In construction sites, effective preventive safety management is required beyond post-processing safety management. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a model and analyze the relationship between safety management activities, safety culture key elements, safety, unsafe behavior management, and safety for autonomous and preventive safety management. Method: The relationship was analyzed by applying the survey data to the structural equation, and the path to safety outcomes from exogenous variables was explored and major issues were presented by interpreting the part suggested by the hypothesis verified by the analysis results. Result: As a result of analyzing the preliminary model and the path model, the appropriate model fit was confirmed, and the significant effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables was confirmed. Conclusion: It is judged that it can contribute to continuously improving safety performance before safety accidents occur through safety management activities, safety and unsafe behavior management, and management of key elements of safety culture.

Libraries today have to investigate the methods connecting the results from continuously collected customer information with their activities, policies, and procedures. In other to prevent customer secession and to obtain new customers, it is necessary to effectively offer the processes for every customer related service, that is, the contact, the reguest, satisfaction, etc. This is Customer Relationship Management(CRM). Information processing culture is presented as an integrative concept for representing the cultural aspects of organizational information processing, and its effects on organizational information processing effectiveness are investigated. Based upon a review of literature on organizational culture, the dimensions of information processing culture are drawn and validated empirically. It is found that information processing culture consists of two dimensions, information value perception and information processing rituals, the latter being further consisting of the volume of formal information processing, the structural support for information processing, and the degree of formalization for information recording and transmission. It is also found that information value perception has a strong effect on organizational information processing effectiveness. The implications of the findings are discussed.

기존의 인터넷과 컴퓨터 등의 발달로 교육현장에서도 많은 WBI (Web-Based Instruct ion)들이 개발되고 사용되고 있으나 교육사이트의 컨텐츠를 살펴보면 대부분이 행동주의 심리학에 근거를 둔 프로그램 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있어서 학습자에게 의미있는 학습을 유발시키기 보다는 제시된 정보의 기계적 재생에 그치고 있다는 비판을 받고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하는 대안으로는 학습자의 외형적이고 기계적인 면보다는 학습자의 인지활동을 강조하는 인지론적 접근이 필요하다고 본다. 인지심리학의 이러한 측면을 잘 반영하는 학습이론으로서 발견학습 이론을 들 수 있다. 발견학습을 적용시킨 모듈부분은 사용자의 편의에 따라 활용하지 않고 그래프의 탐색이 가능하도록 설계되므로 교사 개개인 수업의 형태에 따라 다양하게 적용할 수 있다. 따라서 온라인과 오프라인상의 모든 현장에서 교수-학습지도에 기절할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool for the quality of information commons. Information commons is a physical, technological, social, and intellectual place where library users can experience various educational, research, and cultural activities. It is recently gaining popularity and several libraries have implemented it to help users share knowledge and interact with each other. It also intends to provide a place for collaboration, learning, and rest. Despite its benefits and usefulness, there is no measurement tool explicitly designed for the quality of information commons. This study used in-depth personal interview, compared prior studies, and conducted a pilot study to elicit library users' perceptions on information commons and factors influencing on the perceived quality of information commons. Groups of initial items were emerged through classifying and clustering key concepts in the data. Then, the validity of the items were verified through a pilot study. The findings of this study will be useful for developing more reliable and valid survey measurement tool.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and problems of an independent research program. The researcher has collected and analysed data from 99 teachers and 825 students who participated in the 'Book Writing' program of Daegu Metropolitan City Board of Education. As an way to improve teaching and learning methods of schools, the 'Book Writing' program is evaluated to be effective and relevant. In conclusion, the researcher suggested several ways to improve the program.

The purpose of this study is to explore the educational potential of digital story telling in Second Life with three-dimensional virtual reality. Virtual reality such a Second Life can provide to learner chance with the rich learning environment through fidelity. In this study, we have been measured the fun and comprehension among three groups on digital storytelling types. Through the result of experimental, comprehension was no significant but fun was different among three groups on storytelling. we have the result that experiential activity in virtual reality that provide to get the identification as a main character, good environment is influenced the fun to learner via engagement facilitation.

본 연구는 사상관련전위를 이용하여 의식하에 제시된 미적자극이 대뇌활동에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내고자 이루어졌다. 이를 위해, 16명의 실험참가자에게 masking법를 이용해 미적자극을 의식하에 제시하였다(10msec). 제시된 자극은 선행연구를 통해 선정된 Beautiful Images(미자극), Ugly Images(추자극), Neutral Images(중성자극)이였다. 사상관련전위(event-related potentials; ERPs)는 64채널의 뇌파계를 이용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과, 후두엽 (Oz) 및 좌측두엽 (T5)에서 미자극에 의해 나타난 ERPs초기성분인 P1, N1, P2, N2의 진폭이 중성자극에 의해 나타난 진폭보다 컸다. 그리고, 후두염에서 추자극에 의해 보여진 P2, N2의 진폭 및 Late Slow Wave(LSW)의 평균전위가 중성자극에 의해 보여진 것보다 컸다. 이와 같은 ERPs성분은 자극의 탐지, 패턴인지, 기억탐색, 표적선택 등과 같은 자극의 정보처리와 관련되어 있다고 보고되고 있다. 따라서, 의식하에 제시된 미적자극은 서로 다른 대뇌 활동을 일으킴을 알 수 있다. 이는 인간은 의식하에서 미적자극에 대한 정보처리를 하는 기능을 가지고 있음을 뜻한다.

본 연구는 대학교육에서 학습자 주도수업에 대표적으로 활용되는 PBL-교수학습방법을 SNS기반 온라인 플랫폼에서의 과제수행을 통해 해결하는 PBL-수업모형을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 이론탐색을 통해 PBL-수업설계에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하고, 적용 가능한 수업모형 및 교육내용을 선정하여 기초내용을 구성한 후 3인의 교육공학 전문가와 5인의 대학교수를 대상으로 FGI 인터뷰 방법을 통하여 연구결과를 도출한다. 과거 PBL-교수학습방법을 적용한 수업설계 들이 모의수행이나 발표 후 토론에 한정되었던 것에 반해 본 연구에서는 SNS기반 온라인 플랫폼에 직접 적용하는 매체제작 및 커뮤니티 활동을 포함하는 수업활동이 도출 되었으며, 실행 가능한 수업모형 개발을 위해 대상자 인터뷰와 분석을 통해 이를 위한 교수학습방법을 설정할 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 제시될 SNS기반 온라인 플랫폼을 활용한 PBL-학습모형은 이후 고등교육기관의 교수학습모형 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다

With the aim of preventing safety accidents at construction sites, the company aims to create safe behaviors intended through variables called smart safety and health activities to help reduce industrial accidents. Purpose: It analyzes how smart safety and health activities affect accidents caused by unsafe behavior and changes in worker behavior, which is the root cause, and verifies the hypothesis that it helps prevent safety accidents and protect workers' lives. Method: Smart safety and health activities were selected as independent variables (X), and intended safety and anxiety, which are workers' behavioral intentions, were set as dependent variables (Y), attitude and subjective norms, and planned behavioral control as parameters (M). Exploratory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, and intensive validity analysis of safety and health activities were used to analyze the scale's reliability and validity. To verify the hypothesis of behavior change, the study was verified through Bayesian model analysis and MC simulation's probability density distribution. Result: It was found that workers who experienced smart safety and health activities at construction sites had the highest analysis of reducing unstable behavior and performing intended safety behavior. The research hypothesis that this will affect changes in worker behavior has been proven, the correlation between variables has been verified in the structural equation and path analysis of the research analysis, and it has been confirmed that smart safety and health activities can control and reduce worker instability. Conclusion: Smart safety and health activities are a very important item to prevent accidents and change workers' behavior at construction sites.
