본 논문에서는 기업 구성원들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 방법론을 제시한다. 평가기준은 정보공학과 활동기준 원가계산의 응용으로 얻었다. 정보공학적 측면에서는, 지적활동에 기업의 사명, 비전 경영목표 및 경영전략이 미치는 영향을 경영전략적 모형을 통하여, 그 활동의 전략적 가치를 평가한다. 또한 활동에 대한 재무적 가치측정은 투입된 자원과 활동에 소모되는 비용을 활동기준 원가계산을 응용하여 산출한다. 이를 통해 기업 내 활동에 결부된 지적자산의 전략경영적인 가치를 평가할 모형을 제시하였다.

오늘날 기업은 시장경쟁의 심화와 고객가치 지향의 환경변화로 고객과의 지속적인 커뮤니케이션이 필수적이며 이는 고객정보의 확인으로부터 시작된다. 이를 위해 기업은 고객의 정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 분석을 통한 전략적인 활용방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 관련한 문헌과 사례기업 분석을 통하여 고객데이터베이스 구축 및 활용과정의 문제점과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 각 단계별로 제시해 보았다. 성공적인 고객데이터베이스의 구축 및 활용을 위해서는 조직 전 구성원의 적극적인 지원과 참여가 필요하며, 양질의 고객정보가 기업 내에 축적되고 이를 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는 정보분석 능력과 차별적인 마케팅 전략 수립 능력이 요구된다.

공공정보는 더이상 단순한 공개대상이 아니다. 적절한 가공을 통해 부가가치를 만들어 낼 수 있는 무한한 콘텐츠다. 일반 국민을위해 제공되는 보편적 서비스와는 별개로 공공정보를 상용화하려는 움직임은 선진국을 중심으로 상당히 진전돼 있다. 우리나라도 공공정보로 돈을 버는 업체들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 지난달 15일 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 한국관광공사 상영관에서 개최한 세미나는‘공공정보 상용화’에 대한 국내외 현황과 전략, 모델을 살펴볼 수 있는 좋은 자리였다.

Since educating digital convergence is to unite various sciences and technologies with computer as the central figure, it has different range and methods of education. Therefore, it has problems with recommending limited conceptual information because of difficulties to standardize education plan and teaching strategies. In this paper, I propose education plan and teaching strategy system by using Spearman correlation coefficients. This system is to find a solution against disadvantage of recommending limited conceptual information by ranking relations of teaching strategies from the information based on the demand of industrial and academic fields, and then provides lists of teaching strategy information suitable for user's atmosphere and characteristics. Performance test is to compare effects of precision and recall with existing service systems. The test shows 90.4% of precision and 77.6% of recall.

Given Korea does not have a competitive edge compared to developed or other competing countries in national information and knowledge resource, it is necessary to consider ways to ensure the best out of the limited resource. It is believed that Korea has to develop a national information policy which enables effective and efficient communication, management and availability of information resource within Korea. In order to ensure the strategic integration of information and knowledge resource in Korea, this research encompasses the followings: First, the needs for establishing a strategic system that helps ensure the integration of information and knowledge resource on national level are probed, Second, current status of national information and knowledge management policy is reviewed, and some problems are brought forward, Third, to resolve the problems a strategic approach to the integration of information resource according to material types and individual institution's characteristics is proposed, fur effective allocation of government budget. Ant finally, based on the findings and models proposed, a national information strategy to integrate the dispersed information resource is suggested.

This study empirically analyzed at domestic manufacturing and service firms to find any moderating effects of enterprise management strategies and information-oriented development strategies between enterprise characteristic factors and IT adoption performance. Task characteristics were analyzed based on information provision extent, system quality and perceived effects while environmental characteristics based on competition extent, external pressure, environmental uncertainty, etc. As a result it was found that strategic suitability factors had a moderating effect between adoption performance and task characteristic variables such as system quality and perceived effect, environmental characteristics such as competition level, external pressure and environmental uncertainty. However, strategy suitability was found not to have any moderating role between task characteristic information provision extent and adoption performance. These findings indicate that enterprises need to plan and implement corporate management strategies and information-oriented development strategies in close coordination for new IT adoption and spread.

This research focused on the major determinants for the strategic utilization of technology tree as a strategic technology information repository after the adoption of the technology tree in the R&D intensive organization. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and qualitative case study approaches. The result is as follows; for the strategic utilization of the technology tree for the information repository, it should be the market base and be closely related with the technology roadmap. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategic utilization of technology tree as a strategic technology information repository and as a s strategic supplement for technology roadmap is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D-oriented organizations and technology-related studies in coming years.

이 연구에서는 학습전략 게임 활용 학습에서 자기조절학습능력의 효과를 분석하였다. 그리고 학습전략 게임 활용 학습이 학습자의 학습전략 수준에 따라 자기조절학습능력 신장에 주는 효과성을 검증하여 효과적인 게임 활용 학습 환경 설계에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상으로서 103명의 초등학생에게 학습전략의 수준을 측정하고 4주간 10차시에 걸쳐 학습전략 게임 활용학습을 실시한 후 자기조절학습능력의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학습전략 게임 활용 학습은 실험집단과 통제집단의 자기조절학습능력에 있어서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며 특히 인지조절, 동기조절에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학습전략 게임 활용 학습은 학습전략 수준별 상, 중, 하 집단의 자기조절학습능력의 향상 차원에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며 특히 중 집단에서 유의한 차이가 있었다.
