샤모아 지식공학 시스템(Chamois Knowledge Engineering System)은 대용량의 데이터 소스로부터 의미 있는 지식을 추출하는 시스템이다. 이러한 지식공학 시스템에서 데이터 소스의 품질을 보장하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 샤모아 지식공학 시스템에서의 데이터 정제관련 컴포넌트의 구조 및 동작에 대해 기술한다. 또한 이들 컴포넌트들이 동작할 수 있는 컴포넌트 프레임웍의 기능 및 동작에 대해 기술한다. 구현한 데이터 정제 관련 컴포넌트는 컴포넌트 기반의 시스템에서 데이터의 정제를 통해 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 제공하고, 이를 통해 개발하고자 하는 시스템의 품질을 향상 시킬 수 있다.

Today's mobile devices including smartphones are gradually taking a prominent position in many areas as portable multimedia computers and establishing a new computing paradigm. Nevertheless, it would not be easy for smartphone applications to provide users with a high level of usability under the current environment due to the physical hardware characteristics of each smartphone, which are expected to have a negative impact on the qualities of system, information, and service that smartphone applications provide. Thus, this study examined: 1) the effects of the perceived qualities of system, information, and service of smartphone applications on the perceived usability of the applications, and 2) the effect of the usability on users' individual performance with the given application. A survey was conducted and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. This study found that there are significant effects of the perceived qualities of system, information, and service of smartphone applications on the perceived usability of the applications. In addition, this study also found a significant effect of the usability of samrtphone applications on the individual performance with the application.

Quality of a new system is closly related to the quality of components in reuse repository. Quality assessment is essential to construct a reuse library. Definition of quality and method of assessment are totally different in reuse environments. User interface, functionality, performance are main factor in non-reuse development environment. However, reuse environment needs more reusability, extensibility, generality, and maintainability in quality assessment. This paper describes a development of quality assessment tool for multimedia object reuse conponents. Tool gets reuse components described by C++ or IDL, and analyses style, structure, coupling, strength, complexity, understandability, etc. Ultimatly the tool generate quality satisfaction degree for reuse programmers. Quality assessment services are supported in distributed object architecture, CORBA.

품질이 낮은 정보는 이용자의 호응을 얻지 못할 뿐 아니라 여러 측정하기 힘든 직·간접적인 손실들을 초래할 수도 있다. 따라서 질 높은 지식정보자원의 구축이야말로 국가경쟁력을 넘어 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 기본 요소이다. 지식기반시대에 지식정보의 창출-가공-전달-활용보전을 위한 제반요소의 구축뿐 아니라 질적인 향상을 위한 노력은 지식정보시대를 앞서나갈 수 있는 일로 매우 중요한 일이라 할 수 있겠다. 이러한 이유로 인해 근래에 정보 유동·서비스 분야의 품질향상을 위한 품질경영시스템의 도입에 대한 연구가 진행되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식정보의 유통과 서비스에 있어서 질적인 향상을 위한 노력의 일환으로 지식정보 유통·서비스 야의 품질체계를 확립하는 ISO 9001:2000 인증제도의 도입과 운영에 대한 방향 및 사례를 제시함으로써 지식정보 유통·서비스 품질향상에 도움이 되고자 한다.

The Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology provides the documents and information on the construction technology through the Construction Technology Digital Library System to enhance the technological competitiveness of the construction engineers. The purpose of this study is to measure the monetary value of information service quality in order to improve the documents and information service quality provided by this system. For this purpose, a questionnaire model was designed to apply the DBDC- CVM. We surveyed the members of 300 this systems for the amount of information that they are willing to pay to maximize the quality of information service. The correlation between the dependent variable and the explanatory variables was analyzed with the basic statistics of the survey results. The independent variables affecting the dependent variable are statistically significant. The logit model is used to estimate the monetary value of individual respondents who are willing to pay for information service quality. In previous research, we measured the use value of information service. On the other hand, this study shows that the measurement of value based on information service quality is different from previous research.

Driven by the development of information technologies, information system (IS) use has been common even in military organizations. In particular, field artillery is currently using the Battalion Tactical Commanding System-A1 (BTCS-A1) to improve fire support. The use of BTCS-A1 makes fire-commanding processes simple and autonomous, which leads to shorten time to support fire. Although BTCS-A1 has been considered as a helpful system, there still exists some dispute regarding its effectiveness and impact on task performance. By conceptualizing BTCS-A1 use as appropriation, this study investigates how BTCS-A1 appropriation promotes task performance. We also hypothesize that IS quality, organizational pressure (institutional pressure and supervisor influence), and team climate (team learning climate and team empowerment climate) increase the appropriation. Survey results show that organizational pressure and team climate promote BTCS-A1 appropriation, which improves users' task performance. However, effect of IS quality is not significant. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.

SCM system is a strategic cooperative that organically integrates all supply chains to improve the performance of a company. For effective SCM system, emphasis is placed on securing long-term, mutual relationships and change management. The implementation of an SCM system is likely to introduce a wide range of changes in and across member organizations and these changes are likely to be met with scepticism and resistance by individuals and organizations in the chain. Thus, the success of an SCM system cannot be guaranteed without effective change management. And we adopted the concept of information orientation (IO) as our method to measure the performance of an SCM system through information quality and information sharing. Therefore, this study examined the influence of mutual, reciprocal relationships among change management on information capability through information quality and information Sharing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, change management had a significant influence on information quality, information Sharing and information capability. Second, information quality had a significant influence on information Sharing and information capability. Third, information sharing had a significant influence on information capability.

침입방지시스템 솔루션은 차세대에 각광받는 보안시스템으로 국내 외 시장에서 매우 활발한 보안 분야 시장을 형성할 것으로 전망된다. 아울러 국제 시장에 진출하고자 하는 국내 업체들은 검증된 제품임을 증명하는 품질 평가가 요구되고 일반 사용자들은 검증된 제품을 선호하는 추세가 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 침입방지시스템의 기술개요, 특징 및 침입방지시스템의 품질 평가기준을 소프트웨어 품질평가를 위해 사용되는 국제표준 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 14598의 참조하여 평가항목을 도출하였으며, 도출된 평가항목을 가지고 평가방법 메트릭을 개발하였다.

오늘날 소프트웨어의 복잡성과 대형화로 유지보수 비용이 증대하고 있다. 이런 이유로 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키는 것이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 소프트웨어 공학에서는 소프트웨어품질을 평가하는 방법으로 프로세서의 최종 산출물인 소프트웨어의 소스를 분석하는 방법과 소프트웨어의 생명주기에 따라 그 단계별 산출물을 평가하는 연구가 계속되고 있고, 또한 소프트웨어를 생산하는 전 과정을 일련의 프로세스로 보고 각각의 프로세스를 평가하여 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키는 연구도 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SPICE 모델에 따라서 소프트웨어를 지원, 생산, 공급하는데 관련이 있는 프로세스 범주를 5가지로 분류하고 각 범주에 속한 기본활동의 파라미터인 작업산출물과 ISO/IEC9126 모델의 소프트웨어 품질특성과의 연관성을 찾아서 소프트웨어 품질을 평가하고자 한다. 즉 소프트웨어를 생산하는 프로세서에서 투입 및 산출되는 입출력물들을 평가하여 프로세스 수행과정을 개선 및 변경하는 것이 소프트웨어 품질에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 보여주는 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 평가하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.
