An Integration Type Adaptive Compensator for a Class of Linearly Parameterized Systems (선형 파라미터화된 시스템에 대한 적분형 적응보상기)

  • A compensation scheme for a class of linearly parameterized systems is presented. The compensator consists of a typical linearizing control and an adaptive observer with integration type update law, which is based on Speed Gradient (SG) algorithm.. Instead of the intermediate functions of the compensation schemes suggested by other researchers, the proposed compensator is designed with some design functions which guarantee the growth, convexity, attainability, and pseudo gradient conditions in the update law. The scheme achieves the asymptotic stability of the tracking error and the boundedness of the estimation errors. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed design.

  • This paper proposes an estimation algorithm to find the moment of inertia, which is essential to design high performance controller for motor drive system. The algorithm finds the moment of inertia observing the position error signal, which contains an error information of moment of inertia, generated by speed observer. Moreover, the proposed algorithm is easily realized in the observer-based speed detection method. The simulation and experimental results are also presented to confirm the performance of moment of inertia estimation method, which shows that the moment of inertia converges to the actual value within several seconds. The speed control responses and the designed speed controller performance match well.

  • This paper is concerned with the performance analysis of a modified stop-and-go generalized multi-modulus algorithm (MSAG-GMMA) adaptive blind equalization algorithm with variable step size. The proposed algorithm multiplies the fixed step size by the error signal of the decision-oriented algorithm in the equalization coefficient update equation, and changes the step size according to the error size. Also, the MSAG-GMMA having a fixed step size is operated so as to maintain a fast convergence speed from a certain threshold to a steady state by determining the error signal size of the decision-directed algorithm, and when the MSAG-GMMA to work To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, we use the ensemble ISI, ensemble-averaged MSE, and equalized constellation obtained from the output of the equalizer as the performance index. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has faster convergence speeds than MMA, GMMA, and MSAG-GMMA and has a small residual error in steady state.

  • 본 논문에서는 간접 벡터 제어 방식의 유도전동기를 위한 하이브리드 퍼지 속도제어기를 설계한다. 제안한 하이브리드 퍼지 속도제어기는 유도 전동기의 속도 응답 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 응답 상태에 따라 PI(비계적분) 제어기와 퍼지 제어기를 선택하여 사용하는 형태이다. 정상상태에서는 PI 제어기를 사용하고 속도 오차값이 크면 퍼지 제어기를 사용한다. 또한 사용된 퍼지 제어기는 퍼지 입력의 파라미터를 튜닝하여 응답 성능을 높였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 하이브리드 퍼지속도 제어기와 기존의 PI 제어기의 성능을 실험을 통하여 비교 검증한다.

  • 본 논문은 DSP Controller를 적용한 연료전지시스템의 유량제어에 관한 논문이다. 그리고 이 연구에서 사용된 시스템은 1kW급 계통연계 연료전지 시스템이다. 이 연료전지 시스템이 안정적으로 전원을 공급할 수 있도록 시스템에서 요구하는 공기 유량을 정확히 공급하도록 제어하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이 목적을 이루기 위해 공기 공급 장치에 PID 제어기를 설계하여 적용하였다. PID 제어기의 Gain값은 지글러 니콜스 Tuning 방식으로 정하였다. 이 제어기를 적용하여 실험한 결과, 적용 전 상태와 비교하면 맥동이 30% 저감하였고, 정상상태 오차가 제거되어 온도 변화와 같은 외란과 상관없이 정확한 요구 공기 유량을 공급함을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 부하가 변동함에 따라 해당 요구 공기 유량이 바뀔 때 1초 내에 그 요구 공기 유량을 추종하여 스택이 안정적으로 운전될 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 계통연계 인버터 제어 시 계통 전압과 동상인 전류를 공급해 주기 위해 반드시 계통 전압의 위상 정보가 필요하다. 기존의 PLL 방법은 계통 전압에 고조파가 존재하지 않을 시에 검출된 위상 값은 정확하지만, 고조파 존재 시 정확한 위상 값을 얻을수 없다. 본 논문에서는 전차원 상태 관측기를 이용하여 기본파 성분과 고조파 성분을 분리하여 검출된 위상의 정상상태 오차를 감소시킬 수 있고, 저역통과필터를 고려한 PLL 시스템의 모델링을 이용하여 동특성을 개선하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 모의실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • It is very imprtant and necessary to predict luminous enviroment in an interior space. This paper has de scribed about energy saving and evaluated interior visual environment in a office building having on/off turning control lighting system utilizing daylight. In order to predict the interior varior illumination distribution, the scale model w a m~a de and examined under various conditions, such ad difference of window glass, and color pattern of wall, floor, and also ceiling lighting system type. Ths paper suggests that basic fundamental data of lighting design ~rformancein the concept and schematic stages of design.

  • In this paper, we propose a state feedback robust controller of 2-axis gimbal system which have bounded parametric uncertainty. The proposed controller is robust against dynamics variations of gimbal system and contains a dynamic compensator in order to improve a steady state error and a transient response. The stability of the closed-loop system is proved by Lyapunov approach. The performance of the proposed method is demonstrated by simulation on a 2-axis gimbal system.

  • This paper is proposed adaptive fuzzy-neuro controller for high performance of induction motor drive. The design of this algorithm based on fuzzy-neural network controller that is implemented using fuzzy control and neural network. This controller uses fuzzy nile as training patterns of a neural network. Also, this controller uses the back-propagation method to adjust the weights between the neurons of neural network in order to minimize the error between the command output and actual output. A model reference adaptive scheme is proposed in which the adaptation mechanism is executed by fuzzy logic based on the error and change of error measured between the motor speed and output of a reference model. The control performance of the adaptive fuzzy-neuro controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. The results of experiment prove that the proposed control system has strong high performance and robustness to parameter variation, and steady-state accuracy and transient response.

DLL Design and Performance Evaluation in Indoor Wireless DS-CDMA System under the Multipath Fading Effects (실내 무선 DS-CDMA 방식에서 다중경로 페이딩 영향을 고려한 DLL 설계와 성능평가)

  • This paper analyzes DLL(Delay lock loop) under the multipath fading effects. The evaluated performance measures include the steady-state timing error probability density function (PDF) and the mean-time-to-lose-lock (MTLL) under multipath fading effects. The discriminator characteristic S(${\epsilon}$) is shown to be zero at the point of timing error ${\epsilon}_{0}$ that is not zero, and the MTLL decreases as the delayed signal power $g_{2}$ and delayed time ${\tau}_{d}$ increase. We approximate the steady-state timing error PDF linearly with these variables and evaluate the steady-state timing error PDF and MTLL. The severe multipath fading effects result lower MTLL, in this case we make MTLL larger by increasing the early-late discriminator offset ${\Delta}$. First, we calculate the timing error point ${\epsilon}_{0}$, and present the performance of DLL under multipath fading. The timing error PDF, MTLL and the performance of DLL with ${\Delta}$ are also investigated. And we conclude that the larger ${\Delta}$ makes a higher MTLL and a better performance of DLL under multipath fading effects.
