인센티브는 조직 내 개인의 동기와 행동에 영향을 미쳐 조직의 목표를 달성하는 데에 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존 문헌에서는 이러한 관점에서 개인의 다양한 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 경제적, 사회적 보상에 대하여 논의해왔다. 반면, 직업안정성이 개인에게 기업가적 동기를 가진 개인에게 어떠한 인센티브로 작용할 수 있는지에 대한 내용은 간과된 측면이 있다. 본 연구는 창업휴직제도가 직업안정성이라는 비금전적 인센티브로 작용하여, 기업가적 동기를 가진 직원들의 기업벤처링(Corporate Venturing) 활동 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는지 여부를 조사한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 인적자원관리 문헌에서 비금전적 인센티브를 통해 개인의 일탈과 이직을 방지하려는 관점과는 달리, 개인이 일을 중단하는 것을 허가하는 '창업휴직제도' 자체가 비금전적 인센티브로서 개인이 혁신 성과를 증가시킬 수 있다는 점에 집중한다. 정부출연연구소 내부 기업벤처링 프로그램에 참여한 세 명과의 개인 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 가설을 지지할만한 단서를 발견하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 실험 연구를 통해 실증 분석을 진행하고자 한다.

KREONET is a national research network that supports research and development of advanced scientific application for about 200 KREONET members including national research institute, government office, university and research institution of commercial company with high performance networking service. In order to fulfil user satisfaction, this paper provides a solution for the issues in KREOENT service through investigating problems and analyzing user satisfaction survey during 2014 and 2015. Moreover it offers KREONET promotion strategy with user customization service.

This paper examines the knowledge transfer effect in Korean venture systems. Existing literature has provided rich evidence of the effect of knowledge transfer, but we do not have micro mechanisms inherent in the process of knowledge transfer. This paper argues that knowledge transfer effects vary depending on the knowledge types, sources, and legacy. This paper also tests role of the two important pillars in knowledge transfer of Korean venture startups; venture capital and government. This paper also examines the role of absorptive capacity in the knowledge transfer process. With 1,862 sample of Korean venture firms, this study employed three methods depending on 3 different types of dependent variables: hierarchical regression, logistic regression, and survival analysis. Main findings include that 1) knowledge characteristic itself and its alignment with industry influence the knowledge transfer effects, 2) government support has a negative effect on financial performance of venture firms, but does not have significant interaction effect on knowledge transfer, and 3) the absorptive capacity of each firm moderates the knowledge transfer effects. The theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

최근 무인항공기를 지칭하는 드론 관련 산업이 미래를 이끌 신산업으로 부상하고 있다. 드론은 20세기 초에 군사용으로 개발되어 정찰 감시 및 폭격과 같은 군사임무를 수행하여 왔으나 최근 들어 독일 DHL, 아마존, 구글 등과 같은 다국적 기업들이 상업적 용도로 활용을 선언하며 연구 개발에 뛰어 들면서 그 시장이 예상보다 빨리 커지고 있다. 미국 틸 그룹의 보고서에 의하면 2013년 세계 드론 시장의 규모는 66억 달러였고 그 중 군사용이 90% 이상을 차지하고 있으나 향후 민수용 시장 비율이 상당히 커질 것으로 예상된다. 2022년에는 114억 달러 규모로 커질 것으로 예상하고 있다. 현재 민수용으로 사진 촬영용 소형 드론으로부터 정밀농업, 인프라 관리, 택배 및 화물 수송 등으로 운용 범위를 확대하고 있다. 국내 드론 산업은 군수 위주로 시작되어 세계 7위권의 기술력을 확보한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 무인기 분야의 연구개발은 국방과학연구소와 한국항공우주연구원 등 정부출연연구소가 주도하는 가운데, 한국항공우주산업, 대한 항공이 주로 체계종합(System Integrator) 및 비행체 개발을 담당하고 LIG넥스원, 삼성탈레스, 삼성테크윈 등의 대기업을 포함한 중소업체들이 부체계 기술을 개발하고 있다. 최근 소형 드론을 중심으로 시장형성이 가시화되는 민수 시장에서는 가격, 기술 경쟁력의 열위에 있어, 국내 산업 경쟁력 확보와 미래 시장을 선도할 핵심 제품 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 또한 무인기의 비행체 국산화는 상당한 수준으로 진행되었으나, 광학(EO) 적외선(IR) 카메라 등 핵심 부가가치를 구성하는 탑재 임무장비의 경우 원천기술의 부족으로 해외에 의존하고 있다.

In general, if employees recognize that their career are tied up, their overall level of job commitment and job satisfaction are decreased which eventually negatively affect individual performance. Especially, career development in the high specialized job like R&D task is more important than other jobs. While the previous studies showed interest in the negative consequences of career plateau, this study aimed at finding out the antecedents of career plateau. By diving the antecedents of career plateau into organizational level and individual one, we conducted direct effect and interaction effect of antecedents variables on career plateau. The empirical results using employees belonging to government funded R&D institute showed that career development practice and work experience in other institutes have negatively related to career plateau, while age has positively related to career plateau. In addition, the interaction effect between career development practice and work experience in other institute was also significant.

Global R&D environment is entering on more complicated aspect gradually and tends to increase sharply in a quantitative manner. Technology competition is getting higher. This study intends to raise recognition of a necessity of productivity in a rapidly-changing R&D field and to suggest alternatives for improving its research productivity. For it, the research productivity was analyzed by utilizing two processes of patent analysis and paper analysis. According to the analysis result, it can be confirmed that Korea has the low research productivity compared to advanced countries such as USA and Japan. Government-supported research institute showed the relatively low research productivity, compared to foreign research institutes. It is confirmed that the company research institute has better research productivity than the government-supported research institute. Analyzing the present situation of research productivity through such the patent and paper analysis, seems to contribute to suggest how the research must be done in order to identify the factor of hampering the competitiveness acquisition and to improve the future R&D productivity.

Recently patented rights affect the competitive power of each country. Specially the situation of that country will be superiority if one country has lots of basic invention patents in advanced technology. In the near future, research results in universities or research institutes should be involved with patent application so that the investment of research funds improves our technology. Alloy is used to adjust magnetic characteristic in invention for magnetic recording medium. In this case there must be cautious in make out the patent claims of invention about such alloys. The patent for alloy invention is considered with following standard. (1) composition range and structure aspect according to the need of a composition metal (2)characteristics of the alloy and for use.

This research intends to make a model of space development in Korea as a sectoral innovation system. The main contents include a character analysis of the elements of three low levels of the space development innovation system, including governance (the main agent and cooperation relationship of which the center is a research institute supported by government), resources (financial resources and human resources), and the diffusion of research results. It is important to grasp the factors that bring about technological innovation of industrial sectors to produce technological innovation policy. Technology innovation policy should thus be formulated for specific, individual sectors, and not all sectors.

As research management is growing in importance for research organizations, their disciplinary structures need to be interpreted. However, it is not only difficult but ambiguous to detect causal relations between subjects because diverse disciplines interacting with each other lead the development of organizational research. Therefore, this article summarizes the major concepts and results recently achieved in the related fields such as research management, bibliographic analysis, information theory, and networks to characterize organizational knowledge structures. Relevant analytical methods obtained from the literature can be applied to empirical situations. Predictive causal relations can be measured using an information theoretic indicator on a series of organizational research portfolios identified from bibliographic information. A network approach would be suitable to manage organizational research effort from a holistic view. Knowledge structures of the Government-funded Research Institutes in Korea are explored experimentally.
