본 논문에서는 기존의 PSA기법인 사건수목/고장수목의 단점을 보완한 동적 신뢰성 평가도구인 DYLAM방법론을 이용해서 참조원전$^{[1]}$ 소외전원 상실사고시 노심노출 사고발생 빈도를 평가하였다. 부분충수 운전시 발생될 수 있는 노심의 노출을 예방하기 위한 운전원의 여러가지 조치들의 오류가능성애 대한 민감도 계산을 수행하였다. 민감도 분석의 결과 일차 충전 및 유출운전 (Feed and B띤) 인적오류가 노심노출 사고발생 빈도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며 정지생각계통 기능회복을 위한 조치는 상대적으로 적은 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정지/저출력으로 운전하는 부분충수 운전시 전 출력에 비하여 노심노출올 무시할 수 없음도 보여주었다.

The current streetlight system have been tried various attempts. but during maintenance, it has caused the traffic congestion and many risk factors. In addition, maintenance costs are very expensive to manage and the local government have to establish countermeasures about the present condition. If neglected, it may cause a variety of social problems. so, there should be a measure to prevent problems. This rotational and up-and-down type streetlight can be a solution to these factors and it has been highlighted indirectly in terms of green growth because we have to take advantage of the value.

This paper presents the performance evaluation of direct broadcasting satellite by monte-carlo(MC) and quasi-analytic(QA) simulation method in the existence of uplink/downlink adjacent channel interference(ACI), co-channel interference(CCI), and gaussian noise. Korea's satellite system parameters and link design are used at the simulation. MC and QA simulation methods are a valuable adjunct to analytical performance.

In this paper, e analyze the performance of the PSS-type Viterbi decoder which can reduce calculations and power consumption using the Monte Carlo simulations. Gaussian and burst noise channels are considered in this simulation, and we achieve that convolutional interleaver can reduce complexity and power consumption in burst noise channel. In order to implement the high-speed PSS-type Viterbi decoder, the architectures of decoder are presented, and we implemented the PSS-type Viterbi decoder for r=1/2, k=3 using the VHDL tool, and prove the decoding process.

Vacuum cleaner, one of those household articles, have easily used in our life. Recently vacuum cleaner tends to be compact and portably with high suction power and low noise. As increasing this suction power, the vibration and noise of vacuum cleaner become important problem. To reduce noise efficiently, it is important to identify the noise and the vibration. This pater is to characterize the noise and vibration of a vacuum cleaner.

Interstitial cystitis is an extremely painful and distressing condition, characterized by severe suprapubic pain, which increases with bladder filling and is relieved by voiding. The daily frequency of micturition may approach 100 times, but no incontinence is observed. The symptoms persist throughout the night, which consequently affects sleep. The etiology of this condition is still unknown, but includes infection, autoimmune response, allergic reaction, neurogenic inflammation, epithelial dysfunction and inherited susceptibility. Herein, a case of interstitial cystitis, with severe symptoms, which was successfully treated with lumbar sympathetic block, is reported.

The COMS(Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) is the first developed three-axis stabilization multi-function satellite on geostationary earth orbit(GEO) in korea, presently scheduled to be launched in 2008. The COMS propulsion system provides the thrust and torque required for the insertion into GEO, attitude and orbit control/adjustment of spacecraft. In this paper, system design of propulsion system, basic functions and design requirement of components are described.

Hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene (DBT) dissolved in n-heptane was studied over sulfided $Ni - W/\gamma - Al_2O_3$ catalyst at temperature ranges from 513 to 573 K and at pressure ranges from 20 to 60 x $10^5$ Pa. Hydrogenation of biphenyl (BP) and cyclohexylbenzene (CHB) observed in products were also run. The products were almost biphenyl and cyclohyxylbenzene, and the conversion of DBT was very sensitive to temperature. Concerning the products distribution while the formation of biphenyl decreased, the formation of cyclohexylbenzene increased in the range of high pressure. The reaction network was found to be sequential reaction which formed cyclohexybenzent through the intermediate of biphenyl. The disappearances of DBT and biphenyl were the first order with respect to DBT and biphenyl and their activation energys were 24.3 and 13.6 Kcal/mol, respectively.

In this paper, we propose a new intelligent control system to be adapted for the characteristic of user who use the plant. The proposed intelligent control system is composed of the artificial neural network, the teaming vector quantization network. In order to verify the usefulness of the proposed system, we simulated in using Matlab.

In this paper, Turbo rode is describing a performance near the Shannon's channel capacity limit. So, basic theory of turbo code and MAP,Log-MAP decoding algorithm was arranged. The foundation of this using VHDL, Log-MAP turbodecoder was implemented by Altera´s FLEX10K CPLD.
