사회생활을 통하여 직면하게 되는 다양한 형태의 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 사고력을 기르는 것은 교육적으로 매우 중요하다. 특히 남과 더불어 문제를 해결하는 능력이 가장 직접적으로 실현되는 사고 혹은 활동 형태는 바로 토론이다. 또한 토론을 통한 학습은 학습자 중심의 교수-학습 활동으로 교사와 학생 간, 학생과 학생 간의 대화를 활성화함으로써 달성하고자 하는 학습 목표를 학생들 스스로 성취 할 수 있는 길을 열어준다는데 교육적 의의가 크다. 본 논문은 기존의 웹 기반 토론 학습의 제약을 극복하는 것에 초점을 맞추어 웹 기반 토론 학습시스템을 설계하였다. 이러한 웹 기반 토론 학습시스템은 첫째, 원활한 토론 학습을 위하여 실시간 및 비실시간 토론 학습을 모두 제공해야 한다. 둘째, 토론 학습의 사회자 역할, 토론자 역할, 방청객 역할을 두어 과제 중심적 역할 유형과 사회성 촉진적 역할을 모두 실현할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 사회자중재를 위한 토론중단 및 토론재개 기능과 방청객 질의 응답 시작과 종료기능을 제공하야야 한다. 넷째, 기존의 웹 토론 학습을 위해 이용되는 게시판이나 대화방은 학습자 평가를 위한 기능이 없고 현장 적용에 어려움이 많기 때문에 웹 토론 학습시스템에 학습자들을 평가할 수 있는 자기평가, 동료평가, 교수자 평가 등의 평가 기능을 제공하여야 한다.

최근 구제역의 발생으로 인해 농 축산업계 및 관련 산업분야에 막대한 피해를 야기함에 따라, 구제역의 발병에 따른 다양한 사회적 파급효과의 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 뉴스를 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 방법들을 사용하여 구제역으로 인한 경제적, 환경적, 그리고 정책적 파급효과를 분석하는 공학적 방법론을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 먼저, 구제역 관련 온라인 뉴스를 수집한 후, 토픽 모델링의 대표적인 방법 중 하나인 LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)를 활용하여 뉴스 기사로부터 키워드들을 추출한다. 둘째, 추출된 키워드들로부터 구제역으로 인한 파급효과의 분석을 위해 동시출현 키워드 네트워크를 구성한다. 셋째, 키워드 네트워크 타임라인을 통해 각 파급효과들의 변화를 분석한다. 마지막으로, 사례분석을 통해 2010년 7월부터 2011년 12월까지 한국에서 발생한 구제역으로 인한 사회적 파급효과의 분석을 수행하였다.

This was a descriptive study to investigate the effect of social support and health literacy on sick role behaviors in hemodialysis patients. A total of 149 outpatients receiving regular hemodialysis at four dialysis centers located in J city were surveyed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Factors including social support (β=.37, p<.001), health literacy (β=.16, p=.035), and religion (others) (β=-.25, p=.001) had an effect on sick role behavior. The explanatory power of model in this study was 22.0%. Therefore, the improvement of sick role behavior in patients undergoing hemodialysis requires specific strategies and interventions that are effective in increasing the social support and health literacy.

영상 역 하프토닝은 입력된 하프톤 영상으로부터 그레이 영상을 복원시키는 것으로, 하프톤 영상으로 처리하지 못하는 다양한 영상처리를 가능하게 해주는 방법이다. 기존의 참조표를 이용한 역 하프토닝 방법은 다양한 하프톤 영상과 원본 그레이 영상으로부터 추출한 정보를 이용해 입력 영상을 복원시키는데, 본 논문에서는 이를 바탕으로 하여 영상의 질을 전반적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 국부적인 이진 패턴 기반 참조표를 이용한 영상 역 하프토닝 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 참조표를 이용한 역하프토닝 방법을 이용해 영상을 복원한 후 각 픽셀에서의 국부 이진패턴을 계산하여 각 픽셀 값을 패턴에 따라 분류한다. 분류된 패턴 정보에 따라 국부 이진 패턴 기반 참조표를 생성하고 이를 통해 입력 하프톤 영상에 대한 역 하프토닝을 수행한다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 알고리즘이 오류 확산법에 의해 변환된 하프톤 이미지를 역 하프토닝 했을 때, 기존의 역 하프토닝 방법에 비해 더 나은 PSNR을 달성하는 것을 보인다.

정보시스템의 가장 큰 목적은 시스템 사용자의 의사결정에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 그리고 정보의 유용성 결정은 사용자들의 판단에 근거하므로 사용자의 참여는 시스템 성공에 매우 중요한 변수로 작용하고 있다. 사용자 참여에 대한 기존 연구는 사용자의 참여에 대한 이점을 설명하고 있기는 하나, 메인프레임 환경의 전통적 시스템 개발방법에 근거하고 있으므로 최종사용자 전산환경에서의 사용자 참여에 대한 새로운 조명이 필요하다. 최종사용자 전산 환경에서는 최종사용자의 책임과 권한, 정보의 내용, 친숙한 개발 도구 등으로 인해 시스템 개발 주기의 일정 단계에서의 제한적 참여가 아닌 주체적 참여가 필수적이다. 이러한 개발 환경은 참여자로서의 역할보다는 오히려 개발자로서의 역할이 훨씬 더 강조되는 개념이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 개발자로서의 사용자 참여가 발생하는 새로운 환경을 '공동작업'이라고 제안한다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여, '공동작업'의 결과로 인한 정보시스템의 성과를 어떻게 설명할 수 있는가에 초점을 두고 있다. 즉, '공동작업'이 사용자 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 고찰하고자 하는 것이다.

Training a statistical model for semantic role labeling requires a large amount of manually tagged corpus. However. such corpus does not exist for Korean and constructing one from scratch is a very long and tedious job. This paper suggests a modified algorithm of self-training, an unsupervised algorithm, which trains a semantic role labeling model from any raw corpora. For initial training, a small tagged corpus is automatically constructed iron case frames in Sejong Electronic Dictionary. Using the corpus, a probabilistic model is trained incrementally, which achieves 83.00% of accuracy in 4 selected adverbial cases.

Finding similar strings is an important operation because textual data can have errors, duplications, and inconsistencies by nature. Many algorithms have been developed for string approximate searches and most of them make use of inverted lists to find similar strings. These algorithms basically perform merge operations on inverted lists. In this paper, we develop a bitmap representation of an inverted list and propose an efficient search algorithm that can skip unnecessary inverted lists without searching using bitmap filters. Experimental results show that the proposed technique consistently improve the performance of the search.

Public libraries have been well adapted for the changes in lifestyle and socio-cultural environments brought by the rapid advancement of information technology, the development of mass communities, and the increase in leisure activities. Government and local communities demand public libraries to take in charge of providing lifelong education for the Public. Many Public libraries have worked as a center for life-long education, while carrying out various functions and services in close relation with the life of community members. Public libraries are in a very poor condition, lacking the facilities, professional workforce, budgets, and so on, which are sufficient to strengthen their role as a center for life-long education. In this study, the roles of public libraries in developing life-long education are examined as follows : First, the concepts and directions of life-long education are discussed : second, the roles of public libraries in facilitating life-long education are examined and third, the categories of life-long education programs of public libraries are suggested.

인터넷의 급성장으로 해킹이나 Dos 공격, 웜, 바이러스 등의 사이버 범죄가 크게 증가하고 지능화되어 최근 역추적에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있다. 보안 도구로 침입탐지시스템(IDS) 이나 침입방지시스템 (IPS) 등이 있으나 해킹이나 DoS 공격을 방어하는데 현실적으로 한계가 있다. 따라서 능동적인 해킹 방어를 위한 기본적인 기술로 해커의 실제 위치를 추적하는 역추적 시스템 기술이 필요하다. 특히 IPv4에서의 역추적 시스템에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지고 있지만 IPv6에 대한 연구는 아직 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 IPv4의 주소 고갈로 인해 앞으로 이를 대신할 IPv6에 대한 공격 근원지 역추적 시스템 개발이 시급하다고 보고. 해킹을 시도하는 해커의 실제 위치를 실시간으로 추적할 수 있도록 IPv6 헤더 패킷의 트래픽 클래스(Traffic Class)와 플로우 라벨(Flow Label)을 이용하여 IPv6에서의 실시간 네트워크 침입자 역추적 시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다.
