  • The dynamics of the interaction between the wheel and rail must be considered when investigating the application of control strategy to a traction motor for high speed railway system. So this paper describes a dynamics model of the wheel rail adhesion characteristics and simple adhesion control strategy. Simulations are performed on the model of korea-high speed railway system using SIMULINK. With simple adhesion control strategy advanced characteristics of the system is showed in aspects of driveability.

  • In the System-integrated modular advanced reactor(SMART), the motor for Control element drive mechanism(CEDM) requires high density power and simple drive mechanism to reduce volume because of restriction by install-space and must satisfy the reactor operating circumstances with high pressure and temperature. In this paper, we perform the basic design of the two kinds (Variable reluctance type and Hibrid-reluctance type) of the transverse flux motor to develop the prototype motor for the control element drive mechanism of SMART. Analyzed these motors by the FEM in the 2-dimension, we show the characteristics for each of the analysis model.

  • An easier implementation method of the field oriented control of induction machine using Matlab/Simulink dSpace board is proposed in this paper. Space Vector PWM and Indirect Fied Oriented Control Algorithm is designed for the help of Simulink. And this system is simultaneously simulated and experimented in Matlab/Simulink environment with dSpace borad (DS1102). It is possible that Matlab and dSpace board compiler can make $'^*.c'$ and $'^*.obj'$ file of models designed in Matlab/Simulink environment automatically. Experimental results are given.

  • This paper introduces the design method of a variable reluctace liner pulse motor to be analysed by a 3-dimensional problem in the 2-dimension. And it shows the thrust force density with respect to the ratio of the slot width to the teeth width, the height of mover and the height of tooth.

  • This paper presents the speed estimation using ANN and the rotor parameter Identification based on the MRAS theory for the sensorless induction motor drives. The motor speed is estimated using ANN model which contains the rotor parameter. And the rotor parameter is identified using MRAS scheme which contains the rotor speed. The rotor speed estimate converges to its actual value as the rotor parameter error converges toward the zero. The simulation using Matlab/Simulink is performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

  • In this paper, For Control of the speed sensorless induction motor propose the method which is controled the motor by operating two axis current in input current of the inverter. This method determines frequency of inverter in order to stator electromotive force and E/F ratio for the setting magnetic flux, drives for speed control using a voltage power converter of the induction motor by means of voltage fed converter with current control ability.

전력 변환 시스템의 고조파 저감에 대한 규격 및 역율개선 기법

  • 최근 전력변환장치 및 전동기 드라이버에서 전력용스위칭 소자의 사용 증가와 관련하여 고조파 저감 및 역율개선에 대한 관심이 증가되어지고 있다. 더욱이 유럽 및 미국에서는 전력변환 장치에 대한 고조파 저감 및 역율개선에 대한 규격들(IEC 555-2, IEEE 519)이 정립되어 많은 전기.전자 산업. 가전 제품들이 이 규격에 근거한 전고조파 왜형(total harmonic distortion)에 대하여 제한을 받고 있다. 적절히 설계되어진 역율개선(power factor correction) 회로들은 공급 전원과 동상이며 정현파형상의 전류를 상용 전원에 제공하며 규격에서 제한된 고조파 성분을 제거하는 역할을 한다. 본고에서는 이들 고조파 제한에 관한 규격에 대하여 고찰하고 전력 변환 장치에 대한 입력전원의 고조파 저감 및 역율개선에 대하여 지금까지 개발 및 연구되어진 PFC 회로 및 제어기법에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

  • This paper presents speed control characteristics of capacitor-run SPIM(Single Phase Induction Motor) using TRIAC for comparing and analyzing four kinds of voltage control methods such as supply voltage control, main winding voltage control, auxiliary winding voltage control and auxiliary winding voltage control without starting capacitor. The computer simulations were performed using MATLAB Simulink to show control characteristics of four voltage control methods. And their control characteristics were conformed by experiments for capacitor-run 90W SPIM as a sample motor. The results of simulations and experiments show that supply voltage control method has fast dynamic response characteristics and main winding voltage control method has higher power efficiency and can be implemented at lower system cost.

  • The crane operates in three directions, hoisting, traversing, and travelling motion. In this study, an AC drive system for these motions of the crane is developed and tested. The command from an operator is transmitted to PLC, which sends data to a main controller by fieldbus protocols such as Profibus or Devicenet. And the main controller is connected to other auxiliary ones by CAN bus. The each controller, which has the same structure, regulates its motor speed from the operator's command.

  • 논문은 동해화력발전처의 이차공기송풍기를 가변 회전수 제어하여 소내 소비 전력을 절감하고 전동기의 직입기동에 의한 스트레스를 줄이기 위하여 실증 적용된 동해화력발전처 이차 공기 송풍기 구동용 H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터에 관한 것이다. H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터는 독립적으로 절연된 직류 부를 갖는 저압의 단상 인버터(셀 인버터)를 다수 직렬 접속하여 고압 3상 전압을 출력하는 Cascaded H-브릿지 전압형 인버터이다. 본 논문에서는 동해화력발전처에 실증 적용된 6.6kV, 1MVA급 인버터의 계통 병입 후 부하 변동 시험을 통하여 신뢰성을 입증하였다.
