On the Development of Agent-Based Online Game Characters (에이전트 기반 지능형 게임 캐릭터 구현에 관한 연구)

  • 개발적인 측면에서 온라인 게임 환경에서의 NPC(Non Playable Character)들은 환경인식능력, 이동능력, 특수 능력 및 아이템의 소유 배분 등을 원활히 하기 위한 능력들을 소유해야 하며, 게임 환경을 인식, 저장하기 위한 데이터구조와 자신만의 독특한 임무(mission)를 달성하기 위한 계획을 갖고 행위를 해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 NPC는 자신만의 고유한 규칙과 행동 패턴, 그리고 목표(Goal)와 이를 실행하기 위한 계획(plan)을 소유하는 에이전트로 인식되어야 할 것이다. 그러나, 기존 게임의 NPC 제어 구조나 구현 방법은 이러한 요구조건에 부합되지 못한 부분이 많았다. C/C++ 같은 컴퓨터 언어들을 이용한 구현은 NPC의 유연성이나, 행위에 많은 문제점이 있었다. 이들 언어의 switch 문법은 NPC의 몇몇 특정 상태를 묘사하고, 그에 대한 행위를 지정하는 방법으로 사용되었으나, 게임 환경이 복잡해지면서, 더욱더 방대한 코드를 만들어야 했고, 해석하는데 많은 어려움을 주었으며, 동일한 NPC에 다른 행동패턴을 적용시키기도 어려웠다. 또한, 대부분의 제어권을 게임 서버 폭에서 도맡아 함으로써, 서버측에 많은 과부하 요인이 되기도 하였다. 이러한 어려움을 제거하기 위해서 게임 스크립트를 사용하기도 하였지만, 그 또한 단순 반복적인 패턴에 사용되거나, 캐릭터의 속성적인 측면만을 기술 할 수 있을 뿐이었다 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위해서는 NPC들의 작업에 필요한 지식의 계층적 분화를 해야 하고, 현재 상황과 목표 변화에 적합한 반응을 표현할 수 있는 스크립트의 개발이 필수 적이라 할 수 있다 또한 스크립트의 실행도 게임 서버 측이 아닌 클라이언트 측에서 수행됨으로써, 서버에 걸리는 많은 부하를 줄일 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는, 대표적인 반응형 에이전트 시스템인 UMPRS/JAM을 이용하여, 에이전트 기반의 게임 캐릭터 구현 방법론에 대해 알아본다.퓨터 부품조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. Examination of a Voice Interaction Model for Smart TV through Conversation Patterns (대화 패턴 연구를 통한 스마트TV 음성 상호작용 모델의 탐구)

  • As new smart devices are evolved into the intelligent agent who can reflect user intention and use context, user experience design for easy and convenient usability becomes a core competitive edge. Under the assumption that human centered natural interaction is necessary for the optimal smart TV experience, this study explores the types of voice interaction which are peculiar to TV watching context. In order to build a model for the users to naturally interact with Smart TV, conversation patterns were collected by requesting key features of Smart TV to intelligent agent. Collected sentences were applied to CfA model and classified by responses to activate features. The classified conversation patterns were divided into feature activation and information search. This study has identified that CfC1 occurred when voice interaction between Smart TV and users was vague and CfC2 occurred when the requests were complex or conditional. In conclusion, Simple Request Type is the most efficient model and voice interaction is more appropriate to use to clarify users' vague requests.

  • This study aims to analyze the properties of the tags used in the fiction genre, the structural aspect of the patterns and the contents of the tags by utilizing LibraryThing, where the tags are assigned in work units of FRBR. A comparative analysis was conducted in terms of the level of association between the descriptive terms in bibliography and LCSH terms. The study also examined the sources of the tags not included in the bibliographic descriptions or LCSHs, what aspects of work they represented, and the terms used as tags in relation to the work. By restricting the study to a single genre, a number of tags that reflected the characteristics of fiction (three elements of the fiction which are theme, plot, style and three elements of the fiction composition which are character, event, setting) were extracted. This study finds out the role of the tag making up the taxonomy and proposes a new direction for the tagging system by demonstrating the possibility of using tags as facets in information organization and retrieval.

Emotion Recognition System Using Neural Networks in Textile Images (신경망을 이용한 텍스타일 영상에서의 감성인식 시스템)

  • This paper proposes a neural network based approach for automatic human emotion recognition in textile images. To investigate the correlation between the emotion and the pattern, the survey is conducted on 20 peoples, which shows that a emotion is deeply affected by a pattern. Accordingly, a neural network based classifier is used for recognizing the pattern included in textiles. In our system, two schemes are used for describing the pattern; raw-pixel data extraction scheme using auto-regressive method (RDES) and wavelet transformed data extraction scheme (WTDES). To assess the validity of the proposed method, it was applied to recognize the human emotions in 100 textiles, and the results shows that using WTDES guarantees better performance than using RDES. The former produced the accuracy of 71%, while the latter produced the accuracy of 90%. Although there are some differences according to the data extraction scheme, the proposed method shows the accuracy of 80% on average. This result confirmed that our system has the potential to be applied for various application such as textile industry and e-business.

  • Reducing the time it takes for researchers to acquire knowledge and introduce them into research activities can be regarded as an indispensable factor in improving the productivity of research. The purpose of this research is to cluster the information usage patterns of KOSEN users and to suggest optimization method of personalized recommendation service algorithm for grouped users. Based on user research activities and usage information, after identifying appropriate services and contents, we applied a Spark based big data analysis technology to derive a personal recommendation algorithm. Individual recommendation algorithms can save time to search for user information and can help to find appropriate information.

  • 최근 TV시청은 다양한 매체를 통해서 이루어지고 있으며, 특히 스마트폰을 통한 시청률이 늘고 있는 상황이다. 광고시장에서도 TV시청 중에 스마트기기를 함께 이용하는 멀티태스킹 사용자가 급증하고 있으며 특히 10~30대의 사용이 적극적이다. TV시청 중 스마트 기기의 사용분야는 메신저, 정보검색, SNS 순이며 스마트 기기사용 내용 중 69%는 시청하던 TV 시청과 관련된 것이었다. 이 중에 75%는 TV에 등장한 제품, 브랜드, 장소에 관한 것이다[1]. TV를 시청하는 상황에 스마트기기의 소셜 활동의 문자를 분석하는 것은 사용자 의도를 파악할 수 있는 의미가 있으며, 시청자의 현재 위치를 파악함으로써 시청자의 의도에 반영되는 상황을 파악할 수 있다. T-Commerce 구매 의도는 사용자의 현재 상황에 대한 순간 의도를 파악하는것이 중요하며, 이와 같은 구매의도를 파악하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 GPS와, Wi-Fi 기반 Fingerprinting 측위기법을 사용하여 특별한 도구나 장비의 설치 없이 현재위치와 멀티태스킹 데이터를 분석하여 구매의도를 파악한다. T-Commerce 소비환경 패턴이 바뀜에 따라, 다양한 소비 환경 데이터 분석은 효율적인 광고 제공과 만족도를 높일 것으로 기대된다.

  • As ubiquitous technology develops, there are many studies to provide various contents proper to users through a mobile device. However, there is a limit of information provision due to a small user interface of a mobile device. This study proposes a system that can solve a problem and provide an intelligent agent model appropriate to a mobile environment and job information positively that an individual user is interested. It is composed of a personalization engine to monitor users' behavior patterns and a learning algorithm to provide information to a mobile device. Analysis shows that preferred job items are different by sex, age and education, while a region affects job searching significantly.

  • Knowledge resources are classified with two groups, the records produced by internal parts of company and general information materials from external organizations. Production, acquisition, storage, retrieval and utilization patterns of two groups became similar due to digitization of knowledge resources. And separated RM and IM should be changed integrated management concept. This paper compares RM and IM based on KM governance strategy and several methods to integrate RM and IM. Especially the selection and identification of knowledge resources, information systems to be integrated and the methods of integration and integrators of public enterprises are presented.

An Effective Similarity Search Technique supporting Time Warping in Sequence Databases (시퀀스 데이타베이스에서 타임 워핑을 지원하는 효과적인 유살 검색 기법)

  • This paper discusses an effective processing of similarity search that supports time warping in large sequence database. Time warping enables finding sequences with similar patterns even when they are of different length, Previous methods fail to employ multi-dimensional indexes without false dismissal since the time warping distance does not satisfy the triangular inequality. They have to scan all the database, thus suffer from serious performance degradation in large database. Another method that hires the suffix tree also shows poor performance due to the large tree size. In this paper we propose a new novel method for similarity search that supports time warping Our primary goal is to innovate on search performance in large database without false dismissal. to attain this goal ,we devise a new distance function $D_{tw-Ib}$ consistently underestimates the time warping distance and also satisfies the triangular inequality, $D_{tw-Ib}$ uses a 4-tuple feature vector extracted from each sequence and is invariant to time warping, For efficient processing, we employ a distance function, We prove that our method does not incur false dismissal. To verify the superiority of our method, we perform extensive experiments . The results reveal that our method achieves significant speedup up to 43 times with real-world S&P 500 stock data and up to 720 times with very large synthetic data.

  • This paper proposes a novel approach to represent the image by using shape descriptor having an information of area. The proposed descriptor is a set of vectors, consists of radius, area and direction parameters in the concentrated center point. Due to the area parameter, we know our descriptor can obtain the information of area. Also, we give an extended shape descriptor to get more detailed representation. To do this, we move the center point of our vision to that point for region of interest. By doing so about all of region of interest, we can get our descriptor for detailed information of the image. From more detailed descriptor, it's natural that it's more efficient fur representation, retrievals and so on. We make it the normalized pattern and expand to improve its quality. The proposed method is invariant to scale, position and rotation. The results show that it can be used efficiently for image representation as we can see in retrievals of silhouette images.
