As a convergence media, IPTV is expected to provide better learning experience with customized and individualized contents. Yet, little has been known in the are of contents development. Hence, the purpose of this study was to explore educational use of IPTV in terms of design and development perspective. First, this paper identifies the concept and characteristics of IPTV in an educational context. Second, it categorizes the types of IPTV contents. Lastly, the paper discusses guidelines for the design, development, and management of educational IPTV contents.

This paper proposes a model for recognizing sentential paraphrases through Predicate-Argument Tuple (PAT)-based approximate alignment between two texts. We cast the paraphrase recognition problem as a binary classification by defining and applying various alignment features which could effectively express the semantic relatedness between two sentences. Experiment confirmed the potential of our approach and error analysis revealed various paraphrase patterns not being solved by our system, which can help us devise methods for further performance improvement.

This study is intended to examine the types of U-public service that can be introduced to the public sector by making an empirical analysis on Chungju City public officials. Specially, to analyze the public officials' recognition of the types of ubiquitous public service that can be introduced to the public sector, this study investigates the utility and necessity of ubiquitous information technology when making use of it in terms of administrative concepts. To achieve study purpose, this study examines what type of U-public service is highly likely to be applied and basically has to be applied when ubiquitous information technology is applied to the current environment of Chungju City in stages.

System(IDS) hasn't Protection capability for various security attacks perfectly. Because, It is probably affected by IDS's workload caused by treating all kind of the characteristics and attack patterns of system and can't probe all of the attack types being intelligently different with attack patterns. In this paper, we propose a new taxonomy criteria about DoS(denial of service attacks) to make more efficient and new real time probing system. It's started with an idea that most of the goal oriented systems make the state of system operation more unambiguous than general purpose system. A new event caused the state of the system operation to change and classifying a category of the new events may contribute to design the IDS.

코로나 팬더믹으로 인해 시작된 비대면 수업의 도입은 대학교육시스템에 변화를 가져왔다. 대학은 비대면 수업 운영에 대한 경험 및 학습자 만족도를 기반으로 비대면 수업을 대학 학사 운영에 활용하는 방안을 모색하기 시작하였다. 본 논문은 비대면과 대면이 혼합된 하이브리드 수업 운영에서 학습자들이 다양한 특성의 과목에서 만족한 수업방식과 의견을 조사·분석함으로써 비대면과 대면 수업을 혼합 활용하는 효과적 방안을 모색하는데 필요한 학습자 의견 도출에 그 목적이 있다. 조사 결과, 학습자들은 전반적으로 하이브리드 수업에 만족하고 있고, 과목 특성에 따라 비대면과 대면 수업의 장점을 혼합한 수업에 대한 학습효과를 올바르게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있고, 수업 맞춤형 하이브리드 수업 운영을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 대학은 학습자의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 하이브리드 수업 운영을 위한 제도 등을 마련하여 효과적인 수업 운영 및 활성화를 지원할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

This Research Paper was based on practical method to examine a subjectivity of ODA experts' images. It was used Q-methodology to solve the research problems. I found 4 types of images out throughout the process totally. The perception patterns came out in the research were divided into 4 types in Q-methodology. The results is following ; Those are separated 4 types like Type 1(called operationally individual type), Type 2(arbitrary type), Type 3(mellow type), Type 4(onlooking type). These types consist of each elements to evaluate ODA experts from the people minds. Therefore, This study give us one way to take an assessment of ODA projects. The results reveal that korean ODA policy more has to depend on the scientific evaluation of the person participated in each projects. And the findings demonstrate good questions in comparing with trends of ODA distributors of international development cooperation such as OECD/DAC.

This research was conducted to evaluate whether knowledge and information resources produced in four educational institutions function as a knowledge management system in the institutions, and to suggest a proposed plan for the foundation of the national knowledge management system. Knowledge and information resources available on the institutes' websites were classified as 'knowledge and information resources of result', 'knowledge and information resources of process', and 'knowledge and information resources of communication'. The application of metadata and the configuration of the search system were examined by content analysis method. From the result, 8 ways to improve the management of knowledge and information resources have been found; the development of standardized metadata and classification scheme, high recognition that the website is a counter for external distribution of knowledge and information resources, various searching skills and the provision of knowledge maps available, provision of linked information for original information acquisition, awareness of the agency managers and homepage managers to the homepages as knowledge management systems, segmentation of appropriate data size unit in a mobile environment work, an organic linkage function of the internal electronic approval system and the homepage have been proposed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level and influence factors of social safety perception of middle-aged and older adults with disabilities. The subjects of the survey were older than 50 with disabilities who responded to the 2018 Social Survey. The results analyzed by Hierarchical regression analyzes showed that factors such as gender, age, place of residence, education level, subjective health status, risk response level, compliance level of others, and compliance with public order had a significant effect on the social safety perception level. Through this study, we could know the importance of personal requirements and social capital for social safety perception of middle-aged and older people with disabilities. In the future, the differences in safety perception by type of disability should be studied too.

This study is designed to expand 'Q-Methodology' into the global marketing realm in attempt to find out how Canadian consumers will perceive Korean food. The ultimate aim of this thesis is to lay a basic foundation to globalize Korean food and heighten the potential and quality of Korean food. Korean food, well-known as slow diet, jumps on the bandwagon of the Korean Wave and spreads at a rapid pace. At this point, most Korean food becomes widespread under the influence of the boom of not just the Korean Wave but also the growing desire for health food. Hence, it is the most important to analyze consumers' types in order to learn how each individual nation perceives Korean Food. This can be used as the basic research and study to enhance the national competitiveness of Korean food. Q-methodology is adopted in this study to reveal the critical dimensions and characteristics of the target market and/or consumers for Korean Food using the Canadian respondents' subjective attributes. Three categories (pragmatic trend type, traditional culture seeking type, a beginner type) of Canadian consumer behavior regarding Korean Food are found and suggested in this study. The objective attributes of Korean food are not considered here, but the Canadian consumers' subjective behavioral attributes are.

The quantitave increase and qualitative development in the game industry leads to bitter competition and makes game companies struggle to find better ways promoting their own games. The game trailer is one of the critical ways to publicize diverse games by showing visual images directly. There are three reasons why the game trailer comes into the spotlight these days; the rapid growth of the Internet speed handling the large size of files, the remarkable development of visual image quality just like digital movies, and the advent of video websites such as You Tube that shows huge amount of videos regardless of the type and size. However, there are not enough amount of research on the game trailer because using game trailers as the marketing source is still at an early stage. Therefore, this research focuses on providing characteristics of game trailers that are available for practical market analysis. First, this research shows that game trailers can be divided by the category of display, style, and contents type. Second, this research provides the component parts of game trailers that are divided into contents factors such as characters, backgrounds, events and promotional factors such as title, production company name, distribution company name. Third, this research explores research frames that would be needed to analyze marketing strategies, effects of game trailers, production pipelines and so on. These categorizations would be useful for producing game trailers efficiently and utilizing them effectively.
