Neural Logic Network-Based Fuzzy Inference Network and its Search Strategy (신경논리망 기반의 퍼지추론 네트워크와 탐색 전략)

  • Fuzzy logic ignores some informations in the reasoning process. Neural networks are powerful tools for the pattern processing. However, to model human knowledges, besides pattern processing capability, the logical reasoning capability is equally important. Another new neural network called neural logic network is able to do the logical reasoning. Because the fuzzy logical reasoning, we construct fuzzy inference net-work based on the neural logic network, extending the existing rule-inferencing network. And the traditional propagation rule is modified. For the search strategies to find out the belief value of a conclusion in the fuzzy inference network, we conduct a simulation to evaluate the search cost for searching sequentially and searching by means of priorities.

A Study on Related Factors Use of Health Information and Health Literacy Among the Vulnerable Elderly in Community (지역사회 취약계층 노인의 건강정보 이용현황 및 건강정보 이해능력 관련요인)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study is to measure health literacy levels and to identify health literacy related factors in vulnerable elders. Methods: The research design for this study was a descriptive survey design using convenience samples. Data collection was done by interviewing questionnaire with 200 elders from welfare centers in the cities. Data were analyzed by using percentage, Chi-square and multiple logistic regression with the IBM SPSS Statistics Ver. 24.0. Results: The results of this study are as follows: Vulnerable elders' sources of health information levels were very low, especially internet. In multiple logistic regression analysis, monthly income, sources of health information were significant accounted for OR 2.201, p<.05, OR 2.989, p< .01 health literacy. Conclusion: These results suggest that interventions for improving health literacy are necessary to enhance elders' finding of health information. Also, these results could be used in developing health literacy programs by internet.

Information Seeking in Context: Content Analysis of Information Search by College Students (맥락에 따르는 정보추구: 대학생의 과제 관련 정보탐색의 내용분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the emotional and behavioral characteristics of information seeking of university students in context in which a class assignment should be completed. An attempt was made to understand better individualized and selective behavior observed while seeking information in the commonly defined context. Data was collected from content analysis of self-reports by 54 university students majoring in library and information science. Major findings were analyzed in relation to the preception and feelings over, and barriers and strategies of seeking information, and the use of information resources.

Construct of Fuzzy Inference Network based on the Neural Logic Network (신경 논리 망을 기반으로 한 퍼지 추론 망 구성)

To model human knowledge, besides pattern processing capability, the logical reasoning capability is equally important. Another new neural network called neural logic network is able to do the logical reasoning. Because the fuzzy inference is a fuzzy logical reasoning, we construct fuzzy inference network based on the neural logic network, extending the existing rule-inference network. And the traditional propagation rule is modified. Experiments are performed to compare search costs by sequential searching and searching by priority. The experimental results show that the searching by priority is more efficient than the sequential searching as the size of the fuzzy inference network becomes larder and an the number of searching increases.

  • The Genetic algorithm is a search algorithm using evaluation, genetic operator, natural selection to populational solution iteratively. The convergence and divergence characteristic of genetic algorithm are affected by selection strategy, generation replacement method, genetic operator when genetic algorithm is designed. This paper proposes fast convergence genetic algorithm for time-limited robot path planning. In urgent situation, genetic algorithm for robot path planning does not have enough time for computation, resulting in quality degradation of found path. Proposed genetic algorithm uses fast converging selection strategy and generation replacement method. Proposed genetic algorithm also uses not only traditional crossover and mutation operator but additional genetic operator for shortening the distance of found path. In this way, proposed genetic algorithm find reasonable path in time-limited situation.

  • The Navy is trying to develop a sonar-operation strategy that efficiently searches for underwater targets. To develop an efficient sonar-operation strategy, a simulation system, which can analyze the efficiency of various operation strategies, is needed. The simulation executes the strategical operation by collecting information of sea environment, destroyer, sonar, and target. Also, it should be able to provide diverse information according to its progression. In this study, the simulation system that can evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the search strategy for underwater targets in different environments was designed and developed. The simulation system was developed, utilizing the sonar equation and the lateral-range-curve, and it portrays many patterns of realistic movements of a target. This system will contribute to developing and improving efficient sonar-operation strategies to find underwater targets in the future.

  • 인터넷 프로토콜 텔레비전(IPTV)은 통신 사업자에게 방송 및 TV컨텐츠 배급을 위한 새로운 시장을 진입하게 하였다. IPTV는 통신사업자의 주요 수익원이 될 것으로 예상하였으나, 실제 2009년 국내에 IPTV서비스가도입된이후실제 성과는 기대에 부응하지 못하고 있는실정이다. 본연구에서는 사례연구방법을 적용하여 IPTV 비즈니스 수행과 관련된 요인들을 분석하고, 국내 IPTV 비즈니스 수행에 영향을 미치는 4가지 이슈를 진단하였다. 연구된 요인들을 바탕으로, 성공적인 IPTV의 비즈니스 성공을 증진시키기 위한 세가지 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 IPTV 비즈니스의 이해를 진보시키고, 국내의 IPTV비즈니스를 향상시키기 위해 타 지역의 운영자들에게도 참고가 될 수 있는 IPTV 운영자들을 위한 전략을 제안하였다.

  • 교수학습센터는 교원의 전문성 향상과 교육정보화 기반 학교 교육 혁신을 실천하기 위한 중요한 목표를 수행하고 있다. 국내에는 대학에서부터 초등학교에 이르기까지 다양한 교수학습센터가 설치 운영되고 있다. 대상은 국가차원의 초중등 교육의 교수학습을 지원하는 중앙단위의 교수학습센터이다. 본 연구에서는 교수학습센터의 성과를 효과적이고 효율적으로 평가할 수 있는 성과 분석 모형 개발에 앞서 여러 성과평가모형의 이론 및 실천적 탐색을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 교수학습센터의 성과평가에 관련된 이론적 관점과 실천적 관점의 모형탐색을 살펴볼 수 있을 것이며, 이를 통해 모형 개발과 성과 평가를 위한 실천 전략을 수립하는데 기여할 것이다.

  • 오늘날 인터넷상에서 존재하는 않은 정보들은 다양한 사용자의 개인 특성에 안게 새로운 정보의 지식으로 제공되어지기를 원한다. 기존의 연구는 단일 학술 기법을 통해 정보를 추출했으나 사용자에게 보다 의미 있는 정보를 제공하기 위해 다중 전략 학습 기법인 PMSL(Personalized Multi-Strategy Learning) 모듈 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. PMSL 모듈은 인터넷의 정보를 여과하여 필터링하고, 사용자 개인화의 키워드를 중심으로 연관된 객체를 추출한다. 이때 연관된 객체 추출시 대용량 데이터에서 시간적, 공간적면에서 효율적인 연관 탐색 기법인 Fp-Tree와 Fp-Growth 알고리즘을 적용시킴으로 결과의 효율성을 높이고자 하였으며, 연관규칙의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 가중치 기법인 TF*IDF 학습 기법을 적용시켰다. PMSL 모듈을 실행한 결과 기존 학습 기법에 비해 보다 더 의미 있는 연관 지식을 추출하게 되었다.

A Study on Marketing Strategies for School Library (학교도서관 서비스 체제 강화를 위한 마케팅 전략의 적용)

  • The purpose of this paper is to discuss marketing strategies for school library. The writer divided marketing environment of school library into macro-external environment, micro-external environment, substantial environment, and operational environment. And analyzed characteristics of four target audiences-school administrator, teachers, students, and parents and local society-for school library marketing and suggested approach strategies to each target audiences. Four communication strategies of school library media specialist for effective marketing are discussed ; administrative communication, behavioral communication, cooperative communication, and social communication.
