정보기술 위험관리 과정과 기법

  • 위험관리는 정보기술 보안관리의 초석이라고 할 정도로 매우 중요하고 비용효과적인 보안대책을 구현, 운영하기 위해서는 반드시 실행되어야 하는 과정이다. 특히 최근의 보안관리체계 인증에 대한 수요가 점증되면서 위험관리의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 고에서는 위험관리 과정에 대한 표준문서의 내용을 요약 정리하였고 새로운 위험관리 기법의 발전방향인 시나리오 기반의 위험관리에 대해 소개하며 기존의 대표적인 위험분석 자동화 도구에 대한 비교분석을 수행하였다.

Instruction Design and Satisfaction Analysis of Information Communication Ethics Education for Primary Schools by applying Conjoint Analysis (컨조인트 분석을 적용한 초등학교 정보통신윤리 수업 설계 및 만족도 분석)

  • Recently, as the importance of the information communication ethics education has increased, the research about new instructional method or contents have been progressed actively. On the other hand, due to the advance of e-learning technology, instead of teacher-centered instruction, the development of learning contents and learning method for satisfying students' requirements is proceeded actively. In this paper, in order to increase the learning effect for information communication ethics education for primary school students, we propose a new way to design an instruction which considers the characteristics and the requirements of students. We decompose instructional design features into 4 components such as goal, model, contents, and media, and then we pose questionnaire to the 5th grade students of a primary school. After that, we analyze data by using the conjoint analysis. Based on the result of the conjoint analysis, we give instructions to two classes in order to compare the learning achievement of the two classes. Finally, by evaluating the students and analyzing their satisfaction levels, we diagnose the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Analysis of Research Trends in Elementary Information Education According to Changes in Curriculum (교육과정 변화에 따른 초등 정보교육 연구 동향 분석)

  • Contents related to computers in the curriculum have been presented from the 5th curriculum released in 1987. The practical education curriculum of the 2015 revised curriculum is composed of software-related content from the existing ICT-related contents. Related research needs to be preceded in order to revise the curriculum according to the times and social needs. Research on elementary school information education is mainly conducted by the Korean Society for Information Education. Therefore, in this study, based on the thesis of the Society for Information Education, the research trends of the society were analyzed by a period of change in the curriculum. Research Results The research of the society shows a change in research trends similar to the change in the curriculum. And it can be seen that the research of society precedes the change in the curriculum.

  • This study used content analysis to examine the research methods in Library and Information Science journals from 1997 to 2001. Analyses measured research subjects, research method, data collection methods, data analysis methods, hypotheses, theories and research funds. Brief consideration is given to possible future methodological trends : web-based research methods, qualitative research, cooperation between academic society and librarians and research fundraising.

  • KISTI(Korea Institute of Science & Technology Information) CCBB(Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics) Website has been providing bioinformatics contents(databases and analysis tools) services to construct IT-based bioinformatics infrastructure. It also carries out the services to support domestic bioinformatics R&D activity and to construct the infrastructure. But, these services are not actively available because this CCBB website is not wellknown to users. Therefore, we performed the user survey for the researchers who are studying in the field of biological science. The items of this survey consist of subjects on bioinformatics databases, analysis tools and BioInfoNet. After the user survey is rearranged and analyzed, the result of survey will be used to provide the good service to the users who are need of bioinformatics infrastructure such as databases and analysis tools etc.

  • Software education of 17 hours is essential in the elementary school in the 2015 revised curriculum. Unplugged is recommended as a teaching-learning method. Teachers should have a high level of PCK about Informatics Subject in order to utilize Unplugged. The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between PCK and possibility of teaching about Informatics Subject of elementary school teachers. For this purpose, 172 elementary school teachers were surveyed. The results of this study are as follows. First, elementary school teachers confirmed that the PCK level of informatics subject is low. Second, it was confirmed that there is a high correlation between PCK and possible of teaching. This study is meaningful that it suggested a method to increase the level of PCK about informatics subject of elementary school teachers.

  • The PCK of teachers about informatics subject, which is viewed as one of required subjects in today's information society, is linked to what and how to teach, and that is very significant in terms of academic education. However, there are currently no efforts to develop items geared toward evaluating the PCK of teachers about informatics subject or to make a factor analysis of those items, though the importance of that subject in information society has been discussed. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate an instrument to size up the PCK of preservice elementary teachers about informatics subject. The finalized instrument consisted of 39 items regarding five factors that involved knowledge of curriculum, knowledge of expression, knowledge of content, knowledge of evaluation and knowledge of teaching methods.

  • As designing webpage has become part of daily life, the public library tends to use the webpage for the information service and the public relations as well. In this context, this study explores the theoretical background on the webpage of public libraries; investigates and analyzes, based on previous studies, the webpage of public libraries in Seoul in terms of its informations structure and contents : and suggests some recommendations, through designing and controlling, for the effective use of the webpage of public libraries.

  • 본 논문에서는 방송영상 특성을 이용한 축구 경기 장면 분석을 제안한다. 동영상의 프레임들을 분할하기 위해서는 급격한 장면 변화나 화면의 색상과 같은 화면의 형식적인 변화가 주요 결정사항이다. 그러나 축구경기와 같은 동영상에서의 하이라이트는 화면의 형식적인 변화와는 조금 다른 의미를 가진다. 그러므로, 축구 경기 동영상에서 하이라이트 부분을 검출하기 위해서는 장면의 변화와 더불어 화면의 의미를 해석할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 축구 경기 동영상의 모든 프레임을 순차적으로 검사한다. 임의의 프레임에 대하여 RGB 정보의 분석을 통하여 영상의 구성내용을 파악한 후, 구성 내용의 위치와 분포를 참조하여 하이라이트 여부를 판단한다. 제안된 방법에서는 RGB 값의 변화 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 주 RGB 범위 군집화(Dominant RGB Grouping) 방법을 통하여 임의의 영상에서 RGB 값의 변화에 최대한 덜 민감한 방법으로 대상의 RGB 정보를 취득할 수 있는 방법을 사용하였다.

  • This study is aimed at providing qualitative evaluation of information supplied by reference librarian in response to researchers' questions. Information users' satisfaction on the appropriateness of librarians' answers was evaluated, and at the same time, negative factors affecting users' satisfaction were examined, so that improvement of service quality and information appropriateness can be sought by analyzing the influence and correlation between these factors.
