The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of interest in the elderly job project and resilience in the relationship between social support and retirement readiness of the MZ·X generation. This survey conducted reliability and frequency analysis, t/f-verification, descriptive statistical analysis, and analysis of reliability and frequency using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0 programs on the collected data of 359 MZ and X generations of G, Y, and A cities in D and G provinces. Analysis was performed using correlation analysis and structural relationship statistics. As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a significant correlation between the level of interest in the employment project for the elderly, social support, resilience and readiness for old age. Second, in the relationship between social support and retirement readiness, the degree of interest and resilience of the elderly job project were partially mediated. Therefore, in order to increase the MZ and X generations' interest in and resilience in the job projects for the elderly, the provision of emotional, evaluative, informational, and material support systems as a social support system and the elderly in government agencies such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family A realistic policy of job business policy is needed.

This study examines the mediating effect of self-esteem in the path between parental attachment and career barriers for out-of-school youth and proposes measures to reduce the level of career barriers for out-of-school youth. As analysis data, we used data from the 5th year of the panel survey of school dropout youth conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute, and used 318 out-of-school youth for analysis. As a result of analysis using the statistical programs SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 version, the mediating effect of self-esteem was confirmed in the path between emotional support, a subfactor of parental attachment, and all subfactors of career barriers. These results suggest that multifaceted efforts are needed to improve parental attachment (emotional support, economic support) and self-esteem, which influence the level of career barriers for out-of-school youth. Accordingly, based on the results of this study, practical measures were specifically presented to educate parents of out-of-school youth and improve their self-esteem.

일본최대의 기업 NTT는 민영화 5년째를 맞이하면서 심각한 위기에 직면하고 있다. 지난해말 리쿠르트 파문으로 신토 전회장의 사임으로 시작된 NTT의 위기는 분할론에 휩싸이면서 주가폭락등으로 이어져 상황은 더욱 악화일로에 있다. 우정성이 미 ATT분할이 성공적이었다는 평가를 내리고 NTT분할에 긍정적 입장을 취하고 있는데다 여론과 국민까지 분할을 지지하고 있는 상황이어서 앞으로 NTT의 향방은 일본내 뿐만 아니라 세계적 관심으로 부상하고 있다. "NTT는 과연 어떻게 될 것인가?" NTT 분할에 대한 일본 각계의 시각을 종합해 본다.

서비스 기업들은 경쟁우위를 달성하기위해 서비스 인카운터를 제고하는 것이 바람직하다. 서비스인카운터는 서비스파업, 서비스생산시스템, 서비스표준으로 구성되므로 이들간의 전략적 일관성에 노력을 기울여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 인카운터를 제고하기 위한 방안으로 서비스 기업의 경쟁전략과 하위전략인 MIS전략의 적합성을 경쟁전략, 서비스 생산구조, MIS과업, MIS전략구조로 파악하여 금융산업과 유통산업을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행했다. 실증분석결과 특히 경쟁전략과 MIS 과업, 그리고 경쟁전략과 서비스 생산구조간의 전략적 적합성이 가설을 높게 지지하는 것으로 나타났다.

수학 교육에서 새로운 정보기술의 교육적 사용의 범위는 커지고 교육 모형은 다양해지고 있다. 특히 중등 수학교육에서의 변화에 대한 기대도 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 미국 및 한국의 수학 교육계의 폭넓은 지지를 받는 NCTM의 컴퓨터 및 정보기술 활용에 관한 규준들의 교육적 의미, 방법, 효용 등을 정리하였다. 이어서 컴퓨터과학 교과과정에 포함된 수학 분야에 대한 컴퓨터과학자 Hamming의 견해를 소개하였다. 본 논문은 한국의 중등 교육에도 컴퓨터과학 교과가 시행될 것을 예정하면서 수학 교사들이 미리 컴퓨터과학을 교과과정을 이해함으로 통합 교과적 요소, 특성 그리고 역할 관계를 알아보았다.

This study conducted K-POP cover dance for female marriage immigrants, and analyzed the effects of Self-esteem and social support on acculturation stress and depression to provide basic data for improving social relationships and promoting mental health of female marriage immigrants. Female marriage immigrants in their 20s and 30s were recruited, and 25 people each were randomly assigned to a high Self-esteem and social support group (HSS) and a low Self-esteem & social support group (LSS) according to the Self-esteem and social support of the pre-test, a total of 3 surveys were conducted, pre-test, after 6 weeks, after 12 weeks. The Self-esteem of female marriage immigrants following K-POP cover dance(60 minutes, 3 times a week, for 12 weeks) participation improved as the participation period in both HSS and LSS groups increased, and the LSS group improved significantly after 6 weeks. Social support decreased after 6 weeks in HSS and 12 weeks in LSS, The acculturation stress continued to decrease after 6 weeks and after 12 weeks in both HSS and LSS, and the LSS group decreased more significantly. Depression in both HSS and LSS groups decreased as the participation period increased, and the LSS group decreased significantly after 6 weeks. K-POP cover dance is thought to be an effective leisure activity program for female marriage immigrants to improve Self-esteem and social support, and to reduce acculturation stress and depression.

This paper proposes an improved SMO solving a quadratic optmization problem for class imbalanced learning. The SMO algorithm is aproporiate for solving the optimization problem of a support vector machine that assigns the different regularization values to the two classes, and the prosoposed SMO learning algorithm iterates the learning steps to find the current optimal solutions of only two Lagrange variables selected per class. The proposed algorithm is tested with the UCI benchmarking problems and compared to the experimental results of the SMO algorithm with the g-mean measure that considers class imbalanced distribution for gerneralization performance. In comparison to the SMO algorithm, the proposed algorithm is effective to improve the prediction rate of the minority class data and could shorthen the training time.

This study is to identify the effects of school environmental factors on internet addiction. Especially, this study is focused on identifying the moderating effects of gender. To achieve the purpose of the study, this study identified the affecting factors of adolescents's internet addiction and established the causal model and research hypothesis. To test this study model and hypothesis, this study interviewed 539 young boys and girls who were attending to high schools using questionnaire. This study suggests the policy implications based on the analysis results.

본 연구에서는 글이해시의 참조관계 처리과정에서 맥락이 어떤 역할을 하며 다른 통사단서와는 어떤 관계를 갖는지를 대명사 해결을 중심으로 조사했다. 실험 1에서는 대용어 문장의 국소적 맥락에 의한 촉진효과가 관찰되었다. 그러나 맥락과 통사단서간의 상호작용으로 맥락 촉진효과는 통사적 명료조건에서보다는 애매조건에서 더 강하게 나타났다. 실험 2에서는 국소적 맥락정보가 없더라도 선행글의 전체주제적 맥락정보가 촉진제 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 전체주의적 맥락이 주어지는 경우 글의 표면구조적 특성에 따른 위치효과가 나타나지 않았다. 즉 두 개의 실험을 통해 대명사 해결에 미치는 통사단서의 효과가 일부 지지되었으며, 특히 맥락효과는 국소적, 총체적 수준에서 모두 일관되게 입증되었다.
