research. As results of data analysis, it was confirmed that respondents were willing to purchase personalized products, and that consumers' need for uniqueness, innovativeness, and need for touch had a significant impact on purchase intention of personalized products. Our findings can be summarized as follows. First, Consumers' need for uniqueness was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.168$) on purchase intention of personalized products. The desire to differentiate themselves from others will be reflected in their personalized products. Therefore, consumers with a higher desire for uniqueness tend to be more willing to purchase personalized products. Second, consumer innovativeness was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.233$) on purchase intention of personalized products. Personalized shoes suggested in this study is a new type of personalized product that is manufactured by the latest information and communication technologies such as multi-function robots and 3D printing. Therefore, consumers seeking innovative new experiences are more willing to purchase personalized products. Third, need for touch was found to have positive effects(${\beta}=0.299$) on purchase intention of personalized products. In a smart factory environment, prosuming participation is given to consumers. If consumers participate in the product development process and reflect their requirements on the product, they are expected to increase their purchase intention by virtually satisfying the need for touch. Fourth, privacy concern was found to have no significantly related to purchase intention of personalized products. This is interpreted as a willingness to tolerate the risk of exposing personal information such as home address, telephone number, body size, and preference for consumers who feel highly useful in personalized products.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of customer and supplier participation in the relationship between new product/service development processes and product/service innovation. The research result shows that the high customer participation plays the moderating role in the relationship between strategy design and product/service innovation. Thus, if customers give ideas in the strategy design process, the probability of new product/service innovation will be increased. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

  • SMEs play an important role in the domestic economy. Regarding competency to respond flexibly to unpredictable changes, agility of SMEs is more emphasized. Entrepreneurship orientation is an important factor in the source of SMEs that enable such competency. Entrepreneurial orientation refers to the tendency of a CEO or a member of a corporation to be innovative, risk-taking, and active in the face of various market opportunities. In other words, it refers to the tendency to be expressed in the activities of the entire company without regard to specific technologies or industries. Entrepreneurial orientation has a direct or indirect effect on business performance. Therefore, in this study, we conducted theoretical and empirical studies on the effect of entrepreneurial orientation of SME managers on business performance. Research hypotheses were derived through theoretical research. We focused on the mediating effect of innovation activity and tried to identify the mechanism that entrepreneurial orientation leads to business performance through product innovation and service innovation activity. We investigated whether innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking, which are sub-variables of entrepreneurial orientation, affect business performance through product innovation and service innovation. We conducted a survey of SMEs in Busan and Kyungnam regions to examine the research hypotheses. The results show that product innovation and service innovation have mediating effects. The results of the study are as follows. Product innovation has mediating effect of innovativeness and risk-taking on business performance. Service innovation has been found to mediate innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking on business performance. There was a difference in the mediation effect between the two innovations. Product innovation showed a low mediating effect and a large direct effect. On the other hands, service innovation is relatively more mediating than product innovation. The implications of the research results are derived in relation to the essential differences between product innovation and service innovation. Limitations of the study and directions for future research are presented.

  • Architectural innovation is being regarded as one having major influence on the rate of performance improvement, even if this type of innovation does not show the highest level of technological discontinuity. Radical innovation firms who made a breakthrough product new to an industry, approach a certain point of time in which the speed of performance improvement very slows down, if architectural efficiency is not improved. At this time, this firm's prior experience in developing inferior, but very creative radical product architecture might work as paradoxical impediments to architectural innovation, the following important event. This study intends to understand the relationship between shifts in market needs and technological problem solving strategy, which exist before. after, and during architectural innovation, based on conceptual framework in which both stage and problem solving perspectives are combined. Korean SME, JAHWA Electronics could succeed in diffusion of vibration motor, by overcoming technological mental model locked in seemingly successful first generation architecture of coin type vibration motor. In-depth single case study including interviews and active participative observations was carried out for building longitudinal understanding of this innovation concept.

Relative advantage, compatibility, perceived risk, complexity, self-efficacy, innovativeness and attitude for competing service have been chosen as independent variables. This paper also investigates on the significant factors which resist against adoption of mobile commerce service according to adoption phase. The results show that relative advantage, self-efficacy, perceived risk, attitude for competing service are significant factors to affect resistance to mobile commerce services. Relative advantage, perceived risk, attitude for competing service are significant resistance to mobile commerce services for consumers in before-adoption group and compatibility, complexity, self-efficacy are significant factors for consumers in after-adoption group. This study can be extended to new communication services such as Wibro and DMB to reduce resistances in early adoption phase.
