COVID-19 pandemic is an opportunity to recognize the necessity of information and telecommunications infrastructure which is base of information and telecommunication. This paper discusses the importance of information and telecommunications infrastructure in COVID-19 pandemic and overview proper institutional measures to fulfill state responsibility for establishment and protection of the infrastructure through documentary survey and normative study with juristic consideration. Information and telecommunications infrastructure has critical functions to respond to the pandemic and is one of the key to make digital transformation. A state is responsible for establishment and protection of Information and telecommunications infrastructure. Institutional measures have significance for the state responsibility and they are formed by not only statute but also constitution with making state object provision for establishment and protection of Information and telecommunications infrastructure. This paper shows premise and direction of further studies on related individual legislation.

This study aims to discuss policy alternatives for improving the curriculum of archival studies. As a theoretical study, it organized classical professional theories such as Greenwood and Good and confirmed that the archival professionals met all six criteria for professional occupations claimed by Perk. However, from the perspective that professionalism is not completed at any point in time, but is a constant pursuit, education and training of archival professionals, and the legal system that supports it, were analyzed. In addition, the case of the British ARA and the US ACA, which are implementing a professional certification system, was analyzed in the context that professionals should set their own standards for education and training to protect their authority and have norms for professional communities. In conclusion, policy alternatives centered on the academic training guidelines and the certification system were presented.

Unique and variety designs are required in the contemporary society as the design has predominant power. National character and identity of traditional culture support it, and it is far more important to reinterpret, succeed and develop unique traditional beauty as the contemporary continues globalization and informatization. Among the accessories of women in Joseon, hair accessories accounted for the majority, and hair style and hair accessories were developed by their status and social hierarchy. But, due to social norm, they were reserved for luxurious accessories and expressed their aesthetic desire with refined and simple accessories. The current period requires cultural identity. In this sense, this study is expected to give a new awareness of our unique identity, new concept of the traditional culture and spreading beauty of Korea by means of new conceptual accessories that can be connected with the preference of the contemporary with the creation of Korean style image.

This study is intended to identify the relationship between antecedents and performance factors that affect the knowledge-sharing of financial professionals. In order to accomplish the objective, antecedents were established as 'disposition to trust', 'subjective norm', and 'knowledge-sharing willingness' in the personal aspect, and 'trust in peers' and 'management support' in the organizational aspect. As performance factors, 'job satisfaction' and 'firm innovation' were established, and a research model was presented. Empirical analysis was done on the research model using collected questionnaires from 185 financial professionals. The research findings are as follows. First, disposition to trust of financial professionals has a positive effect on their knowledge-sharing. Second, trust in peers and management support have a positive effect on their knowledge-sharing. Among the antecedents, trust in peers has the strongest effect on their knowledge-sharing. Third, knowledge-sharing of financial professionals has a positive effect on their job satisfaction and firm innovation.

This study examined the factors affecting the intention to use the wearable device consumers and the factors that have positive effects on the intention to use the wearable device or the consumers who have not yet used the wearable device. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness, consumer individuality (individual innovation, self-efficacy, subjective norm) and wearable device characteristics (aesthetics, compatibility) of technology acceptance model (TAM). The results of the analysis are as follows. This study focused on the effect of consumers on the intention to use. (TPB) and Davis (1989) proposed technology acceptance model which is applied to various fields to predict the intention to use as it is proved validity and usefulness as a theory explaining various social behaviors. TAM) in order to examine the intention to use. In addition, we added consumer characteristics and variables related to product characteristics of wearable devices, which have not been studied much in previous studies.

The fourth industrial revolution, which is all the rage in recent years in South Korea, comes from Klaus Schwab's book. Schwab claims that recent rapid technological innovation has inevitably determined the future of our society, and regulations on related policies need to be relaxed. The debate on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the Korean society is also centered on deregulation policies. In particular, it is strongly argued that personal data protection regulation should be relaxed in a big data environments. The Science and technology studies has long criticized technological determinism. The future of technology can be changed by the will of regulatory authorities and the intervention of civil society. In this article, the author examines various discussions at home and abroad around the deregulation of data protection, including de-identification of personal data. Through this, the author criticizes the way of accepting the fourth industrial revolution theory, and draw its implications for the Korean society.

This study investigated the mechanism and the degree of the effects of social capital on children's depression by using the Korean National Child and Adolescent Panel data Yr. 1. We predicted that the human capital of a child's family such as education and income would influence children's depression directly, and indirectly through family and community social capital. We further predicted that the influence of the community social capital would be exerted on the depressive symptoms more so through the family social capital. The findings suggest that both the human capital and the community social capital influence children's depression through family social capital more so than directly. The findings underscore the importance of the qualities of family relationship for a child's mental health and suggested family policies and intervention strategies that strengthen families.

This study amis to analyze the levels of citizen inclusiveness in Korea by the 17 local government levels. Citizen inclusiveness was measured by donations, volunteering, and citizen perception indicators. This study adopted the ideal type method of fuzzyset analysis. We found that citizen inclusiveness was classified into 6 types: inclusive citizen type, inclusive citizen-oriented type, donation-oriented type, volunteering-oriented type, citizen perception-oriented type, and individual-oriented type. This study analyzed key features of these 6 ideal types of citizen inclusiveness. More research on citizen inclusiveness is needed. Trends of changes in citizen inclusiveness and key factors on citizen inclusiveness will be examples of future studies. Inclusive welfare states need both government's efforts in enhancing welfare institutions and citizens' advancement in inclusive citizenship. This study concludes with several implications for further developed citizenship for inclusiveness.

This research examined whether and how prior customer participation and the relationship commitment of the brand enhance experiential behaviors of offline stores such as Apple, Huawei, MI, Oppo, Samsung, Vivo. A structured self-report questionnaire was administered to collected 258 survey responses and structural equation modeling was applied using SPSS and AMOS. The results of this study are as follows: First, customer participation increased normative commitment, emotional commitment, and persistent commitment. Second, the relationship commitment of consumers enhanced various experiential behaviors such as entertainment experience, educational experience, escapist experience, and aesthetic experience. Third, consumers with high brand fanship reported more positive aesthetic and escapist experience. The results of this study are expected to provide effective marketing strategies for companies setting up offline experience stores by understanding customer participation and involvement that should be considered for consumers targeted.

The purpose of this study was to apply Ajzen's theory of planned behavior to identify factors that affect nursing students decisions to receive Human Papilloma Virus(HPV) vaccination. Data collection was done using self-report questionnaires with 195 nursing students in D city. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchial regression with the SPSS Win 25.0 Program. The mean score of intention to receive HPV vaccine was 5.24±1.66 out of a possible 7. In the hierarchial regression analysis, attitudes (β=.446, p<.001), perceived behavior control (β=.321, p<.001) subjective norm (β=.132, p=.041), to receive HPV vaccine were significant predictors and explained 54.4% of intention to receive HPV vaccine. it is suggested that promotion programs and social environment to encourage to think it positively and perceive it easy and convenient should be developed, with nursing students' educatinon for sex education and public relations activitiesas as a nursing educators.
