유연제 및 열처리에 따른 신발용 경편성물의 마모 및 역학 특성 변화 (Changes on the Abrasion and Mechanical Properties of Warp Knitted Fabric for Footwear with Softeners and Heat Treatments)

  • Knitted fabrics are very popular for their numerous advantages such as greater comfort, attractive garment appearance, better fit on the body, etc. In this study, we investigated the mechanical properties and abrasion property of warp knitted fabrics for footwear which treated with several softeners to improve abrasion resistance. The antistatic softener among the various softeners showed high improvement in abrasion resistance. Among the mechanical properties with treating conditions, WT (tensile energy), G (shear stiffness), B (bending rigidity) increased as treating timeincreased. But the other mechanical properties were little changed with treating concentration.

  • 신뢰성성장시험은 주어진 기간 동안에 고장모드를 체계적이고 영구적으로 제거하여 신뢰성을 향상시키려는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 활동은 대부분 매우 제약된 시간에 이루어져야 함으로 신제품개발프로그램에 있어서는 가속수명 시험이 필수적인 신뢰성성장시험 도구로 적용된다. 본 연구에서는 가속수명시험 하에서 신뢰성성장을 계획하고 분석하는데 유용한 도구로 사용할 수 있는 가속 신뢰성성장모델을 제시하였다. 시험전략은 test-find-test 전략으로서 시험중 고장모드가 발견되어도 이 문제에 대한 근본적 조치는 시험이 완성된 이후에 이루어지는 경우를 가정하였다. 이는 시험을 중간에 중단하고 시작하는 비용이 매우 높거나, 시스템이 고도로 복잡하여 완전히 분해하는데 어려움이 있는 경우에 적용된다.

스마트폰 애플리케이션의 서비스품질이 사용자 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Service Quality of Smartphone Applications on User Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Recently, the number of smartphone users has skyrocketed because of a plenty of useful services that smartphone applications provide. In the Information Systems (IS) literature, however, there has been little understanding about the effects of the service quality of smatphone applications on user satisfaction and loyalty. Thereby, this study examined 1) the effects of the service quality of smartphone applications on users beliefs, perceived usefulness and easiness and 2) the effects of the user beliefs as mediating variables on users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty. A survey was conducted and SEM was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that the service quality of smartphone applications affect users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty through the mediating variables.

안정성 설계방법을 이용한 자동흐름라인의 완충재고용량 할당 (Allocation of Buffer Capacity in Automatic Transfer Line Using Robust Design Method)

  • Several researchers have previously studied the problem of allocating buffer storage to maximize the throughput rate and/or minimize the mean buffer average of a transfer line for a given total amount of buffer space. But there seems to be very little difference in performance between intuitively reasonable and optimal allocations. This paper proposes and illustrates a methodology, based on the robust design concept of Taguchi, to allocate buffer storage of long transfer lines with a given total amount of buffer capacity when up and down times follow exponential distributions, respectively. We show how this procedure using simple heuristic rule can be used for design of long transfer lines.

  • Recently, a great many people are concerned about promoting their health because medical science and scientific technology has become much larger and more develop. Thus, the person who interested in health wants to confirm his condition whatever he may take a meal or exercise. But it is disappointed of our expectation. By reason that many people doesn't know what changes will occur in their body. In this paper, we are going to introduce our Health Care Managing System which could display a physical variation, in addition, we will also propose how to control serial data from wireless sensors. We implemented this system using ZigbeX and Java application.

영상처리기법에 의한 실시간 엔진 품질검사시스템 (Real Time Engine Quality Inspection System by Image Processing)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop an integrated quality inspection system using machine vision technology in the automotive engine assembly process. The system makes it possible for the inspected data to be entered directly from the machine vision system into the developed system without the need for intermediate operations. Such direct entry enables prompt corrective actions against process problems. An IVP-150 machine vision board is installed an the PC for image processing, and a template matching technology is implemented to precisely verify quality factors. The developed system is successfully installed in a manufacturing process, and it showed robustness to the problems of noise, distortion, and orientation.

제품개발 과정에서 AMSAA 모델의 실용적 활용방법 (Practical Application of AMSAA Model in the Product Development Process)

  • In the development process, the objective of a reliability growth program is to track the increase in system reliability, and determine as early as possible whether or not the system reliability is growing at a sufficient rate to meet the required goal and allocate available resources accordingly. Implementation of this kind of program will provide very useful information on concept selection, product/process reliability, and cost effectiveness without too much time, money and engineering effort being spent on the development of failure suspect parts. The purpose of this research is to present a practical method for efficiently monitoring a reliability growth test process using AMSAA(Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity) reliability growth model. The presented growth management is a viable method for identifying failure modes, incorporating design changes and monitoring reliability progress on an on-going basis during the early stages of a product development program.

스캔라인 영상분할기법에 의한 정밀도 측정에 관한 연구 (Precision Measurement using Scan-line image Segmentation Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 영상분할기법을 이용한 스캔라인기법에 기초하여 영역 이미지의 새로운 에지 결합방식을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 기존 알고리즘은 3차원 영상을 2차원 영상으로 적용하는 과정에서 깊이의 정보, 조명등의 영향으로 심한 잡음이 발생하여 이로 인해 정밀측정에 많은 어려움이 있었다. 기존의 스캔라인기법은 광원에 의해 직선추출의 형상인식에서만 활용하였으나 이를 원호에 적용 정밀측정 하였다. 본 연구로 인한 오프라인(Off-line)의 검사방식을 온라인(On-line) 방식에서도 정밀측정이 가능함을 입증하였다.

  • 본 연구는 전자라이터용 에폭시 정량공급장치의 개발에 관한 것으로써 기존의 수작업에 의한 생산을 자동화함으로 하여 품질의 균일화를 도모하고 또한 납기준수를 위한 생산성 향상에 기반을 둔 개발로서 전자라이터의 핵심 부품이라고 할 수 있는 Piezo ignitor절연부에 에폭시를 정량으로 주입할 수 있게 함으로서 품질 및 생산목표를 달성하고 기업의 이윤을 극대화하는데 맞추었다.

  • This study is aimed at development a plan to strengthen the competitiveness in technology of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, which can be assumed mainly by small and medium manufacturing companies, to improve the competitiveness of domestic industry. To remove these obstacles and strengthen the technological competitiveness, internally it is required to change the attitude of management about the development and innovation of technology first. Promotion of favorable atmosphere for the technological development and organized activity to acquire technological information are additional requirements. In conclusion, to survive the competition and to secure national industrial competitiveness, each individual company needs to endeavor for technological innovation and improvement in product quality and productivity.
