1998년 European Commission에서 권고한 이래 LRIC 모형은 미국 및 유럽 각국의 규제기관 (National Regulatory Authorities ; NRA)에서 상호접속규제를 시행하는데 사용되는 주요 수단이다. 2004년 영국의 이동전화 착신서비스에 대한 보고서에서 영국의 Ofcom은 LRIC를 2G방식의 이동전화 착신서비스 제공에 따른 원가산정 방법으로 채택하고 있다. 그러나 기존 2G 사업자들이 3G시장에 참여함에 따라 2G 음성통화가 3G로의 전이가능성이 제기되어 3G 서비스제공에 따른 2G 접속료 시장의 충격을 완화하고자 LRIC모형에 3G서비스를 추가하게 되었다. 이동망 원가모형의 기본 구조는 크게 다음과 같은 4개의 모듈로 구성되는데, 이중에서 사업 자간 문제제기가 많고 이견이 많았던 Network모듈과 이동망 모형의 선행모듈인 Input 모듈에서 제기된 이슈사향을 살펴보고, 국내 이동망 LRIC 모듈 개발시의 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

This article describes a new proposal that is aimed at the development of the integrated portal model of digital library. For this purpose, some of definitional issues for library portal are reviewed. And then, some of the more significant examples of library portals are scanned, with comments on major features that constitute the basic requirements of library portal development. Nextly, a new proposal of library portal model and basic components of search/participation services which can be defined as a integrated library services is presented.

This study proposes the formation of education service models using presidential archives based on ubiquitous technology. To accomplish these, this study analyzed various education programs of presidential archives in Korea and other countries. The reason behind the use of ubiquitous technology is to allow interinstitution cooperation and create synergy effects. With this, this technology is grafted onto the modified BIG6 Model, which is developed for information literacy. This study can be useful and valuable in the aspects of education, contents development, and service development.

원 업무 효율성을 높이기 위해 최근 다양한 병원 정보 시스템들이 도입되어 왔다. 이러한 시스템들을 통해 병원에서는 다양한 데이터를 전자적인 형태로 기록하고 공유하고 있으나, 이러한 데이터들은 일반적으로 간단한 통계량을 집계하는 데에만 사용되고 있어, 보다 체계적인 방법으로 병원 운영 관리에 유용한 숨겨진 지식이나 패턴을 추출하는 방법이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 병원 정보 시스템들에 의해 축적되어진 환자 이력 데이터를 분석하여 임상 서비스 프로세스 모형을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 환자 이력 데이터는 검사나 처방 등을 실시한 기록을 포함하는데, 일반적으로 구조가 복잡하고 데이터 소스가 분산되어 있어 단순한 방법으로 분석하는 것이 까다롭다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 먼저 단순한 형태의 프로세스 모형을 생성하고 이를 확장해나가는 단계적인 분석 방법을 소개한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 적절한 데이터 전처리, 데이터 마이닝, 프로세스 마이닝 기법 등이 활용되었으며, 제안하는 방법을 실제 류머티스과 환자 이력 데이터에 적용하여 임상 서비스 프로세스 모형을 추출할 수 있었다.

As the Cloud Computing services are growing fast in the world, the number of Cloud Computing service users are being increased enormously in China. Studies on Intention-to-Use have been one of the interesting topics in the field of marketing. In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention-to-use of Cloud Computing services in China. Our research model is based on Technology Acceptance Model and includes 'privacy', 'information needs', 'service types', 'service appropriation', 'system quality', and 'system security'. We surveys the Chinese Cloud Computing service users and analyzes with Structural Equation Model. The results show that 'privacy', 'service appropriation', 'system quality', and 'system security' give positive effects to 'intention-to-use'. However, 'information needs' and 'service types' does not give positive effects.

Recently, the rapid Increase of knowledge information resources and the advancement of information and communication technology has affected all libraries and the museums which collected knowledge and the information resources and provided service with indigenous for a long time. Hence, The library and the museum began to constructs the cooperative system with the cultural heritage agency such as international museums, libraries and archives after realizing the impossibility of physical self-sufficiency that the users are not able to obtain the knowledge resources and the library are not able to provide them. In this Paper, some models are presented for the data cooperation system construction of the library and the museum and developmental plan in the future. The models are (1) Interchangeable model for autonomous noninterference (2) dispense mutual service model (3) intensive service center model (4) a mixture union model.

This study develops a day-to-day dynamics modeling framework, incorporating a consistent drivers' travel time perception behavior and traffic information provision. Descriptive traffic information is updated and provided to the subscribers making a final decision on route choice. Nonsubscribers(not equipped any information devices) are assumed to obtain daily traffic information from their experience or friends or other public agencies. Drivers' route choice behavior is modeled based on boundedly-rational behavior rules. A microscopic traffic simulation model is adopted to evaluate the network system performance. Numerical experiments on a real world network have demonstrated the convergent property of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the consistent perception model.

전자상거래의 급속한 발전 속에서 기업들은 세계적 시장에서 경쟁력을 지니기 위해 전자상거래를 이용하여 상품판매, 서비스 제공, 고객과 소통하고자 한다. 그러나, 기존의 연구들은 TAM 모형을 통한 상호관계나 선행관계에만 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 좀 더 확장한 모형이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 상품정보와 서비스 제공수준은 소비자 행동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이지만 연구가 충분치 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 상품정보제공수준과 서비스제공수준에 따른 소비자 태도 차이를 조망하고자 한다. 둘째, 기존에 연구가 미약하였던 상품정보제공수준 및 서비스제공수준과 기존에 인지된 가치, 인지된 위험, 구매의도와 구전의도간의 상호인과관계를 조망하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상품정보제공수준과 서비스제공수준에 따라 소비자 태도 차이에는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 상품정보제공수준과 서비스제공수준에 따라 소비자들이 인지된 가치, 인지된 위험, 구매의도, 구전효과에는 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 변수들간에 상호인과관계와 선행관계가 존재하였다. 상품정보제공수준과 서비스 제공수준은 인지된 가치와 인지된 위험에 각각 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 뿐만 아니라, 인지된 가치는 인지된 위험, 구매의도, 구전효과에, 인지된 위험은 구매의도와 구전효과에 직접적인 영향을 나타내었다.

Recently, as voluntary activity has become more widespread, there have been some voluntary activity movements in the provision of library services for people with disabilities. This study aimed to develop a model on voluntary activity in library services for disabled people in public libraries. Survey data collected through three data collection methods showed that volunteer activities in public library services for the disabled were very poor, and recommended the training of library staff and volunteers serving disabled people, the management of educational programs for librarians about the disabled and the dissemination of standardized manuals. From the results of the survey, a voluntary activity model, based on three factors, the aims of library services, the types of the disabilities, and volunteer services including specific sub areas of services, was developed. Finally, this voluntary activity model will contribute to the theory development of library services for the disabled

최근 교육분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 스마트 교육에 있어 다양한 연구 및 서비스가 진행되고 있다. 급변하는 정보통신기술에 따라 교육환경도 빠르게 변해 가고 있으며, 교육효과 측면에서 고려해야 할 요소가 많아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 교육 개념 및 현황을 파악하고 스마트 교육콘텐츠 모형을 제안한다. 제안된 교육콘텐츠 모형은 향 후 스마트 교육서비스가 교육성과 측면에서 활성화 되는데 고려할 수 있을 것이다.
