A study on the usage intention of AI(artificial intelligence) speaker

  • In this study, the factors affecting consumers' intention to use AI speakers were focused on the perceived value of the product and the perceived necessity of the product. Factors affectationist consumers' perceived value of the product were divided into benefits and costs. Reflecting the characteristics of information technology products, I included perceptions of usefulness of products. Empirical results show that consumers' perceptions of perceived benefits and usefulness of AI speaker products have a positive effect on perceived value and perceived necessity. Perception of necessity had a positive (+) significant effect on perception of value. Perception of necessity and perception of value had a positive(+) and positive effect on each intention of use. However, the cost perceived by consumers did not have a significant effect on perception of value.

Feasibility Study of Product Information Design at Internet shopping sites (인터넷 쇼핑 사이트에서 제품 정보 설계의 타당성 검토)

  • This study examines what information is that affects factors of purchase from product detail page of internet shopping malls. For this purpose, the first, the classification of Internet shopping malls and product information and purchasing factors were determined through previous studies, the second, by constructing a questionnaire based on this, verify the validity of each factor and, the finally, the biggest influence what information was performed to examine. What consumers really wants the information, what information to make purchases, the Internet shopping site will be to assist in the design. The results using the Internet shopping site that users reviews, site reliability, Information Architecture, reserve, 3D images and product images available, has been identified as factors affecting the use of reviews and product images available on the factors affecting the revealed. In the site design layout, color systems, text and many design factors are important, but will have to be designed to be purchased by providing sufficient information for the product.

A Study on Purchase Intention of Fashion Products and Affecting Factors in the Internet Shopping Malls (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 패션제품 구매의도와 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to find out the relationship between purchase intention of fashion products and affecting factors. Measurement was not on the general Web environment but on the individual websites. It was modeled that the likeness of shopping malls affects purchase intention. Flow, which Csikszentmihalyi(1990) introduced as the state of optimal experience, was to affect purchase intention through the likeness of shopping malls. In addition, characteristics of fashion products were to affect purchase intention. A structural equation modeling was used for estimation. The result shows that the likeness of shopping malls affect purchase intention more than characteristics of fashion products. The difference from other studies is that the sign of Skills on Flow is negative. The effect of Flow on purchase intention is the largest and the next is the characteristics of the shopping malls. These results imply that internet shopping malls have to increase the likeness of shopping malls in addition to interests of the products. In addition, fashion consciousness was tested as a moderator by dividing the subjects into two groups of high and low fashion consciousness. The result shows that fashion consciousness works as a moderator for the variables affecting purchase intention.

A study on User Experience for Home Appliances Experience Service Design (가전제품 체험 서비스 디자인을 위한 사용자 경험 연구)

  • This is a user experience study of factors that should be considered in designing home appliances experience service. Untact services are emerging, but the development of home appliances sector is in early stage. Based on the six factors of Stephen P. Anderson's Creating Pleasurable Interface Model, this study conducted surveys, 1:1 in-depth interviews, and participation observations to measure and analyze user experience. In this study, I compared 4060s and 2030s's user experience in that the untact services raise the digital alienation among middle-senior-aged. As a result, there were significant differences between the two, including the opposite satisfaction in terms of reliable, usable and pleasurable factors. I hope that this study will be of strategic help in designing future home appliance experience services.

  • As the number of successful design innovation product cases in business increases, interest in design innovation is increasing. This study aims to examine how the design innovation (functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics) of Bluetooth speaker products affects the customer's preference and purchase intention. It proposes a research model through rational behavior theory (TRA) and technology acceptance model (TAM) for empirical research. The questionnaire was composed of questions to understand the influence of design innovation, favorability, and purchase intention. As a result of the study, functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics influenced product preference and purchase intention. In order for the innovative product of Bluetooth speaker design to be accepted in the early market, it is most important to form a positive attitude toward favorability centering on function and aesthetics. Favorability is a factor that has the most decisive influence on the purchase intention of design innovation products, and companies must discover and reinforce various factors that positively affect the preference.
