The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social entrepreneurship on organizational performance and to identify network moderating effects on social entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Data collected from 189 employees working in social enterprises were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program. Results are as follows: First, innovativeness, proactiveness, and social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship had positive effects on social performance. Second, proactiveness, risk-taking, and social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship had positive effects on economic performance. Third, the network significantly moderated the effects on innovativeness, proactiveness, social value orientation which were sub-factors of social entrepreneurship, and social performance. Fourth, the network significantly moderated the effects on proactiveness which was a sub-factor of social entrepreneurship, and economic performance. These results exhibited that the social entrepreneurship was effective to increase the organizational performance by activating the network and proposed a useful approach for further studies as an investigation method.

This study was carried out to forecast the future paradigm of design from the perspective of change in social environment within which design evolves through the process of birth, growth, development, and decline rather than changes within design itself. In general, before man takes an action, he sets the aim with mental and conceptual value decided internally and he considers various tools and means in his circumstance externally. Then he decides his action based on the most resonable and economic way. This is the mechanism by which all the living subjects including the human being survive and evolve within the given environment. In this respect, the future of design can be also explored and speculated in terms of change of man's mental value and the technology in future (this view is the same with what socio-culturalists see both cultural and technological determinism as a major factor for social change). Based on the view above, the present study extracted major keywords for a possible change of future design based on keywords on the present mental value and norm, and the materialistic technology and economy.

Confucius made endless thoughts on such themes as enlightening for the internal value of human, how to draw out such value and how to make personal relationship in order to overcome the chaotic Chun-qiu age. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' stated by Confucius passes us the theoretical meaning for making a good relationship with the others, which is realization of Benevolence. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' pursues moral, public and golden-mean value. This pursuit is made to look for harmonization and coexistence in personal relation, community based relation and, furthermore, relation with the nature, so that a great man is an entirely-good person who has realized the spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness'. The spirit of 'Harmony but not Sameness' throws to us many issues to think of for the social unity, 'living together', which is the central theme of today. The objects for which the 'living together' shall be embodied are the minor groups of our society and those who are relatively expelled from the power and benefit including multi-culture based families, north Korean refugees and etc. Such open mind for harmonization and coexistence gives us, furthermore, another important issue to think of also in the matter of environment that includes the ecosystem and the entire nature.

The purpose of this study is to examine the physical and psychological effects of lifelong physical activity and the role of leader capacity, to provide practical basic data on intangible benefits and to suggest ways to activate the value of lifelong physical education. This study was conducted from September 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018, with a total of 206 questionnaires centering on men and women participating in sports in Jeollanam do. The two-step approach proposed by Anderson & Gerbing (1988) was used to examine the structural relationships between physical benefits, social benefits, mental benefits, self efficacy benefits, leisure cultural benefits, physical effects, mental effects, Respectively. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows. First, physical and leisure cultural benefits have a positive(+) direct effect on leader capacity. Second, self-efficacy benefits, physical benefits, and leisure cultural benefits have positive direct effects on physical effects. Third, self-efficacy and leisure culture benefits have a direct positive effect on mental effects. Fourth, leadership competence plays a mediating role in the relationship between leisure cultural benefits and physical effects. In addition, it has a mediating role in the relationship between leisure cultural benefits and mental effects. In order to maximize the quantitative expansion and qualitative improvement of living sports and to enhance intangible value of participants in sports for all, the private capital investment such as the training of competent leaders, the development of various programs, and the investment support in the public sector, We hope that the role of the new welfare service delivery system shared with welfare will be provided.

문화융성은 문화의 여러 층위와 지향들이 상호작용을 함으로써 개인을 비롯한 사회 각 주체들의 창의와 지성의 정신 활동을 생산성 있게 지속시키는 데로 나아가는 것, 그리하여 이들 활동들을 역동적으로 융합(networking)하고 선순환 함으로써 우리의 정신과 의식이 산출해 내는 것들의 가치가 높아지고, 이 시대를 살아가는 우리들의 정신적 삶이 더욱 높은 수준으로 고양되는 상태를 말한다. 본 논문은 2014년 문화체육관광부가 제정, 공포한 <지역문화진흥법>에 담긴 문화융성을 담론분석 하였다.

디지털 전환은 기존 산업의 진입장벽 파괴에 따른 새로운 비즈니스 기회 확대, 자산의 디지털화에 따른 초기창업비용의 축소 등 창업 및 기업가적 활동 측면에서 중대한 환경적 변화를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인해 기존의 기업가정신 이론으로 기업가들이 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 인식하고 기업가적 가치를 추구하는 일련의 과정을 이해하기에는 충분치 않으며, 기업가정신의 특성 및 효과에 대한 새로운 접근이 필요하다는 문제의식을 바탕으로 최근 디지털 경제 환경에서의 기업가정신을 조망하는 새로운 이론적 틀로서 '디지털 기업가정신'이라는 개념 및 관련 연구분야가 부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가 단위에서 디지털 기업가정신의 고용효과를 탐색적으로 파악하기 위하여 국제 기업가정신 관련 조사인 「글로벌 기업가정신 모니터(GEM)」 데이터를 활용한 상관 관계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 기업가적 활동에 있어서의 디지털 기술 활용 의지, 창업 의지, 6인 이상의 고용창출 의지 등이 상호 간 긍정적인 관련성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 디지털 기술에 기반한 창업 또는 기업가적 활동에 대한 의지가 일자리 창출과 긍정적인 관계를 가진다는 의미다. 해외 학자들을 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 디지털 기업가정신 연구는 기업가정신 및 창업 프로세스에 대한 디지털화의 영향이나 디지털 기술의 혁신 및 새로운 벤처의 탄생에 의해 창출된 기업가적 기회에 대한 논의가 주를 이루고 있는 데 반하여, 본 연구에서는 디지털 기업가정신에 의해 창출되는 성과에 대해 살펴본다는 점에서 차별성이 있다. 또한 국내에서 많이 다루지 않은 디지털 기업가정신 관련 연구를 수행하고 그 결과를 발표함으로써 동 분야에 대한 국내 학계의 관심을 촉진할 것으로 기대된다는 점에서도 학술적 의의가 있다.

'과학문화'와 관련된 일련의 논의와 움직임은 다소 늦은 감이 있지만 바람직한 일이다. 우리 사회에서는 과학은 정신적 가치와는 무관하며 일반문화와 유리될 것이라는 인식이 지배적이다. 그러나 인문학이나 예술과 마찬가지로 과학은 그 자체로 인간적 요소를 내포한 인류 공동의 문화유산임을 우리는 명심해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum framework for entrepreneurship development for adolescents. In order to achieve this goal, we studied and developed entrepreneurship semantics, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education contents. This study was developed through Delphi survey. The results of this study were as follows. First, the meaning of entrepreneurship is Innovative mind-set to create true value by experience into life in order to pursue 'self full-filling life' as the organizer of life. Second, the nature of entrepreneurship education for youth is that entrepreneurship education aims to find and solve new problems through self-management to young people who will lead the future, and to create dynamic challenges and creative changes to create innovative values. Leadership skills, challenging spirit, and ability to solve practical problems'. Third, we developed a general goal for youth and elementary, middle and high school goal for entrepreneurship education. Fourth, as a domain of entrepreneurship education, we have developed 'core discovery', 'entrepreneurial skills', 'becoming an entrepreneur' and developed key themes. Based on the results of this study, we developed a systematic entrepreneurship education linkage and educational condition creation for young people outside schools; entrepreneurship program application and educational condition development according to the operation of the free-learning semester system; the strengthening of business start-up support for youth in late adolescence, the establishment of measures to utilize related institutions in local communities and others.

In uncertain future and the rapidly changing environment, it is necessary for companies to do innovative management activity. With business strategy that creates value and vision, The major industrialized countries ensure development of venture & start-up business and business competition by creating various added value through design. Thereby, Companies use design to increase enterprise value, a lots of interests and supports are focused in design industry which pioneer new market with new product and services. Therefore, Companies need more innovative and creative activities, and leads creative companies through developing entrepreneurship. Now, Companies should improve successful entrepreneurship, developing effective process in the organizational level beyond individual level. This research conducts empirical analysis from the individual and organizational perspective of corporate entrepreneurship. This study of design corporate 351 employees in design corporate is surveyed. This research finding is that design corporate employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have meaningful effects on culture and structure. However, The analysis result indicates that this employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have no effects on operation systems, so it is necessary to build the operation systems for activation of corporate entrepreneurship. This study puts emphasis on the needs to raise the level of corporate entrepreneurship and requires ways to improve entrepreneurship for sustainable growth. Also, This study suggests practical implications that it is important to systematic operation systems to actively utilize infrastructure, so it occurs in employees' entrepreneurship not only on the individual level, but also on the organizational level.
