According to the increase of digital information, it comes to front to develop the policy about preservation of digital information, regarding it as national heritage. Especially, in recent years, KOREA has invested a lot of m to develop National Knowledge Database. So it is indispensable to preserve it permanently. This study categorizes knowledge information to 4 categories and suggests desirable direction for preservation policy and organization And design $\ulcorner$knowledge Creation$\cdot$Circulation$\cdot$Preservation system$\lrcorner$, which is expanded on current functional flow of Knowledge information.

Building remodeling concept includes maintenance & repair and renovation. We have long-term repair plan and special repair fund system for the apartment maintenance & repair, but they do not operate well. And laws and ordinances are being revised in relation with renovation. However, more policy improvement and assistance are needed in order to activate the apartment remodeling project. Especially preferential loan and tax reduction policy and deregulation of building provisions are the main tasks for the apartment remodeling.

우리나라는 연평균 강수량이 1,245mm로써, 비교적 강수량이 풍부하고 전국토의 2/3가 산지로 구성되어 있어 지형적 및 수문학적으로 수력자원 부존량이 많은 편이다. 하지만 수력자원 활용을 통한 발전소 건설은 매우 미미한데 이는 수력발전소 개발지점이 제약되어 있고 개발지점의 가동율 또한 매우 낮아 경제성 확보가 어렵기 때문이다. 수력발전은 전력수요 급증 시 부하 평준화 효과와 석유 수입대체 및 환경 친화적인 에너지원이라는 장점이 있다. 따라서 국산화된 수차발전시스템의 사용으로 초기투자비를 낮추고 하천형 수력발전소 건설을 통하여 가동율을 높인다면 우리나라의 수력발전사업은 크게 활성화 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 하천형 수력발전소 시공사례를 통하여 주요 시공사례를 소개하고, 하천공사의 특징으로 인하여 설계 및 시공 시 반영해야 할 사항에 대해 몇 가지 소개하였다. 표준화를 통하여 건설비용을 절감, 발전 단가의 기준가격 현실화를 통한 재정적인 지원 및 법규 정비를 통한 제도적인 도움 이 세가지를 해결한다면 경쟁력 있는 소수력발전소 건설이 가능 할 것이다.

UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is increasingly used in diverse fields such as disaster, distributi on, and logistics, but it is pointed out that the inadequacy of related laws and invasion of privacy is an obstacle to industrial growth. The regulatory framework for UAV convergence services is pr oposed based on the regulatory framework. From the technical point of view, regulation on archite ctural design, from the market point of view, concurrent operation of services in a limited area, a l egal evaluation based on post-evaluation rather than a pre-regulation under the legislation of visua l information protection law and a social consensus will contribute to the early settlement of UAV -based convergence services.

This study aims to improve the Evacuation Performance o( the I)inc()unto-store in underground that is rapidly new shopping store in Korea. In this paper, The architectural properties of the floor plan and section was reviewed with egress focus, occupant load density of the Discount-store was surveyed and the procedure and method of performance based egress design for this occupancy was analysed with SIMULEX model and calculation method. As a result of modeling, more longer available safe egress time (ASET) is expected than required safe egress time (RSET)in underground discount-store. In order to improve the Evacuation Performance for this type occupancy, egress capacity including escape stair, aisle width, escape door is calculated with based on occupant load density and review of shopping cart's structure and size and maximum escape capacity of the cash counter.

Mechanical engineering curriculum has been studied through curriculum tree model and requirement of prerequisite courses. We analyze curriculum, curriculum system, course outcomes, design education of mechanical engineering programs in korean and foreign universities and present results to improve current curricular system. Current study would analyze, develop, and help mechanical engineering programs to prepare better curriculum for engineering education accreditation, to maintain accreditation. Through this analysis we try to provide reasonable model curriculum structure, prerequisite courses and necessary information about establishing various sub-major curriculum in mechanical engineering.

IT industry that main domain is future growth engines and convergence industry is based on national development through convergence others industry. However, shortage of advanced IT workforce is not limited to the region and urban. But, Previous studies is comprehensive research on human resource development. Human resource development studies, performance analysis and policy studies, are lacking to achieve the characterization in the region. Accordingly, The need for institutional improvement are appearing for activated regional industry through advanced Human resource development and IT convergence. in this study, we propose in order to improve institutions through IT sector performance evaluation.

Purpose: This study aims to propose a framework for climate change risk management by analyzing characteristics of climate-induced disasters. Method: The recent global and domestic trends of loss and damage under natural disaster events and the characteristics of climate-induced disasters were analyzed to design a framework for climate change risk management. Results: In consideration of the uncertainty of climate risk and various spatio-temporal scales of climate disasters, a new framework is suggested for comprehensive climate risk management that includes risk assessment, goal setting, planning, monitoring and evaluation, learning and adjustment. The framework aims at an iterative process that is activated by stakeholder engagement. Conclusion: Pilot studies need to be conducted to revise and polish the framework in the future, and institutional arrangements should be prepared for the effective implementation of the comprehensive climate risk management.

최근 인터넷 뱅킹이 주요 국가들의 은행 거래 서비스에서 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 보안이 중요한 인터넷 뱅킹 분야에서 국내와 해외의 보안 방식을 비교하여 도출된 시사점을 적용한다면 더 안전한 시스템 설계에 바탕이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내와 해외의 인터넷 뱅킹 보안의 특징과 그 진행 과정을 살펴보았다. SSL/TLS(Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security) 기술을 사용하는 외국 인터넷 뱅킹에 비해 공인인증서 체계를 채택한 국내 인터넷 뱅킹은 웹 브라우저에서 지원하지 않는 암호 알고리즘을 사용하기 위한 플러그인을 설치함으로써 사용자가 불편을 느끼며, 또한 이런 플러그인 때문에 인터넷 뱅킹을 이용할 수 있는 웹 브라우저의 종류가 제한된다. 마지막으로 이러한 플러그인을 은행 별로 서비스하기 위한 별도의 비용이 추가된다. 이런 문제점들을 해결하여 더 나은 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 면밀한 검증과 제도적 지원이 필요하다.

국내 베이비붐 세대 은퇴가 본격화하며 국내 시니어들의 은퇴후 평생직업 대안에 대한 수요가 폭증하며 창업이 그 대안으로 부상하였지만 주로 자영업창업 중심이어서 효과적인 대안이 되지못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문은 시니어들이 노후 대책으로 재대로 된 창업을 준비하도록 창업교육을 통한 만족도 제고를 통해 창업기회를 인식하는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 시니어의 노후준비도와 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구로서 각 변인에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향관계와 둘째, 창업교육만족도가 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 가설검증 결과로 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도는 하위 변위에 따라 차이는 있을 수 있으나 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감에는 영향을 미치나 셋째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 창업기회인식에는 영향을 미치지 안는 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문은 시니어 창업에 영향을 주는 요인 중 하나로 노후준비도를 살펴봄으로써 시니어가 가진 노후준비 특성이 창업기회인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검정했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 또한 시니어의 창업 활성화 및 노동력 활용 방안으로 창업교육의 확대 필요성과 시니어 창업 교육 프로그램의 확대 등 창업을 준비할 수 있는 사회 분위기와 제도적 지원 및 프로그램 설계 필요성을 시사한다.
