If using crime map which represents criminal section that violent crimes targeting women frequently happened, the police could prevent additional crimes by positioning themselves intensively in expected crime zones and each individual could avoid being damaged by referring information of criminal zones. In this paper, by analyzing crimes targeting women and offender information which is provided in public-opened datum portal, we suppose a system which prevents crimes that calculates locational danger and, by considering location and age group of users, provides user-customized information of danger. By crawling the criminals datum which is provided in public-opened datum portal, It collects them. About the areas which happened sexual crimes, calculating danger of crime based on statistical crime information including criminal information, residence of offenders, areas which happened sexual crimes, sentences and the number of crime, this system is able to visualize the areas which sexual crimes happened based on information of danger grade representing on user's location. The score of danger calculated in location unit can provide criminal information according to location and ages of users by interacting GIS.

건설사업의 원가절감은 사용자 요구에 부합되는 기능과 품질을 확보하면서 가장 경제적인 방법으로 시설물을 구축하는 것으로 건설환경 변화에 따른 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 체계적인 원가관리를 통한 원가절감이 필요하다. 국토교통부 소속 산하기관에서는 공공건설사업의 수행에 따라 설계의 경제성 등 검토, 공정관리 및 사업관리 등을 통해 공사비 절감에 대한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 현재 설계단계에서 설계VE 결과정보는 공공발주기관 간에 상호 공유하고 있으나, 시공단계에서의 원가절감사례 정보에 대한 공유는 아직까지 부족한 실정이다. 공공건설사업의 수행시 유사 건설사업에 대한 원가절감사례 정보를 참조 활용할 수 있도록 단계별 정보시스템 구축 및 원가절감 사례 정보서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 공공건설사업의 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지관리 등 생애주기별 원가절감사례 정보의 분석 및 서비스를 통해 보다 합리적인 의사결정과 공공건설사업의 투자 효율성을 제고할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

Purpose: We often have patients who acquired incorrect medical information from the mass media. The purpose of this study was to evaluate credibility of articles in newspapers and medical counseling on websites about renal diseases. Methods: Kidney information was searched in 6 newspapers for the past 10 years, and 4 portal websites and 17 internet health counseling sites for the past 5 years. We classified them according to information providers and evaluated credibility by giving points 3, 2, 1 to correct, mostly correct but ambiguous, and incorrect contents, respectively. We compared the credibility of the groups with each other. Results: Sixty four articles from newspapers, and 789 and 506 medical counselings from portal websites and internet health counseling sites were selected, respectively. The kidney information providers in newspapers were medical journalists(doctors)(31.2%), kidney specialists(doctors)(23.4%) and so on. The consultants in the portal sites were doctors(49.1%)and anonymous reporters (49.9%). In internet health counseling sites, 91% of the consultants were doctors. All articles in the newspapers were credible. Doctors' answers were more credible than nonphysicians'(P=0.005) and anonymous contributors(P<0.001) in portal sites. In health counseling sites, doctors answered more reliably than nonphysicians. Conclusion: The kidney information in newspapers was credible. It is important for questioners to confirm the type of consultants in websites. We suggest that doctors, especially kidney specialists need to increase their roles in offering information to mass media.

The Internet of Things (IoT), which is emerging as a future economic growth engine, has been actively introduced in areas close to our daily lives. However, there are still IoT security threats that need to be resolved. In particular, with the spread of smart homes and smart cities, an explosive amount of closed-circuit televisions (CCTVs) have been installed. The Internet protocol (IP) information and even port numbers assigned to CCTVs are open to the public via search engines of web portals or on social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter; even with simple tools these pieces of information can be easily hacked. For this reason, a big-data analytics system is needed, capable of supporting quick responses against data, that can potentially contain risk factors to security or illegal websites that may cause social problems, by assisting in analyzing data collected by search engines and social media platforms, frequently utilized by Internet users, as well as data on illegal websites.

Positioning technique which has been widely used for making marketing strategy by analyzing customer's image also has been used for public and test-taker's image analysis about public facilities, entrepreneurs, universities. This study analyze image of library and Information science students who trying to find a job in library fields about diverse types of library and information centers by Positioning technique. As a result of Similarity cognition analysis by multidimensional Scaling and K-means clustering, it was found that students recognize that public, national, university, school library are similar, on the other hand, portal company and special library are different from those types. In the jobs, user service jobs and technical service jobs are recognized as separated clusters, and cultural program job is also recognized dissimilarly from those clusters. By the way, images about work satisfaction and stability of employment shows high in national library; high wage shows high in portal company; employee's growth potential shows high in special library; job importance shows high in reference service jobs; difficulty shows high in content's job. Anyway, in the workplace selection, almost students regard stability of employment as top priorities, accordingly they prefers public library at most. Such a preference concentration tendency is strongly appeared in local university students than in metropolitan area students as a result of Pearson's chi-square test.

The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the overlapping functions and activities of the nationwide scientific and technical information network system This study is helpful for users to gather information and for librarians and nations to reduce wastage of budgets through discarding the duplicated expenses of performing activities of the network systems. The research targets are KISTI and KERIS, which are functioning as the information network systems in the fields of science and technology. The research methods are literary reviews for theory background and analysis of their activities from internet homepages. As a result of the research, it is found and confirmed that there are some overlapping and duplicating functions and activities in the network systems.

매년 여행을 즐기는 여행객들의 수가 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 해외여행 뿐 아니라 국내 여행에서도 나타나고 있다. 국내 여행을 즐기는 여행객 수의 증가는 매우 다양하고 복합적인 요인들에 의해 이루어지고 있는 것이 사실이나, 국내 여행객들의 절대 다수는 해외여행과는 달리 패키지 형태 보다는 자유여행 형태의 여행을 선호하고 있다. 이는 해외 여행지 대비 국내 여행지가 여행객들이 취득 및 분석할 수 있는 정보의 접근성이 훨씬 높고 정보의 양 역시 풍부하다는 것에서 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 정보 접근의 용이성 및 정보량의 풍요성은 오히려 자유여행을 즐기고자 하는 여행객들이 여행코스 및 숙소를 정하는데 많은 시간을 투자하게 되는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 때문에 이러한 단점을 해결하고자 본 논문에서 제안하는 애플리케이션은 국내 여행객들이 편리하고 손쉽게 국내 여행을 즐길 수 있도록 여행코스 및 숙소를 지정할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이를 위해, 제안하는 애플리케이션에서는 국내 여행과 관련된 다양한 정보들을 각종 포털 사이트와 SNS에서 수집하고, 이를 기반으로 사용자 선호 정보와의 매칭을 통해 맞춤형 여행 코스 제안 및 숙소 예약 기능을 제공한다. 이를 통해, 국내 여행을 즐기는 여행객들에게 편리함을 제공하고, 국내 여행객 수의 증가를 기대할 수 있다.

음성 인식은 인간이 발성하는 음성을 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 문자 정보로 변환하는 기술이다. 음성은 사람마다 각기 다르기 때문에 인식률도 각각 차이가 나게 되어 범용 인터페이스로 사용되기에는 적합하지 않다. 하지만 최근 구글, 다음 등 대형 포털을 중심으로 서버 기반의 음성 인식 서비스가 제공되면서 사용자 인터페이스로 음성을 이용하는 것이 주요 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 카카오톡과 같은 메신저 프로그램은 네트워크를 이용하여 그룹 내의 사용자들 간에 메시지를 주고받는다. 여기에 사용되는 터치 자판은 간격이 좁아서 오타가 많이 발생하고, 긴 문장을 입력할 때 시간이 많이 걸리며, 운전 중에 사용할 경우 사고 위험이 높아지는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 음성 인식 인터페이스를 접목하는 것이 이상적이다. 본 논문에서는 음성 인식 기반의 스마트폰용 모바일 메신저 프로그램을 설계 및 구현하였다. 외부의 음성 인식 서버를 이용하여 음성을 인식하고, 인식된 음성을 텍스트로 변환하며, 채팅 서버를 통해 메시지를 전달한다.

This study investigated the perception and experience of users who visited in Seoul office of the National Archives, a branch of the National Archives of Korea(NAK). For collecting data, the study utilized the Researcher Survey Toolkit developed by Archival Metrics Project and revised the questionnaire to reflect services of NAK. Questionnaires completed by 47 users were collected and analyzed, and interviews with one survey respondent and two staff were performed. It was found that the purpose of the visit is mostly to identify records that prove land ownership of users' ancestors. Types of records frequently used were also those concerning lands and forests. User feedback on the staff was generally positive, and users perceived them to be helpful and kind. However, there was an opinion that the staff did not provide accurate information about whether NAK hold records that the user wanted to find. The staff also said that it was challenging to confirm where requested records are located when providing services for users. User evaluation on the usefulness and the ease of use of NAK portal services was not very positive, and it was perceived to be very inconvenient to search in the portal. Overall, users were satisfied with the services of NAK, although some users suggested that services need be provided efficiently, and NAK must clarify the criteria for the non-disclosure of public records.

Virtual community, which is formed on the internet, is expected to serve the needs of members for communication, information, and knowledge sharing. The executives of organizations should consider operating strategy of virtual community as a new innovation or knowledge pool since members share knowledge. However, many virtual community have failed due to members' low willingness to engage and furthermore to share knowledge with other members. Thus, there is a need to understand and foster the determinants of members' loyalty in virtual community. The objective of this study is to develop an integrated model designed to investigate and explain the relationships between contextual factors, personal perceptions of virtual community, usefulness, ease of use, familiarity, members' trust, reputation, community trust, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty. Empirical data was collected from 286 internet users and tested using structural equation modeling to verify the fit of the hypothetical model. The results show that the usefulness, familiarity significantly influences attitude and members' trust is significantly influence the community trust. And I confirmed that ease of use and attitude play the role of determinants in making the satisfaction, community trust and reputation influence the satisfaction that have the direct effect to making the loyalty. The results of the study can be used to identify the loyalty in virtual community. By investigating the impacts of contextual factors and personal perceptions on virtual community, the integrated model better explains behavior than other proposed models. This study might help executives of virtual communities and organizations to manage and promote community trust, attitude, satisfaction to stimulate members' willingness to revisit the community and futhermore enhance their virtual community loyalty.
