현재와 같이 남북이 대치되어 있는 상황하에서는 국가 방위력이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 방산업체는 국가 방위력에 지대한 공헌을 한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 방산업체는 정부를 상대로, 제한된 시장에서 생산업무를 수행하고 있기 때문에 완전경쟁 시장과는 다른 특수한 상황에 직면하고 있어 그 동안 정부와 방산업체 간에는 상반된 이해관계로 인해 많은 문제점이 있어 왔다. 이 글은 이러한 맥락에서 방산업체가 불신하고 있는 정부의 조달계약제도와 정부가 불신하고 있는 업체의 원가산정 및 관리 측면을 분석하여 제값을 주고 양질의 제품을 정부가 확보할 수 있는 개선방안을 찾고자 했다.

This study aims to verify how trust in government leads voters' electoral participation with paying attention to their political orientations. In particular, this study takes voters' partisan consideration into account to examine different direction of the effect of trust in government on electoral participation depending on their ideology and partisan preferences. Key findings show that governmental trust has a positive influence on electoral participation for voters who have conformable ideological orientations to the incumbent government and positive preferences toward the ruling party. In contrast, distrust in government is more likely to increase the possibility of electoral participation for those who have different ideology from the incumbent, negative attitude toward the ruling party, and partisan preferences of the opposition party. Previous studies on the relationship between governmental trust and electoral participation have been mixed as yet. For the sake of explaining this inconclusiveness, this study focuses on partisan foundation of voters' political decision making. It contributes to our understanding of the political properties of governmental trust and its implications for representative democracy.

This study shows what the political distrust of three nations was preserved among US, Japan, and South Korea in 2008. According to the World Value Survey research, the political distrust of three nations was reached over 70% when on the basis of national people's consciousness in 2008. Especially in the case of South Korea, the percentage of extreme distrust was the highest compared to the other countries. The reason why South Korea could not manage the nation people's political voice to the government and National Assembly. So consequently political complaining behavior channel should be erected more in the political mechanism. And Korean political parties could not manage the social development and national consolidation. Moreover, attacted the negative effects to society. Political distrust is the worst obstacle in democracy that it will be needed the national consensus to amend it.

Consumer trust plays a crucial role in the development of the sharing economy. This study primarily focuses on the factors influencing consumer trust and examines the case of ofo, a former leader in China's bike-sharing industry. This paper analyzes the decline in consumer trust in ofo, which can be attributed to internal management issues and the near-bankruptcy situation. The "difficulty in refunds" issue faced by ofo since December 2018 has been growing continuously, and this study explores the factors influencing trust and distrust in this context. By considering product factors (quality), platform factors (payment security, privacy protection, reputation), and social factors (social norms, government regulation) as independent variables, the study analyzes the factors affecting consumer trust. The analysis results revealed that as consumers' distrust towards shared bikes increases, their switching intention also increases. The company's reputation and social norms were found to influence both trust and distrust, while government regulation was found to influence trust. The research findings provide insights relevant to sharing economy platforms and offer guidance for future studies.

조달본부에서는 새로운 정부의 국방개혁 틀안에서 국방 조달업무 전반에 걸쳐 그동안 잠재된 조달 불신요인을 말끔히 걷어내고 투명성, 책임성, 효율성 제고를 위해 총체적인 업무 개혁을 추진중에 있다. 이 글에서는 이러한 조달업무 개혁에 대한 군과 국민의 이해와 공감대 형성을 위하여 제도개혁면을 중심으로 그 추진내용을 알기 쉽게 소개하고자 한다.

한국에 만연하는 불신 중 가장 두드러진 것 중의 하나가 수돗물이 아닐까 싶다. 정부나 지자체에서 수돗물이 안전하니 안심하고 마시라고 해도 굳이 비싼 정수기를 사용하거나 생수를 사 마시고 있다. 한국과 같이 투명하게 수질평가위원의 참석 하에 시료를 채취하고 제 3기관에 의뢰하여 분석을 하며 이것을 공개하는 곳은 거의 없다. 그런데도 일반 국민들은 아직도 수질검사를 속인다거나 평가위원들도 다 같은 부류의 사람들이라고 오해하는 분위기가 팽배한 것 같다.

This research examined the effect of risk perception on risk attitude and risk acceptance of nuclear power plants. For this study, we carried out a survey targeting local residents living in Gyeong-ju..And we examined how risk perception of nuclear power plants have influences the risk attitude and risk acceptance including distrust on government's polices and perceived benefit. First, The findings showed that risk perception of nuclear power plants influenced positively on risk attitude. Second, risk attitude of nuclear power plants influenced negatively on risk acceptance. Third, distrust on government's polices influenced negatively on risk acceptance. Fourth, perceived benefit influenced positively on risk acceptance.
